This has been the best experience EVER for servicing a car I have ever had. The kindness, quick, the care for the car. Even the Popcorn! Thanks for restoring my faith in customer service. If there were 10 stars that's where you would be !

I am totally committed to auto nation, every time I go in for service I get treated with the most respect an excellent customer service an love that Kevin remembers me an my name from the last appointments that I have had an they are very efficient, an communicate with me on what is going on with my car. I referred my sister to bring her car into you guys. Thank you for great service.

Came in for a battery. While I was waiting at the counter, I noticed a promotion to apply for a GM Mastercard and if approved I would get a $125 discount on purchases over 300 or so. I was approved and bought the battery with the new card, but no discount. Nobody in the building knew how to apply the discount. The service rep, Traci Larsen, did everything she could do to get it to work. She asked fellow workers, management, and made calls to the corporate office, all with no success. She, and all staff there have great customer service and tried to resolve this, but again, no success. I don't think it was any of their fault, seemed like lack of training for this promotion. I took the battery home and returned the old on for the core charge the next day. I was told I should watch for the discount to be applied to the new card, as I think I was told the gm said it would be taken care of. I still haven't received the new card in the mail yet, but downloaded the ap for the card and checked transaction history, bit no discount.Should I contact the shop to get information about this, or is there another department I should contact?Other than this issue, the entire team you have at the Spokane Valley Chevy location seem dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Kudos for that!I would recommend this shop to everyone!Thank you and I'll look forward to your reply

The communication lacks - I m having a difficult time with giving either threeor four stars. I will say that I ve always been treated kindly and with respect at the dealership (service and sales) but when you hear no updates while your only vehicle is in the shop for 15+ days - that becomes an issue. When calls are ignored and not returned that s also an issue. I understand that sourcing oem parts is difficult these days but the communication about that should not be. I will not blame the service writer as I believe they are just doing the best they can with what they have - while being told to just make the sale.Update to 2 stars had to pay two days of car rental since I work out of town and was unable to get car returned until one day after my truck was finally ready after 15 days. On top of the $1400 I paid in maintenance plus whatever the service department charge to GM Warranty.And this all after it was in the shop for the same issue in November.

They are always great at communication with me. They'll text if there's ever a delay. They've given me a rental car when necessary. They've answered all of my questions and taken care of even the small details.

This is the only dealership in town that didn t make me feel like they were trying to work me over. Tallon Veneroso was my salesman and he displayed great honesty and transparency throughout the entire process and Cole Neisler did a great job at explaining all of the paperwork that was involved and helped me completely understand the warranty I was buying with the vehicle. 10/10 best dealership in town!

I have had to make 3 trips so far to rectify the original warranty problem. I am still waiting to return for the 4th time because the problem still is not fixed. It has been 2-3 weeks since the last visit, and still not response telling me that they are ready for me to return. I am not sure what they need to fix this, but they are not conveying that very well to me. It seems to take a long time to get parts to fix this problem.

Service technician was great, listened to our issue with vehicle. Load testing was performed on battery and an appointment was scheduled for additional testing the following morning.He explained every step of the process and the results of the testing. I give the service crew a 10 out of 10, highly recommend AutoNation Chevrolet in Spokane Valley, WA.

I Had appt at 11am, but I got there early. They got me in early but told me it would be over an hour to complete but to my suprise they completed the job in less than a hour; with smiles. Great service!

They were great to deal with. I had an additional problem come up between the time I set my appointment and the appointment time. They were able to take care of that as well so a second appointment was not necessary.

I have been going to Autonation Chevrolet for 8 yrs. I always go back even though there are many places closer for service. Excellent Customer service and any repairs are done quickly and correctly..I went in for an oil change, found out I needed to replace the HVAC blower. Got it done the same day.

I needef repair of check engine light on my 2015 Malibu. I called for appointment for the repair and an oil change service. It s not been a good experience. It s like they didn t want to do the work. The oil change service was completed , but a fight for the check engine light repair. The oil change service was completed on December 27.. I am still waiting for the check engine light repairs. The part had to be ordered and when it came in I was not informed. This has been a poor customer service problem.

Always professional and fast. They gave me a breakdown of wants maintained needed to be done with understanding that it was expensive so the assured that I could break it up. Not all of it needed to be done at once and that was reassuring.
