Great service! I had a few minor concerns outside of my scheduled oil change and my technician ( Tyler?) was very helpful, explained what the problems could be, and what would or would not be covered under my extended warranty. He also set me up with a service loaner so I could have the issues addressed same day!Terrific service center and used car sales team!

They were courteous, and polite. They explained everything to me. My Forester was repaired in a timely manner. The only downside was the cost. I believe that $157/he is outrageous. Labor costs almost doubled my bill. I believe that $709 for a battery install is crazy!

Great car buying experience. From my initial inquiry, to the information emails and call, to the experience in the dealership Robert and Adam were great to work with. I didn't want to deal with all the "extras" and they respected that decision.

When I got there, I was told the oil change would take 1 1/2 hours because they had to send out for the dodge brand parts. They finished the job in an hour or less. Everything about the experience was great, however I do wonder why they didn t order the parts ahead of time since they knew I was coming when I made the appointment several days ago.

We have had our vehicle serviced by Subaru since we bought it in 2018 and have been very satisfied with the service.My one complaint is that each time we take it in for service, example brake replacement on 1/31/2024, we get an email giving us a discount deal for the exact service we have just received. Today, 2/1/24, we received an email giving us a discount on each brake. Even though we received a 15% discount yesterday ($53.15) I believe the discount was for $50 for each brake. I deleted the discount email after I responded to it and don't have the actual discount amount.Other than that, we have had all our work done at AutoNation Spokane Valley Service Center have found them all to be knowledgeable, helpful and professional in every respect.

Had a wonderful experience on my routine oil change/tire rotation this last visit. Everything was timely and smooth, I was consulted prior to any extra things and my service advisor went above and beyond, washing and lightly vacuuming my vehicle prior to returning it.

Everyone here is very kind and welcoming, as a first time buyer they helped me get a car and worked thier hardest to make sure I left with a vehicle, very great place to go to if in need of a new vehicle at a low price.

Took my 04 STI to Subaru to have some major repairs done. Could not be happier with the service, worked with Taylor and he treated me amazing. Kept me in the loop and gave me multiple options on how to proceed with certain decisions. Subaru always treats their customers well, and this is just another example of why people love this brand. Will be coming back for sure!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience this last time.I have had my 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness less than a month. I have bumper to bumper warranty and bumper to bumper insurance on top of that.I picked up a nail in my right rear tire, so I brought it in. They charged me roughly 40 dollars, when I thought it would be covered. I could have taken it to Les Schwab and I bet they would have done it for free. I'm also having issues with my Android Auto and got nothing resolved on that either. So I guess I'm on my own on that, unless I get direct assistance from Subaru Support.Overall,it was a fruitless experience. I think I'll deal with Subaru directly from now on. I've had good and bad experiences with Autonation Subaru, and even though I have been a loyal customer, they still shafted me on a simple tire patch. I thought that was rather petty and I took it personal.

They were all excellent especially the girl that cleaned up the cup of coffee I spilled. I go there for my Subaru service because they re so good. I bought my Crosstrek there. It s the 5th Subaru I ve owned. I live in the country with a challenging road. Those Subaru s get me home. My son and daughter in law live up here and have a Subaru also.

Bought a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek through Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley. I was sold a warranty that should have covered the cam shaft sensor going out / tripping the check engine light. Both the sales and service rep agreed and did their best to push back against warranty but in the end failed. So I decided to take my car elsewhere, and cancel the warranty since the only reason I went back to automation was to use the warranty they sold me. It would not have been that bad of an experience if it weren t for the service advisor trying to charge me for two full diagnostics, after only disclosing one. I ended up paying less at Hopkins Auto for the full repair, labor, parts, diagnostic and even a new high beam light replacement than for just the diagnostic at Autonation Subaru. Again, customer service was good, service rep was fine until trying to swindle me, but overall my advice is to avoid paying for their useless warranty and go elsewhere for repairs.

Recall on painted internal part took two 2 hour trips to Spokane, no comp for gas which would seem reasonable since it was a manufacturing error and there are no closer dealerships.Problem with doors locking us in also took two trips to find problem with defective locking arms, no comp for gas. Engine now has a new whining noise, somewhat concerning.Doors no longer lock us in but road noise now occurs through passenger door when in motion. People are pleasant enough, did provide a loaner most times.

I am very disappointed with AutoNation Subaru, after taking our Jetta to the service department for an issue with the passenger door handle. AutoNation will not cover the repair which is over 720.00! AutoNation 90 days/4000 warranty for used cars supposedly doesn't apply. Which was stressed when we bought this car. Very frustrated and disappointed with AutoNation!
