If there was an option for 10 stars I would!!! I cannot rave about Botzon s enough. They are truly great mechanics, with an immense expertise, trustworthy, reliable, honest service, and fair affordable prices. (Additionally, just out of them being awesome, they ve also repaired my cornering light, and given me a new key fob battery for free before!) My 2013 VW is in great shape because of these folks, and even if other mechanics would be less out of the way, or cheaper, I refuse to get my repairs and maintenance done anywhere else! These folks do an amazing job. They are also pretty darn good about answering phones, and whenever I ve asked for a quote over the phone, they are very quick to get an accurate cost. Thank you Botzon s for being such an amazing crew, we need more mechanics like you folks, but that s a far too lofty goal to aspire to!!!Update: I called in with an emergency CV axle and camshaft sensor repair, as it came up out of the blue, and they were able to get me in and get it fixed the next day, all for under $1000. Botzons has been my go-to auto shop for the last 10 years. A few days ago, a headlight went out the day before my scheduled oil change and they were able to do everything. They re do great work, their pricing is fair and they keep my older vehicles running. Sometimes it is a bit of a wait to get on their schedule but they are worth it and they always try to get you in at the soonest appointment.

Pierce and Brian are top notch. They always go the extra mile. I am a firm believer that the quality of a business is always influenced from the top down and these guys are leading the way. I always recommend my friends to go to Botzons Automotive.

Botzon's was quick and professional. I only needed an inspection and they provided me with a thorough inspection within an hour. Their prices are very competitive and their staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you Botzon's.

100/10 service! From the moment I called them, to the moment bringing in my vehicle, they were always there answering every silly questions I had! I highly recommend this shop for any of your imports! Brought in my 2018 Porsche Macan for 30k service, I was quoted a very reasonable price! Glad to to know that they are places that are honest. If you got a Macan! Don t hesitate to bring it, it wont cost you a leg and an arm. Thank you Kristy & Brian

They can handle repairs on many older foreign cars that most shops won't work on. Very knowledgeable , easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I have been bringing my Jaguars to Botzon's Automotive for years. In my opinion, their level of expertise and competitive rates cannot be beaten anywhere in the Inland Empire. I reside in Coeur d'Alene, but consider the drive to Boltzon's well worth the service I receive. Corky Meyer

The team it Botzon's is amazing. My car was towed to them. They waited after hours for me to arrive. They were friendly and very communicative. Made me feel like my car repair was their top priority! My car was repaired and I was back on the road.

I love these guys. I took one of my exotics a 1972 Pantera DeTomaso in for numerous repairs. Bud the owner and his son went through the car and fixed some things that I knew about and some others that they found. Their attention to detail was great. We were getting the car ready for my girlfriend to drive across the Cascades to me over on Whidbey, Island so it had to be safe. Our time schedule was tight and Brian did a great job scheduling us when they were very busy. Their rates are reasonable and they were very organized. We like them so much my girlfriend brought her car in for an estimate and they saved her over $500. I have a 2002 GMC Sierra Pickup, original owner. I have had an issue with the wiring loom in the tilt steering column, a couple of faulty wires that would cause issues intermittently, with the dash 4X4 selector, cruise control button and the HVAC selector switch.I have been hesitant to take this for repair as it was one of those dreaded "Intermittent " issues that would not act up every time and was variable with the postion of the tilt steering wheel. I discussed this with the service manager at Botzon's as best I could, and they accepted the job. Needless to say, they delved deep into the steering column and repaired and replaced the components that were the issue. I would assume this was not a pleasant repair to diagnose and repair, but they did it right. Trust, confidence and knowledge are my #1 attributes for a automobile service/repair company, and I am a repeat customer of theirs for these reasons. Well done. Vince. M.Service: Electrical repair

They always work well on my BMW and take great care of her. There is a wait to be seen and that is tough if you don't have a back up car. Great job and only a couple days to complete the task. thank you

