Worst customer service in the area. They give trade-in estimates thousands less than the competition. For example they gave me a quote for 3k for my truck, i went to 2 different places and ended up getting 6k for it cash.I'm currently happy that I bought from CarMax and not Autonation, and I will make sure everyone knows Autonation of Spokane are scam artists. No wonder Autonation nationwide has a 2.1 star rating.

I've never had a bad experience here, don't look at the one star review.Almost every part I've needed has been here, I prefer good parts over "new" parts and being that I have a model Subaru that's over twenty years old it's nice to have those parts for a good price.

See my previous review. (Even if ya dont look) Dont bother going ANYWHERE else. This place has the best parts dept. From here to seattle, and the best prices on the parts.
