1 star is too high! Broken part received, would not respond with multiple requests. Finally responded and I sent pictures. Canceled my other order and will not respond and still has my money. Worst service ever and this is my first negative review ever! Also, they said to call the General manager below. I called left a message, but the GM never called me back. Must be bad management. Wow! No response at all. I don't know how this company is in business.

BUY YOUR PARTS FROM CAMP,THEY ACTUALLY CARE ANOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.DO NOT GO TO AUTONATION PARTS IN SPOKANE VALLEY,YOU WILL BE SORRY!! they are rudest,unprofessional,dumbest parts people in Spokane,they can t even find parts in stock.More less the ones you have to prepay.then after 2 weeks they still don t have your parts.after getting parts manager,and the main manager involved to try and find my parts,which after 30 minutes of fighting with counter person I did get my parts!!WHAT UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.I been going there for 30 years and I will never go back!

If i can choose -10 for score i would choose that then 1 star the gal at front desk is rude been going here for years when the other person was there much better, waited at the front desk for 25 min while she was joking with the guy in front of me be ready for the worst service ever

Hours say 5:30, but not open at 5:15 and employees walking to cars don t want to make eye contact. Annoying to say the least