!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can not say enough good things about this shop! I have a Chevy Cruze that has a diesel engine and trying to find a shop that was willing to do service on it was turning into a nightmare. I was quoted at one repair shop 1200 dollars to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. I was then recommended to this shop and boy am I glad I called. Brian was super helpful, professional, and friendly beyond expectations. He called everyday with updates and never made me feel like I was getting the run around. I wouldnt recommend anyone else but Botzon's Automotive. Brian, Pierce and everyone else there go above and beyond to take care of you. Their customer service is worth it alone. They seem to care about your car as much as you do. If I could give them 10 out 5 stars I absolutely would! They saved me at least 1000 dollars. They are now my go to repair shop even after I move away from the Spokane Valley area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Botzon's has been my go-to shop since I bought an older Range Rover. They've always been super solid on price and speed. The team is very thorough in explaining what's going on with your rig, what they are doing to fix it, and where they are at in the process. These guys were all very helpful and trustworthy. As a single woman, it is hard to find someone you can trust with an issue you may know nothing about. I've been taken advantage of in the past but have no issues here. They are reasonable and reliable and the only place I'd take my Volvo too. Thanks to Bud and his team!

I ve been taking my Audi to Botzon s for 2.5 years now, and will continue to do so. This is a layman s perspective (I can change a tire, but nothing else), but here s why I keep coming back: 1) Reliable. They always get right back to me about setting up an appointment, their quotes have always been accurate and I ve never had a a financial surprise with them (not the case with other places I ve gone). 2) Comprehensive. They always anticipate repairs every time I m in, and since they ve been servicing my Audi I ve not had any surprise breakdowns (might be luck, but I feel like it s becaue they take care of me!). 3) Courteous, personable, easy to work with. Bryan in the front office is a joy to communicate with; he explains things simply and tries (valiantly) to educate me on what goes on with my car. The whole crew is very respectful, prompt, and thorough in their communication.Highly recommend for the above reasons. This is my review based on 2.5 years with them and probably 8+ visits.

Did a transmission flush. Now my car doesn't run 3 weeks later. It immediately had issues the day we received it back after the transmission flush. They said that wasn't what caused it. Right. Car ran perfect before. 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Either very sketchy service or coincidence.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

When I purchased my car I paid for a yearly service from the dealership and have completely stopped using it. Brian has gone above and beyond for me. He has personally followed up with me about issues with my vehicle, has kept me from spending unnecessary money on minor issues that he has kept track of and kept an eye on each and every service, and has always been professional, friendly and informative every time I ve taken my car in for oil changes and repairs. I couldn t recommend Botzons more. It s always refreshing leaving a mechanic feeling like I know more and more about my car every time, instead of hearing that my car has a magical elf inside casting spells on it that only the dealership can fix for a boat load of money. Thank you guys

Friendly service with fair pricing. I appreciated the effort to call me regarding needed repair that could be addressed without additional labor costs while the case was apart. I already knew about the issues but had forgotten to tell them, but they noticed them and called me. When I wasn't able to return the call Brian called again to ensure I was able top take advantage of the reduced labor cost

They were very fair with the price of my repairs, hundreds less than any other quotes Id gotten. They recognized the problem quickly. My car is running like a dream I am very happy. They even took me to work and picked me up when my car was ready. That is priceless and was much appreciated. Thank you Bud

I been taking my Land Rover here for years. Spent probably 10k. Two years ago had a head gasket replaced for $4800. Rover started overheating all the time. Just took it back a month ago cause running badly. Told me I need a head gasket replaced, brakes done and various other things for $2400. I said go ahead and do everything except the brakes. Paid $1600 for nothing.Still runs bad. me $250 just to put the evaluation machine. I suspect Botzun is gone and it s under new management. But I feel absolutely screwed after all these years. My brakes didn t squeak when I went in but they started immediately after I got it back. I feel betrayed more than anything.

Botzon's made things right with me when there was an oversight on my 2008 Volvo V70. They took ownership and got my car dialed in. Finding a mechanic shop willing to do this is a rarity these days. They are easy to work with and charge fair rates for a European mechanic shop. Will be conducting all future business here- thankful to have found them.
