I would give a 6 if I could. We had two smashed windows from a break-in. Called at 8:30 and drove away at 12:30 with two new windows. Super nice, professional, fast, and after a traumatic experience, the owner made us feel like our repair was the most important thing he had to do that day.

Busted back passenger window last night. Hit up Safelite.... 10day wait. So much for there advertising on covering you right away. Called up Auto Glass Express and got me in right away. Window in stocked. Beat Safelite prices by over $100. Most definitely recommend this fine establishment . Thank you

I lost everything I owned in the Grey fire. To save one of my vehicles I had to break the window. I called on a Monday and he had the exact window needed in stock even though the vehicle was older and he got me in Tuesday. Very personable person. I watched Cory the owner interact with his staff and he seems to be a great person to work for. The topper was when he heard about my story, he refused to allow me to pay for the replacements. Please support those that support others.

Cory and his team came through for me with same day service for a windshield replacement on my 2021 RAV4. Work was done in 1.5 hours including all the calibration required for these new fangled electronics. I can t recommend them more: great customer service, great expertise and an awesome can-do attitude.

Had my driver s side window broken out by a thief during the night. I didn t know it until 12:30 Friday afternoon. I called almost every auto glass shop in Spokane. No one could get me in until Monday. Corey called me back and said he could get a window for my Pilot overnighted, but I d have to pay for freight ($100). I didn t care about cost; I wanted my window fixed. He then told me he could possibly get a used window but he d call me back. An hour later, he called and said he found a window and could have it installed that afternoon! I had a new window by 3:30! No other auto glass shop had anywhere near the customer service that Auto Glass Express offered! Thank you Corey for offering outstanding customer service! Next time anyone in my family needs a window replaced, we re going to your shop! May God bless you for helping other people. Thank you.

Went for a simple windshield replacement. Was treated very well. I got an appointment right away, the work was done fast and it looks great. Employees were kind and very helpful. Also incredibly affordable, especially for someone on a budget.

Fast and friendly service. Was honest about the repair, explained the work and risks, and it turned out just like he said. Price was great. Got me in 24 hours after I called, work took 30 minutes, part of which was just warming up the glass because it was winter.

This place is a nightmare! I made arrangements with them on Monday to replace my windshield on Thursday. They confirmed the price and such with me on Tuesday. Thursday rolls around and I have no idea when they are coming so I call them and they "sort of" remember the conversation and cannot replace my windshield unless I bring my car to them which I already told them on Monday I could not do. They then tell me they are very busy and do not need my business. I only picked them because they said they could replace my windshield a day sooner than everyone else. Now I have to wait until next week for someone else to do it. What a complete waste of time!

Amazing Friendly Customer Service. I was leaving for a vacation the next day after I found my window cracked and they were able to fit me in at the end of the day so that I did not have to delay my trip. Can not say enough about the great customer service and while I am no expert at replacing a windshield I did observe and watch how they took their time and even made sure the small things like the seal were in place and done right the first time. They even gave the window a polish and vacuumed out the front seat of the car and blew out the car mats. Just amazing service would come back here again in a heartbeat.

I am from Montana, spent the night downtown Spokane, and got the front passenger side window knocked out of my car. It has snowed the night before and was predicted to snow later that afternoon. I made a desperate call to Cory at 1030am and he had found a window to fit in my Kia, installed it, and had me on my way by 3pm. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs windshield repair.Service: Window repair

Corey is stud. He had my apt. booked for me almost instantly and I was in and out in under and hour! Im picky about letting anybody touch my truck and he exceeded my expectations my a mile. Great quality glass, and extremely fair labor rates. No questions that ill be back!

I had the most amazing and painless experience at Auto Glass Express. My car got broken into and needed a new window. Amongst all the stress with trying to call my insurance company and retrieve my lost items, Corey and his team made it incredibly easy for me. I was in and out of there in an hour. Corey helped me set up a claim with my insurance company and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Express and will be going there for all my future auto glass needs!

This is about the same price for a windshield as Safelite. I paid roughly $230 all totaled. It's locally owned by a small operation. The office was not very presentable or comfortable for waiting customers. The owner was nice and replaced my windshield in about an hour and a half. They have K-cup coffee available. Auto Glass Express was recommended to me by the folks at Opportunity Body Shop, who's opinions I respect. In this case, it was nice to support a local business, especially considering the hassle of the way Safelite does their scheduling.

We had our Class A windshield repaired by Auto Glass Express as it kept popping out when we used the jacks and in a few instances when going over speed bumps in the RV Parks. They removed the glass and rubber seals, cleaned them and reinstalled them. We have never had a problem sense. That was in 2012. Now after a trip over the Alaska Highway we need a new windshield, we are waiting till we get to Spokane so these folks can help us with a nice new chip free view. Thanks guys, should be pulling in within the next few week.

Awesome experience with these guys! They were super flexible with my crazy schedule and last minute location change requests for the repair and did an excellent job with the windshield replacement. Highly recommend them :)

I have had two windshields replaced here. They ALWAYS come in right at the bid price or below. The are quick and knowledgeable about what they do. They are also far cheaper then anyone else in Spokane. I have shopped around, and they are over $100 cheaper then any other places I checked.

Corey was helpful with every aspect of the process, understood the time sensitive nature of our situation, and replaced our windshield promptly. He involved us in every decision, and has a very kind demeanor. Corey is now our go-to guy, and we unequivocally recommend Auto Glass Express to everyone.

Auto Glass Express took the car right in to replace the windshield at the appointed time. It was also finished when we were told it would be. Fast, friendly service. They were a pleasure to work with.
