Absolutely the best and only place to buy a used car. We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Bill and his crew. As always, we are completely satisfied with the vehicle. We also appreciate the no hassle purchasing experience. When the time comes we will be back for #5.

I dealt with the owner, Bill on the purchase of a 2012 Mercedes GL 450. It's a beautiful car with very few blemishes. I was provided a carfax report that detailed the excellent maintenance that had been done on the vehicle.What really impressed me was the detailed inspection they completed before I took delivery. They did an oil change, transmission service, and air filter.The other important thing is that they noted an oil leak at the oil filter, and a small exhaust leak. They were both corrected before delivery.If you are looking for a used high end car I recommend you take a look at their inventory.

Where to even begin.. My partner always wanted a BMW X5. Luckily a landscaping company dropped a tree on his car and so it was time to find a X5.I had driven by Car Emporium a few times and always liked their inventory. So we went in and visited and right from the welcome I felt this was the right place. Bill listened to what we wanted and we drove a few cars. Bill then brought out the X5 diesel and said it needed fuel and handed us 20 bucks. (He didn t know us and if he trust us like that, he just earned mine)We purchased the X5 over a year ago and just had a full maintenance done with some components in the engine replaced, all filters, and the price was far below what I had expected. It runs like a rocket now and Bill shared the same care and communication when we purchased it.Buying a car from Bill is like going car shopping with your Dad. Bill is straight forward and always a pleasure to visit with. His careful pick in cars he purchases and the work done on them before he sells them is incredible. Bill simply cares more about people than you ll find in most dealerships. His word is his bond delivered with integrity.If you re looking for a place to claim as your place to buy your cars, there is no one around like Bill. He treats you like family and his wealth of knowledge is incredible.If you want to have an out of this world buying experience done with confidence and that secure feeling you re taken care of, go have a talk with Bill at Car Emporium.Thank you Bill and Matt

Recently bought a car from here. Bob was who helped me. Fantastic, no pitch service that was very nice. Had some quirks with the car that the owner took care of personally in a quick manner. Very happy with the service this place has.

I strongly recommend these good folks for a stress-free car buying experience. They were more than fair with my trade-in. In fact they were sympathetic and gave much more than the KB value. Great people and I can't thank them enough.

The exact car i was looking for happened to be sitting on car emporium's lot. I was looking to finance with a little down. Bill and Gary worked with a few different credit lenders to get me the intrests rates i could work with. Very happy with the experience! Drove off the lot with the exact car i showed up for. The pre-sale maintenance on the car was awesome! New tires, breaks, shocks and struts on a 03' Corvette! Couldn't be happier! Thanks guys...

When I went to buy a car I wasn't to knowledgeable of purchasing a Mercedes benz but Bill made me feel comfortable in what I was buying and explained the process. I can honestly say I love being apart of the Car Emporium family !!!

I just bought my new vehicle from these guys, and it was a wonderful experience! They're so nice and easy to work with. Lots of laughs, and such a relaxed environment. Not the stereotypical pushy salesmen at all. I will definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle! Thank you so much for my new ford escape, I love it!

Bought a car few months ago, it was nice experience. Bill is nice guy, every car he will tell me all the conditions of the vehicle and make sure that all the vehicles are in the best condition before they are sold. Friendly and reliable. I highly recommended to come here to find your car!

Just bought an adorable 4 door mini cooper. Great sales experience. Friendly, family-owned business, fair prices, nice cars. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is apprehensive about buying a car. I left feeling like I absolutely got a fair deal, a great car at a price I can definitely afford. It was nice to walk away feeling like I did business with an honest and fair dealership. Would highly recommend!!!

Please buy your next vehicle from Matt and bill! These men are honest, upfront, and truly want to help. My wife and I were in a wreck a few weeks ago and totalled our car. Matt helped us search for the right vehicle even if it wasn't from him! Luckily a beautiful Nissan titan came and they helped us through the process with ease. But they made sure our new titan was perfect before it left the lot. I have had some pretty bad experiences with car dealers but these guys are truly here to help. My wife and I are forever grateful for your help and we will forevermore buy our vehicles through car emporium!

Bill, Matthew and the technician who worked on my car were gracious. Parts were ordered from Seattle and Portland. They were transparent, fixed the car in a timely manner and provided transportation to the rental car place, and then to my home. Matthew came to pick me up driving my car and allowing me to test drive it once the car was done. I will definitely recommend their service. It was my first car repair in 10 years and I had a great experience.

The car I was looking for just happened to be on Car Emporium's lot, and the rest is history. I traded my vehicle in, and Bill worked the financing arrangements for me. Great deal on a beautiful, mechanically sound vehicle. Their customer service is true to what you'd expect at a Mom & Pop shop, but father & son in this case. Great, honest, hard working people!

Bill, Gary, and Bob are the great! Hands down best car buying experience I have had. They did not pressure a sale at all and were very professional. I can honestly say that this dealership will stand behind their inventory. There was a bump in the road regarding my sale, but they ensured that I was satisfied with my purchase, comfortable with its reliability and went above and beyond. They care about not only a single point sale, but also returning customers and word of mouth. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership for your next purchase!

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Car Emporium and I absolutely love it. A couple weeks after I purchased the car it ended up having a small mechanical issue (that can happen to any used car) and after I called Bill to see if could help me at all he did not skip a beat and had me bring it down to his shop to fix it and I was back on the road. I could not recommend and better car dealer to have the pleasure of dealing with from the sales process to the service than Car Emporium. If anyone needs a good used car give them a call you wont regret it!

I bought a 2012 ford fusion a month ago from Gary, and it was the best car buying experience I've had in a long time. He was nice, and was able to get me into my new car with no problem, and he was able to get me low payments that I can afford. He was not pushy, or in a rush to get me out of the lot. He did everything he could to get me that car! I highly recommend car Emporium!!

I didn't end up buying a car from Bill, but he will do all he can to make sure you are well-taken care of. He only sells nice vehicles in great shape. His shop mechanic goes through them thoroughly. If he doesn't have what you are looking for on his lot, let him know and he will do his best to find it for you! - Steve C.

A few months ago I purchased a summer car from Car Emporium. They have been amazing helping me with minor repairs that were needed. It's a convertible and the parts from an on-line source where $1,200.00 alone. They sourced and repaired the top for under $500.00! They even replaced the front brakes on the vehicle at no change, simply because they believed they were good when I bought it, but a sensor light came on within a few short days of ownership, indicating brake wear. Bill even drove me to work and back. A huge 5-start happy face from me!

Me and my wife went to all the used car sales places in Spokane (more like 8 or 9). Hands down the Car Emporium was the best. Good service and straight forward. The car selection is high quality and priced great. My first car was 10 years ago and still driving it around. My most recent car is about 12 months driving (30 mile daily commute) and ZERO issues. I always tell anyone looking for a car to go here first.

Excellent service and assistance. They have some very nice, clean and well maintained cars that I was looking at. I was impressed with the selection and purchased a extremely clean BMW 6 series. A friend I recommended them to, is purchasing a very clean hardtop convertible BMW and is also impressed with their vehicles.

Just bought a truck for our son who is going is off to college and needed a reliable vehicle.
