I can't express enough and how I recommend Auto Doc for all your vehicles care needs. You tried all those other mechanic shops, now come to the best auto repair shop. Talk to Corey at Auto Doc today and get your vehicle fixed. I personally recommend Auto Doc to everyone. Been coming here for years. I only trust Corey at Auto Doc to fix my vehicle. As long as they are open I will continue to come to Auto Doc for all my vehicle repairs. Auto Doc gets 5 stars all around..

An honest mechanic who stands by his work. The timing chain guides on my truck broke and I was having oil pressure issues in the engine head. He quoted the necessary parts and then made an appointment for me to come in for the repair. After returning to pick up my truck he showed me the broken components that were replaced and explained the repairs. Shortly after, a gasket that was removed as part of the original repair started leaking. I brought my vehicle back in, and he indicated it was likely knicked when reinstalling the head. Set up another date time for me to come by and took care of it right away without further issue. Appreciate your good work and honesty auto doc!

My family and I been going here for some years now and Corey and Jason are really professionals at what they do they get you in a timely fashion get the job done well and always a pleasant experience. Lot of knowknowledge between these two and it's very appreciated and I highly recommend them to anybody with your automotive needs. Thank you!!!

update:I would still bring my grandparents ( I don t trust them to just anyone) vehicles here as well as my own. Jason and Corey are the BEST of the Best!Fit me in right away, awesome service, checked my car from top to bottom for safety and upcoming repairs. They gave me a peace of mind, well needed in this day and age! Loved the previous owner, the new owner is even better!

I came here last minute to have my front brakes replaced while working in Spokane. It ended up being something far more serious so thankfully they took the time to look at my car thoroughly! They got me in quickly (same day)and were more than willing to work under my time constraints. They helped me purchase parts and made a stressful situation so manageable. Would definitely come back and recommend them for whatever you need!

I took my car (gx470) in yesterday and the problems I thought I had weren't nearly as bad as I thought the problems were. I'm so, so thankful for the honesty. I've been burned on places before but definitely not this one! I'm thankful my neighbor told me about The Auto Doc. No more power steering leaks! However, when my husband went to take me to go pick it up this morning, his truck (f150) tried to break down right as we barely left our driveway (40 min drive away). We limped it along to the shop and thankfully, they had time to fix it. This place is awesome and definitely our new go-to spot for automotive care and repair. Jason and his people made my car run better than the day I got it. And for an extremely affordable price When I took my husband to pick up his truck, he said the same thing - his truck has never ran better. Jason was very communicative, asked permission before doing anything extra, was completely easy to work with, and the quality of work he provides is incredible.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I stopped in to see if they could help me with a strange break light issue I was having and Corey checked the vehicle out right away and had it fixed within minutes. I ve not had this kind of personal, friendly service for my vehicle since I moved from my hometown. Not enough stars! Thanks again, Corey and Jason, I ll be telling everyone to come see you!

I was referred to this shop when I moved to Spokane in 2016. It was the original owner and now new owners have assumed the business. They provide exceptional service, great customer relations. When I our nephew moved here, we set him up there for his vehicle service, same with our daughter. I cannot say enough good things about this shop!Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

This shop is probably only capable of easy jobs. I paid $885 to get all the seals in my transfer case replaced. At pick up, Jason (I think is his name) says "the seals looked good, so I only did the center seal". He offered no price change. Two days later, I had a gusher from the rear seal. Turns out he reassembled the transfer case wrong. I paid for the same job twice. Thanks a lot auto doc.

Corey and Jason are awesome. Took my truck in and got some seals fixed after a dealership messed up. Easily saved $1000 compared to the dealer. Wish I would have gone to Auto Doc in the first place. Great place.

John is a true professional. From the time you walk into his shop you can almost be assured that he will take good care of your vehicle. His office, restroom and shop are meticulously cared for. His tools and equipment are clean and stored when not in use. I ve been using the Auto Doc for years and refer my family and family without reservation.

This place is by far the best auto repair shop in town! They have done a bunch of work on my 94 cadillac and it runs great now! I still have some work to get done but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Good prices and great service from a great staff

Brought in my 1995 F150 here because it has OBD1 and this is one the few shops in town with an OBD1 reader. They do great work with a swift turn around time. This Mechanic is by far the best I have come across in the 2 years I've been in Spokane Wa. And that says quite a bit considering I used to be a commercial parts guy so seeing how shops are ran and their performance behind the scenes is key. So for this shop doing what it does i would highly recommend this Mechanic to anyone. Great job Auto Doc. The crown vic runs awesome thank you sir.

I am honored to write a review about the Auto Doc business in Spokane, Washington. John Hurlbert is the proprietor and for several years he has performed nothing less than "Excellence" in maintaining our car, a truck, and for over a year a little classic car (1957 Nash Metropolitan convertible) that I purchased for my wife. I also give just as much credit to Ed who works so very well with John and I can't say enough about the high level of professionalism that both of these men demonstrate as they care for the vehicles in this shop. They are both very courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable as well as so honest. John and Ed were the "ONLY" two people that I would allow to touch our little Metropolitan, and as you can see by the picture, they took care of it as though it belonged to them. My wife and I recently moved from Spokane to Laughlin, Nevada and John and Ed handled the transporting of the Met. They made certain it was handled correctly, and I received it in perfect condition. That's how good both John and Ed are, and they are the very reason why Auto Doc is successful and always will be. You just don't find better people that perform better work than what they do for you. I wish they were down here in Laughlin. We will miss them, but again, I strongly recommend these two guys and the Auto Doc business to anyone that cares anything about their vehicle or vehicles.

Do NOT take your classic car to these guys! They are incompetent and absolutely no respect for the vehicle. Bill paddlers. I've spent the last year undoing and redoing what they did

This company has been servicing my vehicles and my friends vehicles for over ten years. I am beyond happy with all the work they have done. You couldnt ask for a more honest and friendly staff! I strongly recommend them!

I mainly use Autodoc for the things I either don't want to do or can't. One thing I use them for is my AC evacuation and recharging. I have a lot of shop equipment, but I never bought the AC equipment. So if I do some AC work that needs the AC evacuated first then recharged, it's off to the Doc. I most recently had him service the AC on my class A motor-home.UPDATE: Autodoc retired and the place is under new management as of mid 2020. I have no information or recommendations on the new owners.
