Recently purchased a 2021 Honda Passport at AutoNation Acura. David Bradley worked with us and assisted all the way. We test drove several different vehicles while onsite, and decided the Honda was the best choice for our needs. Never felt pressured to purchase. David was there to help and wanted the best choice for us. Really happy with the vehicle and would recommend working with the team at AutoNation Acura in the future.

Bought a 2015 F-150 from AutoNation Acura in Spokane Valley, WA. The sales personnel was pleasant and no undue pressure! Thanks especially to Phebe who helped us finalize the purchase. And I have to note that when I went back in (for expected service) I was greeted BY NAME and made to feel that I was a VIP. Good people...

While I was in the service department I was watching a customer pick up and pay for her car. They said the price and the other service advisor was quick to point out she had a coupon. While this does not seem like a big deal but it shows they are being honest and making sure the customers are getting every penny they deserve, not price gouging them.I cannot believe how fast, professional and cost efficient AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley Service department is.Thank you guys, keep up the great work!

Had a fantastic experience with AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. Isaac made the negotiation very transparent and easy which helped with my confidence driving all the way over from Western Washington to pick up our new MDX in Spokane. Once there the transaction was quick and his presentation with the vehicle was very thorough. They held true to the trade value they offered me for my suburban and I was out of the dealership before I knew it. Highly recommend and would go back again for my next Acura purchase.

Easiest car deal of my life!!! Staff was awesome. David Bradley sold me my Lexus. Not pushy at all and accommodated around my crazy work schedule. Super dope guy, give him a raise y all. 10/10 would recommend!

Service department was very friendly, got us set up prior to our scheduled time. Very friendly, explained all the services fully. ALL employees that came through the customer lounge were super friendly, asked if there was anything we needed, urged us to help ourselves to the coffee and other goodies available. When service manager came to get us, he even insisted we get new drinks to take with us. Service done quickly, with a complete fluid/tires/brake inspection! Best service experience EVER.

I had a small part that needed to be replaced. It took some time for the part to come in but that wasn t the service department s fault. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly and easily. When I brought the car in, Tony said it would be about an hour to get the work done. It was less than that! I was in and out within about 45 minutes. I love working with Tony as he is always pleasant and does a great job of keeping me informed.

The staff (Tony and Seth) were very accommodating and kind. The service on my vehicle is always top notch. Been using them for 20+ years and have never had any issues with my car. I personally take very good care of my car always keeping it garaged and they take very good care of me.

Looking for a car but dont want the usual car buying experience? Ask for David. The guy is an absolute Chad. Answered all my questions over the phone, had the car pulled up and ready when we got there, never felt rushed or pushed. In fact, they even stayed after hours to wrap things up for me. Hands down best car buying experience I've ever had! Big shout out to the other boys in the band! Russ and Justin. I appreciate you all for helping me put this dream in my driveway

My service advisor was friendly, informative and helped me save money by letting me know that one of my filters and my windshield wipers still had enough life left in them that they didn t need replacing; which I appreciated very much.

I came in for a special on their oil change and the guy at the service desk pretty much told me it does not work at this location and that it also has to be done after 1:30pm. Nowhere in the t&c of the coupon states that. He didn't look very happy to help me. I won't be coming here for anything else if this is how they treat customers.

Issac was an amazing sales man and went over in details with every modification the car had and also could include. Really recommend him if you re trying to look into a new car. He even gave us options to look at it which was helpful.

The folks at Acura Spokane Valley always do a great job with our '22 RDX. Just had an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and other fluid changes. During their inspection, they noticed that the air filter was getting dirty (sent me a photo while we waited). Even though it was raining, they included a car wash with the service! I feel confident that our car is ready for the coming winter travels.

It was a great car buying experience at Spokane Acura. Reiko, David, and Cliff were super helpful. I had to make some changes after ordering, but the team worked with me to get the right vehicle at the right time for me. They didn't put any markups on my MDX and they put in the options I wanted without taking advantage of the car shortage situation. Thanks!

Excellent, reliable and professional service department at AutoNation Acura of Spokane Valley. Cost was much less than quoted when technician found a sticker showing the timing belt had already been replaced within the last 15,000 miles or so. Such honesty is a quality that definitely merits mentioning in a review. Saved us a lot of money.

We ve owned nothing but Acuras since 2006. Beginning with Spokane Valley Acura up to AutoNation Acura. Other than routine maintenance we have never experienced major issues on any of them. As far as service, the AutoNation team is exceptional. Competent and friendly team members welcome me by name. That proves this dealership attracts great talent, but more importantly they value and retain this talent. Some of the service team members have been there well before 2006! Very impressive!. Update March 29 2024. We just welcomed our 2024 Acura RDX! Once again the sales team was easy to do business with! We need to add that Reiko Johnson is truly the Acura Queen! The closest we ll ever come to real royalty! Way to go Auto Nation Spokane Valley Acura!

Exceptional service from Reiko! She did an amazing job making the buying process so easy. She had the car in immaculate condition for us upon arrival. (We traveled a long distance just to purchase this vehicle). Our only hiccup was with the finance dept. They did not communicate with our credit union and it took a bit of work on our end to get the documents sent over and the deal completed.Otherwise, my husband and I were so pleased with the service, we would definitely come back if (when) we find ourselves in need of another vehicle.

I had a great experience with AutoNation Acura in the Spokane Valley. I had inquired online, and the next Day Kevin Rybak had keys ready for the color of Integra I had been researching. Kevin was never pushy or aggressive. I had mentioned my plan to look at the Accord and Camry that weekend. Last minute, however, there was an Integra on the showroom floor that was last year's model. Russell (Sales Manager) was able to adjust the price. By the following evening, I had the vehicle in hand. The transaction went very smoothly. They were quick to respond. Also, the car detailer/lot guy did a great job of preparing the car for us. Reiko and Cole closed the deal and did a fantastic job. I was in a hurry that evening and they got me out of there as soon as possible. Overall, I would go back and work with these folks again.Thank You GuysHector

We were searching for a new car and went to check out the Acura MDX. We meet with Isaac who showed us the vehicle, answered our questions and took us on a test drive. We loved the MDX and Isaac was fun to chat wih, no pressure at all. We eventually came to the conclusion that the MDX was out of our budget. In the future wen our circumstances change we will definitely want to work with Isaac and his manager who also spent time with us. I would recommend anyone thinking about an Acura to visit Isaac.

Please read entire review!!!! Great, likable customer service in the showroom (salesman). They made buying the rig as easy as possible for my situation. They lost a star due to how many pushy emails to get me in to look/test drive. But a good experience overall and I felt like the rig was a great rig, and felt comfortable about the purchase.Edit!!!!!! Definitely don't fall for the "certified pre-owned" or " after market warranty"!!!! They don't stand by anything nor do they even attempt to get your vehicle in for a service or stand by their "WE OWE YOU" promise, where they'll fix something after you buy the rig. Like pulling teeth to get even a call back!!!!@$__$#. Soooo, here we are again, 11months later, not only did they say they can't fix our rig, the "gold "warranty they sold us didn't cover anything!!!! I have bought several vehicles from all kinds of lots, and I will never go back to Auto Nation....

Making a reservation for service was straight forward. My SUV was repaired in the time promised as I waited in a comfortable customer waiting area. An explanation of the fully explained afterwards. The staff was courteous and efficient. An overall satisfactory experience.
