Adam was outstanding and Lacy in the finance department was outstanding. They were great and worked so hard to get me into this sweet new Subaru that my wife and I will enjoy adventures in for years to come. If anyone needs a new Subaru, hit up Adam Jay, he's an amazing salesman.

This was the BEST vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Jennifer Sweeney was absolutely amazing! High energy, patient, and very willing to help me make my truck buying experience very smooth. After being in a car accident and hearing the news that my truck was totaled; I was NOT looking forward to the daunting process of buying a new vehicle. I shared my story with Jennifer and she was so compassionate and ready to make my buying experience as smooth as possible. At the end Jennifer even helped me clean out and return my rental car to Enterprise. I was so happy with this experience!! I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! Very impressed! We started the process with Adam and a look at there three SUV style Subarus and a test drive in the Ascent. He was very helpful. A key thing I liked from the sales people was there was no sales pitch and pressure on us. My feeling has always been that nobody sells me anything, I buy what I want! When we reached the point where we were ready to get serious, it was on another day and Kyle did an excellent job working it out and within the time constraint we were under. The Finance Manager, Lacy did an awesome job getting us taken care of for the financing and it was a very smooth and timely process.

Within 2 minutes of sending a question on carfax, I got a call from the dealership. They answered all my questions and were able to run my credit without me going to the dealership which was great as I live 2 hours from them. They were able to get me approved with exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and very helpful. It is one of the only times I ve left a dealership without feeling like I made mistake afterwards. 10/10 recommend and I will tell anyone I know that is looking for a new car to check here first!

The entire team I dealt with were great! The service staff were so helpful and thorough. Mike had to give me bad news, but was so polite and helpful that it wasn't as stressful as it could have been.Tyler in sales is so patient, kind, and seems to genuinely want to do what's best for you. I would recommend him to anyone!Lacey in financing was to understanding and kind. She explained everything and also seemed like she wanted me to get the best deal.100% recommend service and purchasing at AutoNation Subaru!

Great experience other than when I called to let them know I was running a little late I couldn't hear the woman on the phone very well. I told her twice after adjusting my volume and giving her my name at the start and was then hung up on after the second time I told her I couldn't hear her very well. The car phone was turned up and windows closed while driving on the interstate. I was surprised by that but when I arrived I was warmly greeted by Joseph who was top notch with his service!

This last visit with Mike was fantastic and I would rate it a 10 overall. The communication was perfect and all my questions were answered in regard to my 23 Outback wilderness. I hope I continue to get the same customer service moving forward and who knows maybe I'll be in soon to buy a new wilderness LOL!Again thank you too all Spokane valley Subaru employees and a huge shout out to the GM Justin and Mike!

Always very friendly, always asking how I like my Subaru, never pushing for me to trade mine in for a newer one. It's easy to get appointments within a couple days and there's little service appt wait considering how much they do in an hour. I don't think they're priced much more than a regular shop, but I feel comfortable knowing they're the experts on my car (also they have snacks and drinks for waiting).

Everyone was kind as always. Even when it's busy, the environment and staff always feel relaxed and comfortable. Mandy was incredibly considerate and helpful today and I appreciated her easy going nature while we were navigating a less than seamless over the phone payment and when I remembered her name incorrectly even after she had been so helpful. Michael always takes the time to make sure I know what's going on with my car and gives me time to prepare for upcoming services by communicating issues he sees starting to develop months in advance. Even the other employees whose names I didn't catch because of just having a passing interaction, checked in to make sure I was being helped. Overall a great experience with Valley AutoNation Subaru.

Taylor Kirby was great at coordinating service needs for our car. He was thorough with explanations. Great listener with helpful feedback. Extremely easy to help me feel the care of our car could be fine tuned with services that were missed at another dealership when car was purchased. Taylor is a valuable employee to be representing your service department. I will return for all our car service needs with confidence this car will be well taken care of by your techs. The drive home today after service at Auto Nation was another change in the way the car handles. Whoever did all the work, deserves recognition for a very satisfied customer. I dropped my Subaru off for repairs because of issues I was having with it. AutoNation Subaru in Spokane Valley has been great working with me through the issues. I am very disappointed with Subaru Of America regarding the problems.I dropped my car off Thursday morning with a list of issues that it was having, mostly revolving around the radio. They did an update on the software and Thursday they told me my car was ready. I picked the car up Thursday afternoon only to have it act up again while I was still there. My service advisor. Michael was in the car with me and observed the problems. He advised me to bring the car back on Friday morning. On the way home while speaking with someone on the phone the audio on the radio went out so they couldn t hear me any longer. After I terminated that call, I contacted Michael and told him what was going on.Friday morning, when I started the car, there was no audio from the radio. I drove the car out to Michael and left the car running so he could observe the issues again. My 2024 car has been in the shop for 40+ days with a different dealer in Spokane and now since last Thursday with AutoNation Subaru. I purchased the car brand new off the lot on 18 October 2023.Well, I appreciate everything that AutoNation Subaru is doing, I m getting really frustrated with the issues that this Subaru is having.

