City is professional and easy to work with. They worked with the insurance company and made it a seamless process to replace my BMW's front bumper. They also calibrated all the sensors. I would highly recommend City East Auto Body!!!

This is the only shop for me! I've used them a few times over the years, always great customer service, and even better work! The occasional loaner car is definitely a bonus too! I won't be going anywhere else, I've had bad experiences other places to know quality. City Auto Body is quality.

This will be the only body shop I take my vehicles! Brent was outstanding and the crew was able to get my car done in a week and do a paint match that was awesome.

They are the ONLY auto body shop I trust. I always bring my car to them beacuse they are the best at what they do. They have been phenomenal with customer service. I called this morning to get a qutoe on a broken mirror. Once I got their they assured me they would be able to fix it for a great price. They walked me through the steps I need to take. I have brought my car here now 3 times the first 2 I had to work with them and progressive insurance.let me tell you they know what they're doing and got everything done in a timely manner. when you're looking at auto body shops there is not a single one better in spokane.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

City East Body Shop does a great job! Their work is guaranteed by some insurance companies for as long as you own the car, highly recommend! Brent really knows his stuff, and their work speaks for itself.

City East was very helpful when my car was totaled by a deer. Even with their busy schedule, they made the time to come up with an estimate and worked with my insurance company directly. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss so no repairs needed but if it was not, I would've felt very confident having the repairs done here. Very good customer service and they helped a stressful situation, be a little less stressful. Will definitely return in the future! Thank you!

These guys did an amazing job on my body damage on my truck. Their customer service is beyond anything I've experienced in years, they even vacuumed the truck including the bed! I was also provided a ride home at drop off and just recieved a "thank you" card in the mail for using them! Who goes that extra mile in this day and age?! My GMC Terrain was involved in a hit and run on the freeway. My insurance company gave me a list of body shops. I called several and they all wanted me to set an appointment for an appraisal. I then called City East Auto Body Center and I did not have to make an appointment. I took the car to them on the same day I called and they had the appraisal complete within an hour. I informed my insurance company about my choice and the body shop ordered the parts needed for the repair. The parts arrived within a week and my car was put into the shop a week later, on a Monday. I had the car back on Friday of that same week. The car looks GREAT. The paint job was exceptional, matching the original paint perfectly. The customer service was incredible and very professional. David stayed in touch with me the entire process. I received text on the progress almost daily. I truly felt I was in the hands of competent professionals. I seriously cannot imagine a better automotive repair shop in Spokane and I highly recommend City East Auto Body Center to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very welcoming and knowledgable. They work for you and not your insurance company! They offer complimentary loaner cars...who else does that?! The quality of the repair is top notch, communication throughout, and all of this was done with little to no inconvenience or effort on my part! From bumper to bumper (literally) their service is incredible! Starting from the no push and free estimate.. to the front desk. Where she's polite and explains the paperwork going over all the details.. to doing the flawless work. The place is organized and clean and after checking around.. felt their price was in the ballpark.

Had an awesome experience here! Recently got in an accident and everyone here was very patient with me and answered all my questions I had. Even though my car was a total loss and was not worth repairing they were caring and compassionate. If I ever need a body shop again they will be my first call.

My insurance agent recommended this body shop. Talk with Dave he said. Dave is a friendly man. The owner is very knowledgeable. I am dropping my wife's Durango there for repair.
