Michelle and her team completely blew our expectations away. We were highly impressed, as we have not seen customer service as good as theirs in a very long time. Our car is 10 years old, and after having them detail and complete the ceramic coating, the car looks better than new. We are so glad we did this, and will be taking all of our vehicles to Ceramic Pros from here on out. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Michelle and her crew did a fantastic job on my Chevy 2500 HD truck. I had the top of the line Ceramic Exterior coating and a full interior treatment / protection. My truck was ready when promised and done for the price quoted. Truck looks amazing ; the attention to detail by the Ceramic Pro crew was evident...no.missed spots no streaks, no cloudy plastic areas. I can highly recommended Ceramic Pro Spokane to,anyone looking to protect or upgrade the appearance of their vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Ceramic Pro's exceptional service for my 2019 BMW 440i, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. They took the time to explain the benefits of ceramic coatings and paint protection for my vehicle, ensuring I was well-informed before making any decisions. Michelle listened to my concerns regarding the existing condition of the car s paint and her explanations and knowledge instilled a sense of confidence in their abilities and the quality of their products. I can't recommend Michelle and crew at Ceramic Pro Spokane enough!My vehicle's original ceramic pro treatment was in need of refreshing and so I dropped by to discuss options. Michelle was fantastic and detailed all the packages, benefits of each and what they can do. Happily, I booked my appointment for refresh and interior detail. The car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up later. It was discovered through the course of investigating the VIN that the previous treatment was NOT a lifetime product and the VIN had not been entered into the system.(LESSON: DO NOT BUY A CERAMIC COAT PACKAGE FROM A CAR DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL GROSSLY OVERCHARGE, APPLY A LOWER TIER PRODUCT AND CLAIM THE SERVICE WAS DONE AT CERAMIC PRO.....BUYER BEWARE!)While Ceramic Pro Spokane did an awesome job giving my car a thorough cleaning, it was acknowledged that the coating would be temporary and that a full (PROPER) package would be the best option. Since winters here can be harsh, I also wanted to inquire about undercoating. After carefully masking various components, they applied a generous coating of corrosion inhibitor to the underside. The paint got a full correction and then the Ultimate Ion package was applied: Windows, paint, wheels, everything is now coated with this new coating they offer. The final result was a vehicle that looks like it just came off a showroom floor.Delighted, I promptly booked an appointment to get our other car done.Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough, Ceramic Pro Spokane should be your absolute FIRST choice if you want to give your car the absolute best in detailing, protection and shine!Thank you Michelle and Team, you guys are simply the best!

I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Ceramic Pro in Spokane. My truck and most recently C6 Corvette. They did a fantastic job. Michelle and the crew are always super helpful easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to protect their vehicles.

Recently got a new vehicle. Received full front end paint protection film (PPF/Clearbra) at cp Spokane. With the full gold ceramic package. Got full paint correction prior to the installment. Turned out wonderful. Josh and Noah really know how to take their time and make sure the vehicle comes out well protected. The ultimate armor is highly recommended package and thats what I went with.I had all the windows tinted with the IR ceramic film which is awesome! Blocks the heat and any rays that can damage the dash,Along with during the cold months the window tint helps keep the heat inside.Also happy it reports to carfax helping keep the vehicle value!

Just got my annual refresh done, and my truck looks amazing. I will never own another vehicle that doesn t get a ceramic coating from Ceramic Pro. The customer service is exceptional. It s not often that you get to work with a business that leaves an incredibly positive impact on you as a customer. The people at Ceramic Pro are not only masters at what they do, but they also succeed at making you feel welcome and appreciated off and on the premises. My 2023 Subaru WRX Limited looks gorgeous with the Paint Protection Film, 5-layer Ceramic Coating, and Nano Tint they installed. If you care at all about your ride, do right by it by getting protected by the good folks at Ceramic Pro!

I highly recommend Ceramic Pro. Customer service is top notch. I use my car for work and needed to leave it with them all day. Instead of having to worry about transportation or getting a rental, they came and picked my car up from my office and returned my car to my home in the evening. Such a great service that not many people offer anymore. Top notch service. Thank you.

