The service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. They will look up your service history when you show up for any scheduled appointment to determine whether a procedure is due and will advise accordingly. A shuttle ride is available to take you home and bring you back when a schedule shows your vehicle will be in the shop for an extended period. This is offered free of charge. This worked out great for our service will extend overnight.

The staff is okay and I didn't really have any issues with the drop off of my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be an hour and a half which it has been and I'm still in the waiting area. Not a big deal, I have time. They have signs up on the entrance doors that state "Masks Required for Entry" I guess that doesn't really apply to staff. Most are not wearing masks and the staff that are wearing masks have them on their chin so, I guess they don't have to worry about chin covid. I don't really care if people wear masks or not but, if you are gonna post the sign, don't you think the staff should at least try to set the example? I guess it doesn't really matter though, the mid-terms are coming so covid is set to disappear anyway.

The Spokane Valley location is unfriendly and deceptive! Please read some of the poor reviews before you take your vehicles to them. I can very well identify with some of the experiences others had at this location.
