Two years ago I reserved an F-150 Lightning, and Corwin (at that time Gus Johnson) salesman Ken Galimanis contacted me shortly thereafter. The truck was newly announced with a slow first year of production, so it s been a long ride! Ken has thoroughly impressed me with his consistent communication, his commitment to improving his knowledge of the EV sector, and his willingness to go the extra mile. He even delivered the Lightning to my house when I couldn t easily make it down to the dealer with my toddler and infant! Everyone I worked with at Corwin while signing the paperwork a few days prior to delivery was equally helpful and friendly. Great experience, great people, and great truck!

Jared was great and professional! No salesy and pushy tactics. Got our family van without any issues and the experience was very pleasant. This car is very rare and they gave us a reasonable and fair price, MSRP price actually. Would have been 8k higher elsewhere. Thank you for holding it for 1 hour too, gave me enough time to come and pick it up although your phone was blowing up with other people s messages.

The service department is so horrible. I don't know if it is from actual lack of knowledge or just pure laziness. My husband and I brought our truck here for an oil change and to have them look at the exhaust. You could hear the the exhaust leak it was very audible. Took about 3 hours for an oil change and said the exhaust was fine. Well it is not fine ( picture attached)! How and the hell do you miss this!? It's not even attached! Will never return!

Went in for a 60k service and the oil fill cap was left off the motor. I found it after driving around for a week because I started fresh oil. I pulled into a gas station to check the oil level and found the fill cap sitting on top of the radiator and also found all over the battery side of the engine bay.

I came in to the shop and I was just supposed to see why my engine light was on well on my way to the shop.My truck did a three sixty and And I was doing 25 miles per hor in a 40 zone. Because my truck would not get power. I made it to Ford and told them that the truck isn't gonna leave because of what was going on. They fixed it the same day. The guys there were still helpful. I am so thankful to be back on the road

First I would like to start by saying WOW!!! My experience here with Corwin Ford was more than exceptional. From the moment I called in and spoke with Cam M. to then coming in and working with Ken G. to find my car which then led to Finance and working with Donny. There was ZERO pressure. Being a woman looking for a car that has felt A LOT of pressure from other dealerships. I will 10/10 recommend Ken to someone who is looking to buy a vehicle. Great experience overall. My parents had their car worked on. Friendly environment and the shuttle driver Jim, made the whole 3 hour wait an absolute breeze. He was wonderful, professional, funny. Maintenance Manager Jeff; this time went above the norm to get my truck repaired. I originally had an appt last week due to a diesel fuel leak and some wear on a coolant line. I took my truck home after they kept it a few days. Only to find more leakage. Turns out; they didn t replace the worn gasket the first time; so it was now an issue. Jeff had ordered that gasket but the Mechanic didn t see a need for using it. (Once a gasket is used; it has depression marks on it; and the new part doesn t sink into those old grooves thus we have leakage!!). Three hours and $450 ($50 deduct for their mistake) I m now driving my truck; leak free. . All in all; $3000 in fueling replacement plus labor (Jokingly, I told Jeff it would ve been cheaper to buy a new F250.

My experience has been great! This is mostly due to Susy that who has been open with communication and VERY helpful.I would give it 5 stars but the service manager and my adviser are horrible at communication. I had an appointment on Friday for them to Diag my truck. called my Service adviser and he sounded lost. called the service manager and he was stating he couldn't find a 40ft bus and also there was no appointment made.... Luckily Susy has been very positive and helpful every step of the way

I purchased a vehicle in a very unorthodox manner. Via seeing it online, conducting a walkthrough by face time, and hoping everything worked out to my standards. I have to say it did. The staff I interacted with were professional, patient, and very clear throughout each step. They only area of critique is timely response here and there, but it is understandable as I am not in person and like most places they are busy and short staffed. I would highly recommend a purchase from this dealership.

We're happy with our new used car! The salesman was pleasant and everything went smoothly. When we experienced an issue with our vehicle 2 weeks after buying it, Darrin was very helpful and connected me with service. Although it took several weeks, Corwin made things right and the vehicle is working great.

Found my dream truck here, despite living in Tennessee. It turned out to be the experience of my dreams, too. I bought the truck remotely, and picked it up later. My salesman, Kyle picked me up at the airport, and drove me to pick up my truck. I turned the trip into a great excuse for an even greater road trip back home. Great service from the time I called until the work was completed. Thanks to the crew of Corwin Ford.3/21/2024 back to Corwin Ford of Spokane for routine maintenance. The crew from the top to the bottom once again completed in a timely manner excellent customer service skills. These guys and girls are very good about making the customer happy.4/2/2024I usually don t mention peoples names in a review. There is one that stands above the rest of crew. Trevor is a fine example of doing things right the first time. He will make sure that as a customer your vehicle will get to the right people in the service team.

