Beware that If you buy a battery here they will do whatever it takes to not warranty it. I bought a battery dated 5/23 and they just refused to warranty it for me today. I own a few businesses in town and we will never shop at an Autozone again.They wanted to charge me $209.00 dollars today and I drove about 1 block more down Sprague to Orielly s and Paid $160.00 for a better battery with a 3 year warranty. It is really nice when companies do a good job and stay true to their word/warranties.*This story is Sad but unfortunately it is very true.**This is my only Negative review please look at all my other reviews they are 5 star***I just felt compelled since the guy behind the counter took great pleasure in denying me.Sincerely,Charles T

Call to complain that their Tech took my windshield wipers off while we were talking about custom windshield wipers and I decided to not get them as I didn't actually need wipers. The gentleman sent me away without putting windshield wipers back on so the next day it snowed several inches and I cannot even get my windshield cleared off to go buy new ones and the metal great on my windshield almost scratching it. When I called the complain the manager started explaining why what his employee did was correct instead of trying to figure out what he could do to remedy the situation. Sending someone without wipers is dangerous and it required part of your vehicle. Manager hung up on me as I was being rude about it because I told him he was not listening to my complaints I do not care why they took the wipers off what I care about is why they didn't put them back on stick with O'Reilly's. If you're a girl you must be stupid and not know what you're talking about to these dudes

Awful customer service. Was hung up on when I was trying to explain that Walmart showed a lower price and I felt he wasn't understanding what I was trying to explain to him when it came to the part I was needing. He wasn't in the mood to help from the beginning.Thanks for that!

Aaron helped me find the right bulb for my headlight! Not only was he super professional and friendly, but he offered to change it for me and did it in less than 5 mins!I m definitely coming back to this auto zone for any future car supply needs!

Tuesday August 22nd, I was riding the apple way trail when I got a flat tire on my bike. Lucky enough target was there where I purchased a tube..not knowing how I was gonna change out my tube I stopped in at AutoZone to ask if they could help.. sure enough the guys working that evening around 5pm loaned me the tools to change out my tube and we're kind enough to let me do so right inside the store.. afterwards they even brought out a electric air pump to let me pump up my tire!! I wanna say thanks guys for being so kind and helpful!! You guys rock and I will definitely comeback for any shopping needs. I highly recommend anyone to do your shopping here...thanks guys for all your help

I have never had a issue with trusting what the employees there say. I went in two weeks ago and asked a gentleman if he knew what filter I needed for my oil change. He said "this is the one you need" I asked if he was sure he said "100 percent". Flash forward to today. I went to get my oil change and my mechanic said I had the wrong filter. I didn't have my receipt at the time and thought wouldn't be a big deal since I never used it literally only opened the box. I got in and ask for a refund and the money to be put back on the car and he looks at me and says"we only do in store credit I said yeah that won't work for me because I barley ever shop here. I asked if I could talk to someone else and then the store manager said "yeah you can talk to me and we only do in store credit" I said is there anyone else I can talk to?? Without hesitation they all said outside there is a number. I called both district manager and GM and not one person answered. I finally found the receipt a few moments later and the customer service after that point got way worse. They where short with me andthrew little comments in between the last bit of the transaction. I won't ever be back.

Joe was an incredible help! He took such a small and unimportant issue like a cigarette lighter and made it his mission to help me out to get it fixed! What an awesome guy and I couldn t be more thankful for his help today!

LOL. Walk in knowing how much I hate these big chain auto parts stores. Give the guy at the counter an Edleman part number for a compression fitting I need. He asked for make and model.. Dude, no just get me the fitting. "I can't I have to look it up under the car it's for" DUDE no. Don't you have a huge bin full of Edleman fittings? "No just these dorman fittings over here" (points out the nuts and bolts not even close to what I want AND I have the fitting in my hand to show him) I didn't bother arguing with the moron any further and walked out. I'm so sick and tired of these parts stores highering any warm body off the street and not training them to any capacity at all. Why I like Motion auto parts they have full brains and use them. If they were open on Sunday this horrible experience wouldn't have happened. Stay away from AutoZone unless you like doing their job for them.

My husband and I are from Montana. We bought a part there and tried to return it while we were visiting Spokane. The manager was rude and had very poor customer service. Other then that the red shirt employees were kind and understanding.

I needed a battery for my car Shaun and Joe were excellent! They took the time to get the battery out and install the new one for me. I highly recommend going to this location. They were so helpful polite and understanding! Thank you guys you rock!!