I m only putting 4 stars because of one reason other than that the experience was great from a to z. Great vibe in there. Smart and professional staff I bought new car during evening hours and didn t notice floor mats are missing. Everyone with kids and Spokane weather knows it s important to have floor mats especially on newer vehicles to keep damage away. I was told that s how it came after I already got the car.

I have often heard that taking your car to a dealership is too expensive or the work wouldn't be done well. This has never been true with this team. Taylor and Mandy are fantastic! They both took time to explain the process for services, potential outcomes, and the final results. I've NEVER had such excellent service. It's apparent that they're not only good at their jobs but they genuinely care about the service I receive. I've already begun telling people I know that own Subarus that this team is the best. You can consider me a loyal customer. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend! I had an unexpected car repair that I was so upset about since I had had a similar problem just a few months ago and had it repaired at a different repair shop which was very costly. I thought a second opinion from a Subaru specific shop might be the way to go this time and I m so glad that I took my car to AutoNation Subaru! They were able to schedule my car quickly, within 2 days, I was even able to pick my car up the same day as my appointment after all the repairs! From drop off to pick-up my experience was great and my auto tech was next level! He explained everything in detail as far as process and reason behind everything that needed to be done and there were even pictures sent of the areas that needed repair. He assisted in payment methods that they accepted and also took the time and gave great recommendations and input on a complete maintenance plan for my vehicle. I already have my next appt for the end of this month to complete a couple more routine services! Thank you!!!!!

I stopped by the service department of Auto Nation Subaru in Spokane Valley this afternoon and was helped by Riley in service. Riley is friendly, outgoing and helped me by replacing a clip that fell off holding the windshield wiper plastic receptacle. I m very happy with his assistance and highly recommend Auto Nation Subaru when you re ready to service your vehicle and/or buy a new or certified pre-owned Subaru.

They were very helpful and explained everything patiently. They were always available for questions. They even have a program to go over all the new technology with you, once you've had the car a couple weeks, so you will be able to enjoy and use it to the fullest. I haven't been to this yet, but am looking forward to it.

Never had a bad experience at Autonation Subaru. As usual my service experience was exceptional! Malachi was knowledgeable and efficient, he had me in and out quickly and didn t pressure me to buy anything other than the oil change I came in for. Hands down the best place in the area to have your Subaru serviced!

I highly recommend this dealership. They provide excellent customer service, which I believe is their highest priority. My next purchase will be at AutoNation Subaru Spokane.

We had Sam help us, and he was wonderful! Very kind and accommodating. All of AutoNation Subaru was kind. The manager came up and shook my hand, thanking me for being there. There was another fella named Robert I believe, and brought us water while we were waiting. We were greeted within 30 secs of being there, with smiles and warm welcomes. I cannot recommend AutoNation Subaru enough! They got us into the exact car we wanted and we couldn t be happier! Thank you AutoNation and Sam!

I was very impressed and comfortable with my entire experience in my car purchase, starting back to to return phone calls in the beginning when I was first reaching out. I want to thank "Subaru Sam" - Sam Shulkin for his outstanding sales consultant skills, Gail for his creative welcoming techniques, James- "Love Encore Delivery Specialist " for stepping in to meet me and setting up a follow up appointment on using all of the cool technology in my "Cool new Subaru Crosstrek "Sport" 2024, and Lacy Garcia Customer Financial Service Director for putting the numerous stack of purchase documents together and making the experience feel like we are good friends/ family. Was considering a lease and was stunned to learn it was possible after all the hard work of Matt and Tyler! They worked with my husband and I and wedrove off in a 2024 Outback later that day. We love the car and the incredible amount of caring and empathy received. Those two qualities are definitely not seen often at an auto dealership. Tyler was patient with us and our questions and we just could not be happier!

I HATE car shopping but this was the best experience! We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted. No haggle. No hassle. No back and forth to sales manager. Our salesman, Robert Olson, was excellent. They should make license plate frames with the dealership AND salespersons name! You would know who to call!
