Another very good service from AutoNation Acura.Anthony was our service advisor, he was great. He listened to my wife and the issue's she wanted looked at. He covered all service's that were need at this mileage for her car. He explained everything in detail.We were having a serious issue with the brakes. With this vehicle that possibly could have been very expensive. Anthony, was able find some issue's with the brakes as well. He was able repair the brakes and the were covered thankfully by Acura.All in all having a service agent to discuss issues as well as pointing out service's that are required is great.Anthony, did a great job and saved us some money.Thanks again.Mike

I don t often give 5 star reviews. Tony did a great job working with our warranty company to get as much of our repairs covered as possible. Communication was excellent and we felt like they treated us fairly, which is our greatest concern. Thank you to service team at Acura Spokane for a job well done.

Acura Spokane Valley is a great place to buy or service a car! I've purchased two Acura RDX's from them, and had both vehicles serviced there. The service guys are professional, thorough and really great at communicating what needs to be done or what was done on the vehicle. They even washed the car! I'm very pleased!! I highly recommend them.

I had recently come in for a recall and the service tech noticed that the SRS light was also on. I was informed that a new buckle was needed and the seatbelts had a life time warranty. Everything was handled professionally and expeditiously ( they did have to order the part as the car is a 2002). I could not be happier with the service at this location.

Tony always takes great care of us. When we arrive for an appointment, he's expecting us. He has our file and paperwork in front of him and knows exactly what we are there for. The work is completed quickly and accurately and Tony provides us with a detailed list of all tasks and issues. Thank you!

I enjoyed working with Tony. He was very informative and worked with my warranty company to get the work done in my vehicle promptly. And it was very nice to receive the loaner while the work was being done; which was completed quickly

The service department and Anthony does an excellent job when communicating with their customers! I live in the tri cities area and they make sure they have the part or anything I need for my vehicle before making the drive to Spokane.

John was my sales guy, he was awesome in helping me find what I need!Initially me and my husband had gone back because we received great service from our first car purchase there years ago and then again when searching for a vehicle back in March. Eric really left a positive impression that made us want to come back.John worked hard to make sure all my wants and needs were met and was very conscious of my budget the entire time. He did amazing in finding my car, and a car that fit my family!I love my Acura ILX and cannot wait to come back for the next car!

So my daughter took her car here this morning to get her alignment check. She got her car back with large patches of paint chips and scratches in multiple places. She spoke to the service manager Seth and the general manager. She was told it was from a buffer, her car got egged and finally the clear coat was bad. Interesting fact is it was washed and waxed on Sunday and sat in the garage until today. There was no damage to the car until it went to Acura. It shouldn t surprise anybody that nobody will take responsibility for their actions anymore. Disgusting dealership, I would recommend everyone stay away from them. The sad part is a young girl working full time and going to school now has to pay for damage they caused but refuse to accept responsibility for.