I have never taken time to review prior to this. At each of my visits over the years I have found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly Today I stopped by for new wipers for my Subaru. Not only did they find them for me but explained the differences between brands and pricing. They went on to kindly install them for me!!! No surprise for me as I have experienced their helpful service before, but I had to post a review because I think others should know how great they are!

My check engine light came on. I was going to take my pickup to Dishman Dodge to have it diagnosed and repaired. My brother told me to take it here to Auto Zone. They will diagnose for free and tell me my options. I m glad I did. Probably saved me a couple hundred dollars which I could always use since I m disabled and my income is limited.Shaun S. hooked up a small machine, brought it inside and the computer said I needed a battery. Without hesitation, Shaun showed me a couple batteries that would work in my truck. He also said he would install it for free. I m truly impressed with the service and professionalism I got from Shaun S. I ll be a customer from now on. Thank you Auto Zone and Shaun S.

Came into the store around 6:20ish tonight to look for a sunshade for my car. I wasn't greeted and when I asked the young male associate a question he acted bothered and replied with an attitude.We were looking around the store for a little bit and my husband had a question. We couldn't find anyone so we waited up at the register. A manager, a bit older, came over and asked if we were ready to check out. My husband replied that he had a question. The guy got snippy and shook his head. He asked my husband a few questions and rolled his eyes and even sighed.Sorry we asked you some questions. Ive been a Manger in many places and never have I ever treated my customers that rudely. They need more customer service training!

I was so disappointed you guys advertise if you purchase a battery which I really need and I need help to put it in and they refuse to help me put it in they said they just didn't have time someone had to go do a auto part run and just excuses so you guys need to change your website or you can have a suit against you you advertise that you install the batteries if we purchase well that's a lie I was very upset cuz I can't do it on my own so this store I will never recommend this store for anybody obviously you have FALSE ADVERTISEMENT IF THIS ISN'T TAKEN OFF YOUR GUYS'S WEBSITE THEN I WILL CONTACT AN ATTORNEY TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING SO YOU DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME COMING TO THAT PACIFIC STORE WHEN YOU DON'T DO WHAT YOU ADVERTISE I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AND YOU GUYS ADVERTISE IF YOU PURCHASE A BATTERY WHICH I REALLY NEED AND I NEED HELP TO PUT IT IN AND THEN THEY REFUSE TO INSTALL THAT WAS A LIE

These guys have great personality for customer interactions, and comparable prices. My only issue is no one should have to wait 10 minutes to buy a small item it took them 1 minute to get. They were helping others and I understand, however I feel they could schedule a little better with staff to insure that a fast employee works with a slow one. That way all the slow ones are not on the same shift. Still top 2, just not my first pick.

Employees closed and locked the store doors well before closing at 10pm. I knocked on the door and no one answered. I had a return. At 10pm here comes all employees walking out the store. The guy tells me Saturdays theres a timer and he has to beat it? Riiiiight. Sounds like homeboy wants to get the party started earlier.

Last evening, I came in to purchase headlight replacement lamps. Spencer and Andrew were extremely helpful. Andrew even changed the bulbs for me! Andrew took the time to get to know me, while still getting the job done and I really appreciated the exceptional service. I could sense the teamwork, pride in giving personal service, and see their smiles even with masks! THANK YOU!!

Great place for any automotive need. I love the tool rental.... IT'S FREE! And you can scan your codes here and they help you understand your options for repairs. Overall a great place wth different price options for you too! UPDATE: Back again, this time I used their free engine scanner and then they give you a print out of any codes that might have shown! So awesome!

For an auto parts store, their driveway on Sprague isn't exactly low-rider friendly. Other than inadvertently causing damage to my undercarriage due to the illusion of the driveway being easy to navigate in a lower vehicle, visit was fast and easy. Was only there to properly recycle a lithium battery.

The cashier wasn't the most attentive person. I had to repeat everything several times. After about 20 minutes of henpecking on the keyboard and constant what's I finally got my part. I. A good note...they were the only place in town that had my part in stock.

This place always goes above and beyond my expectations. The free engine diagnostics is nice. Whenever I get a part from this location, it always is the exact part I needed.Specifically today, Sales Rep Arnie grabbed a bulb from me without delay. In-out in 3 minutes, until I realized I asked for the wrong bulb. I went right back in and explained. Absolutely no eye rolling, looked relentlessly for the right bulb, and after checking everywhere apologized and gave me a refund all while he seem like he genuinely cared. All just for just random light bulbs!Thanks a lot guys!

We needed a specific lug key that didn t come with our truck when we bought it and these guys had it.... they were very helpful and the price was very reasonable!
