Went in yesterday and in the entire store, I couldn't find one single price tag. The young man at the desk said I could bring up the part and he could scan it for a price. Putting together a full 5 zone sprinkler manifold, that would have been a BIG chore. Clean place and very well supplied and laid out. Obviously a contractors driven place, where prices aren't a big deal. Costs are passed to the customer.

You get what you need but the quantity is much too large for most homeowners on selected items. The supplier has forced Auto-Rain to sell this way. I can understand the accounting side of it, but it doesn't work on the public relations side!It is now primarily a contractor shop. Lifetime purchases are available on smaller pieces!I liked the old retail store better!

I can t say enough about my great experience with Auto-Rain and technician, Mike. He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He thanked me multiple times for my business. I felt truly valued as a customer. Mike clearly explained what was needed to repair my system and set the expectation on next steps for fixing it. He also had good conscience in finding the least expensive solution, especially during these unprecedented times. I was left feeling confident that I made the right choice by calling Auto-Rain.

This place has exactly what you need for irrigation supplies. They have a very complete inventory. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I used to pick up supplies here when I worked as a landscaper and now as a home owner. Skip Lowe's and Home Depot, this place is worth the side trip everytime!

Best selection of sprinkler parts, good water feature supplier, nice landscape lighting and great customer service. Recent remodel looks more professional and makes things easier to find.

Had a neg experiences in the past. But changing to five stars because I brought a broken sprinkler head in and the lady (super knowledgeable and super nice) pointed out that it was on warranty and replaced it for free.Made my day.

This store carries a comprehensive list of parts ... oddball items that just aren't available at the big box stores, and they exist, will most likely be found at Auto Rain. There is a high mark-up for some less popular system parts (valves, heads) so beware. The store carries brands that are unavailable at other stores as well (e.g. Irritrol).

Called and spoke to an unfriendly salesperson. Went in the next day to purchase an expensive part and was impolitely asked to wait while contractors were serviced first.