I was so impressed with the ceramic coating Ceramic Pro Spokane put on my Street Glide. If you like to have your vehicle looking nice, but get tired of constantly detailing it, I would highly recommend the ceramic coating. My bike is an 2009 that was kept in great condition. I was amazed that after two trips to Seattle and letting it sit for two months coated with bugs that all I had to do was take a sponge and water to it for it to look like it was just detailed/waxed.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Got our GMC Denali ceramic coated with their Gold Package and the finish is incredible! The team was extremely professional and our truck was done in just 2 days. They even offered to pick us up when it was finished. We plan to utilize their other services in the future. Thank you all again!

My black car had water spots backed on and years of car wash scratches, Ceramic Pro removed it all bringing back the deep lustre of metallic paint. It was so smooth the water can't help but shed off. They met all my expectations!

Psa: buyer beware. I had my car ceramic coated by ceramic pro Spokane. I went with the silver plus package $1300 so I didn't go cheap. I did exactly as I was instructed to make sure I would get the best results from the product. I did rinse it with spot rinse to get the dust off and then used a leaf blower so I didn't touch the car while it was curing. I have a black car I was lead to believe this would help prevent scratches swirl marks as well things like sap bird droppings ect from sticking to the paint. It did not do any of those things. It swirled as if I had nothing more thena wax on the car. even after it cured. I had gently dried the car with the best micro fibers I could find. I brought it back to them with my complaint and They recoated with 6 layers saying it must be that the paint is soft and the coating could have soaked in. So now I have the gold package. Well to make sure nothing went wrong the second time I drove straight home parked my car for 30 days. I pay quite a bit for my car payment so I payed over $800 to let my car sit while it cured. I drove my car 5 times after this and noticed a substance on my car thrown up from my wheels. I went in and spoke with Cameron we hand washed it and it did not come off it also had noticeable water spotting . I was told they would see what they could do to make it right. I get a call a few days later from Brandon the third manager they have had in less then a year period of time telling me that he just came into this and he is sorry to say but it's not covered under warranty. The only things covered are sap,bird droppings and bugs. I was told they have spent to much on trying to make it right already and it is there best interest to not do anything. I spent $2100 total to be told sorry your car looks terrible but that's just what it is.i then asked if they would atleast remove it they refused. I was told they don't want to touch my car, mind you I still have a warranty that must be maintained by having ceramic pro reapply a maintenance coat every year to keep it. not sure how that's going to work.I am writing this to inform anyone looking into ceramic coating with ceramic pro spokane to be very aware that there product and warranty is not what it leads you believe. I'd suggest you should probably look into another company to do business with if you are dead set on ceramic coating. I was wavering between ceramic coating or a wrap when this all started now I am unable to do that without much further expense to have this product removed. It also now is barely hydrophobic. Amazing improvement. Even though I garaged kept and babied this car it still seemed to acquire scratches to the clear coat. This car looks like it just rolled of the assembly line.

Gunder and his team are absolutely the best when it comes to auto detailing knowledge. I have been getting my car detailed every year from a random detail shop. Ceramic Pro is a one stop fix to never having to get your car detailed again. According to my research, it is recognized by KBB and insurances to help increase my cars value. is nano technology come home. Because of the molecular bond this has with my paint, to clean my car is as simple as turning on a hose and spraying it off. Too easy! Thank you, Ceramic Pro.

This is the most pathetic business. The owner is rude and does not stand behind his product or even care to give quality work. WORST place. The Customer service representative admitted their work was extremely poor and needed to be fixed and she was embarrassed by the quality then next time we come to pick up our car they didn t not even perform the corrections that were agreed upon and they are just done with it . Do not take you vehicle here unless you want them to completely ruin it. We gave them a chance to fix their mistakes and they refused to fix the issue or give quality work we paid for. I got a quote. It was more than reasonable. Emily was friendly, knowledgeable, and through in her quote. I decided to think about it. A few weeks later I decided to go through with the service. I called and asked for Emily, was told she was busy and she would call back. Let the gal then know I was ready to pull the trigger. She assured me Emily would call back. She didn't. So then I go to thinking maybe I can do this myself. Watched a few YouTube videos, purchased the supplies and now I am ready to tackle it myself. If they would have booked me when I called or called back, to be honest I wouldn't have done any research and would have ended up using them. I have dual feelings here, I'm thrilled they are successful enough not to book a job, but also annoyed they, well didn't book the job. Will my attempt be as nice as their's probably not, but I tried to give them my business. They are not interested.

Went in on my lunch break to see about ceramic coating my new Harley. Sat in their lobby for 10 minutes while the employees were sitting in an office. No hey be with ya in a minute or anything. Guess my money s not good here!
