Super simple to apply for a unit or space to rent, all online, including unit assignment (if available) & gate access code, after payment via a secure site. I had my Brand New 10 x15 unit in less than 15 minutes.Very impressed with the easy access & location of this Brand New Storage facility. Well done, clean & fresh. Kudos to the staff for the foresight to build a much needed storage facility like this for the surrounding community to use.

Update on review. Got my ski boots out for the season and they are missing a chunk of the liner. Looks like a mouse was tearing apart my $400 boots. I'll be moving out after the new year.Good storage facility, friendly staff.Only reason for four stars and not five is because they seem to have a mouse problem. They couldn't rent out other units last year because of it and recently I found mouse droppings around all my stuff being stored. The owner needs to invest into sealing up the place better. I don't think you can exterminate all the mice since they're next to fields.

I honestly have had some ups and downs. This place was convenient and helpful at the beginning, but unfortunately since then I've had a few issues. My primary issue being that I paid a fee to have Their maintenance come and cut our -old- lock, and I delivered a brand new lock I wanted placed onto it. The on duty gal had informed me that Should they end up needing to use one of their locks, they would at minimum call/reach out. (10-13). I arrived today, (10-14), and found that they cut the old one off, then replaced it with one of their own anyways, no call, no email, no texts. Their office closed at 4 pm, so I was unable to actually access My own property inside the unit. I'm honestly surprised, and rather disappointed with barker storage. Definitely not somewhere I'll be returning with any business of mine.

I received wonderful customer service from Kia and Carla. You were so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for making it easy to get my account created and secure my storage space! You all went the extra mile for me and it was much appreciated! I highly recommend this business.

Signing up, getting a unit, paying monthly, and scheduling a move out were all smooth processes. The price was competitive and, in my opinion, fair. If I move back to the area, I would come back.

I just moved in today.But so far I like the atmosphere.And Kia the office manager was very polite and pleasant and explained everything about the rent so easily understood.Just wish the gate was open until 10:00 p.m.But 9:00 will work.Great place to rent from.Diane Walser

I've been using this storage for 2-3 years now and since opening my account with Kia, she's not only made my experience trauma free, helped with patience and understanding, as well as helped me with ideas for my own business direction. I couldn't be happier with their pricing, they keep it very well maintained and honestly it's one of my best storage experiences around both metro Spokane, Tennessee and Idaho areas where I've dealt with and dealt with storage units. Would not recommend. I have used Barker storage for the last year and a half. While storing my household goods, boat and motorcycles in their largest enclosed unit #303, I had a bird infestation due to an incomplete structure that was neglected to be installed during construction that would restrict birds from flying up the rolling door gap and nesting. There are holes in the structure from when beams were welded that give access to rodents and birds as well. I notified Barker storage management and kept getting put off for three months while being told that it would be fixed or resolved. Excuses being, the state must come remove the birds from the unit, they were developing a chicken wire fix to seal the gaps, they don t have a lift tall enough to install said fix, to they are making the construction company come back and install the coverings that would stop access. My contents in storage were covered in bird feces and feathers. Management took pictures and nothing was resolved. I requested to move units and was told they were all rented. I received an email about move in specials and called management again and came to the office in person. In truth, units were open and I moved to #202. Months later. The unit was still and is to this day, bird and rodent infested. My contents were still covered in bird feces and there were mice that nested during the winter with the structural design flaws and the open fields surrounding the storage location. I moved all of my contents out of Barker Storage. I found the staff to be unhelpful and many times undertrained. When staff would have to contact management, they were unavailable. It became a frustrating game of how long they could shirk their customer and still collect rent without resolution. I had damage to the content I had stored with some of it just going straight to the dump including paintings covered in bird feces. RENTER BEWARE!

The staff was very informative and helpful. Rates are outstanding!!! In addition to my review, I think it would be great that if you move out the beginning of the paid month that you would be prorated the remaining funds. It's like when you rent a unit you get prorated cost, but if you pay for the full month and then move out not needing it after 9 days, you are still being charged for the full month and deleted out of the system.

This was a great location to store our motorhome. For the most part it was very clean and safe and secure. I did have an issue with pigeons making a mess on on our motorhome. But after contacting the management, I was moved to a different unit that was even easier to park in. I was disappointed that there were no electrical outlets to even plug in a trickle charger to keep the batteries charged. However that seems to be the norm with other storage locations.

Very helpful staff! Great location for me to store my 5th wheel. I'm adding to my post to say 5 stars again! I've left, as I'm a snowbird, up for 4 months from mid-May to mid-September and South to warmer weather until next May. I am very happy and will return to store my 5th wheel again next May!! I use my 5th wheel while I'm in the area and love the ease with which I can get in and out, and the on-site dump station is very convenient! Thanks again and see you next spring!

My initial set up with a storage unit today was amazing. Very personable and everything was clear and fair. Prices are amazing compared to others I ve looked at. Property has great security procedures and very clean. Highly recommend.

Very clean unit (brand new - we were the first ones to rent it) and easy to access. Staff was nice and helpful whenever we needed it. We no longer have storage needs, but if we ever develop the need again we'll certainly be going back to Barker Storage!

I originally came here for 2 reasons. 1:for the same size unit (10x10) it's half of what I was paying, 2:location is closer to where I work so it's a bit more convenient.... After just a month and a half, I have had issues related to the facility... Bees all over the place, brought it up with the woman in the office and they are taking care of it after having been fighting with s/o the woman in the office came to check on me and helped me by allowing me to talk to her and even gave me some tools to help me with my personal life (a few things that helped her) I love that she is a good person and I cannot brag enough about this place! And the units are outside and super easy to access! Love it so much here!

My unit was broken into and a bunch of my stuff was robbed several months ago. Due to their faulty security and lack of initiative to find the burglars no arrests have been made in my unit being robbed or the several other ones that I understand have been robbed. And then they charge you for the damage that the burglars that they allowed in caused. If you want to be treated fairly I would definitely look into another place to store my valuables and things because they really don't care they just want money money which I understand for the space but you know they should have security there that's part of what you pay for,