We went in to buy a car as mine wat totaled. Stressful process with a super rushed time frame I never wanted to deal with to "buy a car". Found one I liked and found out the next day it didn't pass service. The panick, frustration got the best of me and then there was CAM to the rescue. He was calm, caring & componasionate to say the absolute least! He worked his magic and I was able to get into litterally the car of my dreams. I feel like if it would of been any other salesman I would still be "looking" for a car. His entire demeanor was more of a compassionate person then a car salesman, he's committed for the right reasons. He listened when he didn't have to, was professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite and professional as well as straightforward when needed. He was able to get mybdream car, at my target price, lower down payment and great warranty. The car buying experience was one to brag about with CAM helping us! If you need a car and want to have someone by your side that makes something that can be a STRESSFUL experience a breez then visit CAM. Ken Galimanis was great! I was in no hurry to buy a new vehicle. Ken would send me updates and options as we went along. (Per my request) Several months later I finally decided to make my move. I worked with Kyle in the sales department and had a great experience. This was my first time buying a vehicle sight-unseen (I live in the Kansas City area) and Kyle did a great job answering all of my questions. He sent me multiple video walk-arounds of the vehicle, as well as tons of photos. While they wouldn't allow me to bring in an outside lender, they were able to match the rate and terms that I wanted.If you're buying a car, either in-person or from out-of-state, I'd highly recommend giving Kyle a call!(Photo was from the road trip back to Kansas City)

Let's start by saying I love my new-to-me Toyota Sienna. Ken told me it was in great condition, I took it to my own mechanic to get it inspected before I bought it, and he agreed that it was in great condition. This was my first time financing a car and I was nervous. While Ken and Bob were very nice, I didn't feel like they appreciated how big of a decision this was for me. I felt kind of rushed to sign the paperwork. I should have slowed down but my anxiety was through the roof, and I think that was by design. The more my anxiety distracted me, the less I looked at the fine print. The final cost of my van is so much more than I wanted to spend ultimately, and I didn't realize until I'd gotten home and reread my contact. I would buy a car from Ken again, next time I'll know to take my time and understand everything first.

Sold me thousands of dollars of warranties for my car I bought from them. Specifically an electrical warranty, then told me none of the electrical issues my car was having (backup camera, electrical wiring, short in the wiring to the rear window wiper causing a motor burnout, and my dish display malfunctioning) were covered with the warranty.I ended up paying 2 grand for those repairs and another thousand dollars for a rental car while it was being fixed (10days).

We need an option to give 0 stars. Never go here unless you are ready to pay literally the price of the car when new for a anything you may need done. 1000 buck for nothing. They didn't do anything to the car, and kept the car for 3 weeks, we had to go get it cause they would not answer calls. and wanted to charge 5000 for reconfigure a module(takes half hour).

So I'm updating this review for the 3rd time. (Original review 01JUNE22)TL;DR: A 50,000$ truck and they treat me like this? Avoid this dealership at all costs. Who knows how many of these reviews are honest after this stunt. What an absolute joke of a management team.Almost a month after the initial complaint, I am still completely ignored and tossed aside.Quick history: Ford emailed me about how my purchase went, I left an honest opinion that I felt neglected just because I had my own financing. That they rushed the detailing, and that it took multiple days to have the truck delivered. The GM of the store emailed me and said to let him know if he could help, I replied "I'd like to have my truck detailed again if possible" I was ignored for a week. Ford emailed me again and asked if the problem was resolved, I said no. GM emailed me again and said he "can probably fit me in, but would get back to me." Ignored a second time.So this morning I received a phone call from the sales rep and he wanted to help fix this (a month later). I said, "I'm not sure, I've got a pretty bad taste in my mouth from your dealership". Said he'd talk to the boss and get back to me.Calls me back about an hour later and says "the boss is hurt and that the damage is done, but If you delete the comment or change it to a 5 star review they'll detail my truck for me". Really? An entire month later and you're asking me to change my review for a service you should have done in the first place?To hell with this dealership. I have now uploaded pictures of how sloppy the detailing was done. They didn't clean anything under the hood, left dust, crumbs, and soda stains in every cup holder, I found a bullet casing and a nail in the center console.An entire month and they can't be bothered, then tried to win my review by lazily bribing me with a service they screwed up in the first place.

Steffan was very helpful and responsive so he saved the review.However I dont fully agree with the responses from the technicians about my truck though which is the reason for 4 stars. After a warranty replacement of my catalytic converter they claimed an exhaust leak that I found wasnt an issue post cat. However i get exhaust fumes into the truck at idle when the heat is blowing. Have to take it to another dealer for a 3rd service who agreed to fix the leak.

It was a very unsatisfying experience. When it was clear to me that were not going to get to my max budget price, I was okay with that and got up to leave, the closer Sam would not let me leave. He got very loud and obnoxious and then, again when I got up to leave he would not let me leave saying things that felt rather bullying. I felt very intimidated and uncomfortable. Not a good experience.

I received great support from start to finish on ordering my new F350 Crew cab dually and the delivery was remarkable that it only took 3.5 months to have my truck delivered to the dealership. I do want to shout out on the support and update I received from the representatives at the dealership once my truck was delivered. Great place to buy a new truck.
