I went here to find some brake line for my truck, Nikita was real helpful and friendly. Although they didn't have what i needed, they were friendly and helped us to the best of their ability

Went in tonight to get some wiper blades, fluids and a new truck battery. The gentleman here tonight was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Got me lined up with what I needed and my vehicle was back in shape again quickly. Excellent customer service here! Thanks very much! You guys are great!

Don't waste your time here. When I purchased a valve cover gasket they gave me a gasket for the wrong vehicle. This wasn't a big problem and I returned it to get the correct gasket. Upon returning it they told me I could not get my money back even though the purchase was clearly shown on my account. What's even worse is they kept the part. Steer clear of these scam artists.

Alex went above and beyond for my friend when we brought in a car we were test driving from a used car dealership. He thoroughly looked at the car and let us know the rotors would need to be replaced and even saw that part of the car had been rebuilt.Lastly, he suggested we take the car on the freeway because of a transmission code.When the car was driven at higher speeds, it was discovered that it was stuck in gear and definitely had something very wrong with it.He saved my friend from spending thousands of dollars on a car that wouldn't have even made it back to her apartment!!

It s an auto parts store what would you expect. Actually friendly service and we bought some windshield wipers and some fluid. One thing that most people don t know is that they will install your wiper blades for you so we asked the guy to install and he was happy to do so.

When in today, Griffin was extremely helpful. Went to several stores no one had the part I needed and Auto Zone was cheaper.

Alex really helped me out tonight! He helped me replace the fuse to my break lights that I didn t know It was out and right as they were closing up my car wasn t going to start he still came out to help get her goin again. Absolutely amazing customer service here! The manager and employees are probably the best auto store team I have ran into in the last 10 years! Best Autozone in town! They went out of their way to help me find the right parts and hardware. They even stayed late one night to help me because I was working out of town and couldn't make it in before they closed. Thank you so much, you guys are are a rare breed these days!!

Awesome service. Was greeted by more than one staff member. Young Joshua (i hope have his name right) put my new window wipers on and filled up window washers with my bottle of RainX. He checked all my fluids. Saying Thank you is not enough! Wonderful services

Very helpful charged my dead batteries for two days just to get enough charge in them to be able to see which ones were good (I have one auto battery and four deep cycle batteries in my motorhome) really didn't. Have to do that but wanted to be helpful n boy they sure shined golden when they did.

I m blown away by the customer service I got here a few days ago when dealing with an alternator issue. First I called and talked to Steven, who was very knowledgeable but recommended I come in and talk to Alex. Came by an hour later and Alex immediately pointed out my problem (worn tensioner pulley causing squeaking noise) as well as took the time to thoroughly test my alternator with my DC-DC charger in different configurations, share info about correct cable sizing, etc. And he sold me the correct pulley and belt which I was able to replace right there at the store. This place will continue to get my business- great people working here.

Can't say enough about the AutoZone crew. My motorhome's batteries were extremely drained and they spent two days charging and testing them, identified three bad batteries and the two good ones. Later when purchasing two new batteries they took extra time to make sure batteries were the proper ones for my needs and even loaded them into a cart I was using to transport the battery cores. Great bunch of employees.

I went into the store because of a problem with a fuse in my car and the gentleman who helped me very humbly helped me discover that my car had a fuse tool underneath the hood, which was all I needed. My only regret is that I didn't end up buying anything when I came in.

We come here for all of our auto parts needs. There have been a few times that they didn't have the parts needed and we had to get them from O'Reilly's. I would advise to not buy the toolboxes that install on a truck from Autozone as they aren't made well, and apparently are really easy for someone to break into. Before that even happened the latching mechanism was being finicky and causing problems. Overall though solid store and helpful staff most of the time.

Got assistance immediately upon walking through the door, was in and out with 3 correct items in less than 5 minutes! Wish I could remember the name of the polite, friendly , younger looking guy that helped me so I could give him a good review with the company!!!

Way better service than Napa! I brought in my dead battery. I got prompt service and David gladly offered to thoroughly charge and test it. Compare to Napa down the road where I had to wait what felt like forever for a simple test without charging and all they could say was "eh, it probably needs to be replaced". Sorry but could you be a little more sure before I drop $150?

The gentleman behjne the counter was quick to ask if we needed help finding something. Quick to find it in the computer and he had it in the counter in a matter of seconds. The store was very clean and very organized, nothing looked out of place, with a good layout. My time here was fast but enjoyable.

Cashiers had absolutely no clue about car parts. Asked for a higher amperage alternator and the cashier argued with me about how it wouldn't match my vehicle. After getting what I asked her for, I installed it on my vehicle with no problems.

Auto zone treats you right. I used their code reader and they give you a print out of what the codes are and how to fix them! This time it was a MAP sensor. Then they helped me erase existing codes that haven't come back up. My check engine light had been on for awhile and now it's not! I recommend Auto Zone..

No one wanted to help me change my cars dead battery because someone was hurt and it was too cold outside announced to the whole store if anyone would like to help me change my dead battery. Never coming to autozone again because of lazy employees who can t even help someone in need.

Juan helped me tremendously my serpentine belt had snapped he went out of his way to show me and help me replace it in addition to recognizing that an additional part was failing and needed to be replaced im extremely grateful with how knowledgeable Juan was and his customer service us top notch.

The service is great, all the staff are very helpful. The rewards card is also a great program. You can earn in store credit with every purchase. I've earned $40 in store credit already.
