I am beyond happy with the repairs Caliber Collision did for me. My vehicle looks good as new and they went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I worked with Rachel for the entirely of the services, and she is amazing. Very impressed with the customer service and friendliness of staff. I will return for future repairs and also recommend to friends and family.

My daughter's car still has not been repaired sufficiently to be legal, passenger brake and turn signal not working...difficult to get someone there to take a look at this simple repair....thought they would double check to be sure everything was up to par BEFORE turning the car back over to her Thanks Khryststyn for getting it right

Donny and the team at Caliber are phenomenal.My car was backed over by a Dodge Ram. Thought for sure she was toast but thanks to them that was not the case. Got her back in almost better condition.Superb work! Thanks again!

Absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with, period. From the time my vehicle was brought in to the time I picked it up, they were attentive, kind, and kept me informed a couple times a week on progress. Other companies should take a lesson of how to conduct business. If you have the misfortune of having an accident, take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. I am so thankful I did! The repair work is beyond compare. They returned my vehicle in better condition than it was prior to my accident. They communicated with me often enough so that I was informed, however not so much as to be a bother. Just the right amount. They are polite, knowledgeable, skillful, and pay attention to detail. I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision. Krystyna was awesome to work with, and Rachel, the Manager, also helped me a ton. Caliber on N Bowdish in the Spokane Valley did an excellent job repairing my Highlander. I can t even see where I was rear ended and the paint matches beautifully. The office contacted me immediately to make an appointment and filed all the pictures and paperwork necessary with the insurance company. Thank you Amy at Safeco/Liberty Mutual for making this process as painless as possible. Rob and the office at Caliber were so helpful. They arranged for a rental car and Enterprise picked me up. Rob kept me updated via text to let me know what steps were completed and which step came next. Caliber cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. I am more than completely satisfied with Caliber Collision! First of all Krystyna was amazing! She was very friendly, empathetic, and always in my corner! I appreciated her (their) transparency. She kept me up to date on the progress! As for the work itself, outstanding! They made me feel that it was important to get my car fixed. My car looks amazing and they did it in a timely manner! As I ve had to unfortunately have body work done twice in one year, caliber collision was phenomenal! I wish they had done my work earlier in the year as well. They were timely, efficient, great communicators, and gave me back my car looking like it had no damage done to it. We loved working with Caliber Collision! Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and pleasant. Before picking Caliber, I checked with two other body shops in my network and we chose Caliber mainly because they were able to get parts and repairs done so quickly. The other two shops said they were booking out about 3-5 months for repairs but caliber collision gave me an estimate, was able to get parts in, and completed flawless repairs in less than 3 weeks. Upon pick up my car looked amazing-they had cleaned the interior and exterior. I will recommend Caliber Collision from here on out! Thanks you guys!Service: Body & Trim

I was recently rear-ended and had a lot of repair work that needed to be done. Caliber Collision on Bowdish in the Spokane Valley was amazing. They coordinated everything with my insurance and the car rental company. And when there was a delay in getting my parts and I had to go out of town, they worked with me and had it done the day I arrived back in town. I didn't even need to take the rental car back. They took care of all that for me. I dropped it off at their location and picked up my "new" car. It was that easy. When I got home and realized a part from the rear window wiper had come off in the accident I called them, they ordered a new part, I took it in and they popped it on...perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!! Especially Rob and the folks working the desk. Always a smile and fun to work with!! Thank you Caliber Collision!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would give them over 5 stars if I could such nice down to earth people!! They kept me updated on my car almost daily and were so communicative! Donnie is the man, he was so helpful and made my experience a 10/10! Definitely recommend if you want amazing customer service!

Very satisfied with my experience with Caliber Collision (on Bowdish Rd., Spokane Valley) Rob service advisor took care of me the whole process from start to finish. Kept me up-to-date via text on the process of the repairs. The front desk staff is very nice and helped me with the rental car. Even the body man Ben who did the work on the car came out and shook my hand, he did an amazing job on the car. Definitely would recommend the shop to anyone.
