My husband and I just bought a 2008 Dodge Ram Truck. We love it. We got a really great deal and Robert Scott was a great salesman. Very personable. Very good customer service and were treated like family. Very accommodating Also had a play mat for my daughter so she could play while we were there. Thank you Robert! You were amazing! Definately going to be bringing our truck back for regular maintence and our 2008 Toyota Yaris as well. Thank you again Robert! A+++

If you plan to buy car from here, ask for Andy!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and so sweet. He knows his stuff and will be patient in answering any and all of your questions. I m very happy with my purchase and the experience I had here thanks to Andy! Highly recommend!

They sold me a car that was wrecked down the entire driver's side of the car. When I drove the car home from the lot the first day I didn't make it home before the drivers side was falling apart. I pulled over to see what was going on and to my horror the underneath of the car was held together with DUCT TAPE!!!!!!! I called immediately and told them I was bringing the car back to return it!!! YOU THEN REFUSED TO TAKE THE CAR BACK EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LESS THAN 24 HOURS!!! I have had nothing but problems with the car since I purchased it!!! You even confessed to not inspecting the car I purchased before you sold it to me!!! That it was purchased at auction and then without inspecting it you sold it to me!! NO Honor or Integrity at your establishment at all! I Tell everyone that will listen how evil you are and what you are doing!!!

Rudest person ive ever met. I came in to purchase a specific car for my son. I was looking for the vehicle, i wanted to see it before i spent 15k. One of your employees decided to come out and yell at me for going too fast. I was idleing i cant go any slower dummy. You lost a 15k sale for being an ahole. Good job. That was all after he almost hit me speeding thru his own lot. Would not recomend.

Kyle at the auto credit sales in post falls off seltice and Spokane street is an amazing salesman! I gave him details about how much I was looking to spend, what I was looking for, how many miles I was hoping the vehicle to have, etc. And within a day or two he managed to put together a deal and find the perfect truck for me that fit all of my criteria for purchasing a truck! This guy is amazing, now I can t speak for any other salesmen at any other locations but what I can say for sure is if you want to find a salesman that will find exactly what you re looking for while still getting you the best deal possible ask for Kyle at the post falls auto credit sales and you can t go wrong!

Hey Neil, I hear all the time how we can drive a nicer newer car but in reality the car might be newer or nicer but what s the point if it has a bad motor? My friend decided to try this business out, Neil seemed pretty nice. They fitted my friend with a 2010 Mazda 3 with almost 200k miles. Car ran ok for 24 hours. After that time lower engine knock. These 2.0L motors not good anyways but to take advantage of a new customer I see not professional. Auto credit says nothing wrong with the car however I work on cars, I m certified to due so and have worked at the Mazda dealerships so I can swear I know these cars and this car needs a new motor. So now my friend is stuck with an overpriced Mazda that will eventually leave her stranded when the motor goes. If you have to buy from this dealership my advise to you is to get an inspection from a non auto credit employee. Who wants to pay 8k for a car that needs a lot of work?

Our sales associate was very polite and made sure we were happy with what we test drove. Christopher is the type of person we enjoy working with, not pushy and very friendly. The parking lot was very clean and easy to walk around on with me having to use a walker. With all the paperwork needed to buy a car it took us over three hours

Purchased a car as well as an extended warranty. I've had multiple issues, spoken with multiple people and left messages and never have I received a call back. I just got off the phone with "Jeff". And he told me he didn't care about the warranty and non of these car issues are his problem...If you want the rudest people and worst customer service then come here. If not, go else where.

Absolutely horrible place to buy your vehicle! Sean in the service department does not know how to deal with customers nor does he know how to fix a car. He tells you to come in one day and he'll fix it to come to find out he won't fix it he'll have you come in another day and another day and another day he's made four different appointments with me and still hasn't fixed my car. So my opinion do not go this place it's horrible Sean does not know what he's doing he should not be employed there he should be at McDonald's working flipping hamburgers!!!!!

Didn't have a clue what I wanted. We where able to test drive several different cars. Ended up getting a 2012 Hyundai Genesis. So far very happy with it.

Solid my kid a lemon and did nothing about it. Garbage place and I would recommend using TK Auto. 1000% better and won t sell you trash! Got my boy a truck there and he s had no issues.

I have had nothing but greatness from the people at auto credit sales, not only did they get our interest rate lower than it originally was,but they also lowered our monthly payment. On top of that,they have continued to get stuff done for me without even really asking. Thank you guys!!!!

We've only owned my new truck for 6 weeks and it has already had issues. We were then told that a $100 deductible would cover the cost to fix it at an ASE certified mechanic. The parts needed to fix the problem were considered emissions so it is not covered. Even those things are shutting my engine off. We spent all of the rest of our savings on a mechanic and 4 hotel stays. The mechanic also told us the oil was extremely dirty, which it should not be already.

As soon as we walked on the lot, the crew here made us feel welcome. I personally dealt with Marshall and Kevin, and they were both professional, but personable at the same time. I appreciate that they weren't overbearing or pushy, but we're quick to help us with whatever our demands were. They had nice cars with good prices. Even the finalizing process was smooth and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them so I definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Kyle went above and beyond to try and help me, unfortunately I couldn't get a car that day but the dedication he had to trying to get me into something was above and beyond. There friendly, fair, and most certainly for the local people. When I'm able to get a car it will definitely be through here

Told I needed a service warranty and gap insurance when I didn't need it, got a call saying I didn't pay when I had thereceipt. And was never given a copy of my contract, and now supposedly the only one that knows where it's at is off till Wednesday, this will be the last time I use auto credit for any car purchases, and will not recommend to anyone from here on out. First experience was great, this one not at all!!!!!

If you want to purchase a vehicle here, communications with this company is lacking largely is the main issue I have with them. They have not contacted us in the last 48 after they ran a credit report ( which is find if we didn't get approved). Yet, not one call or text, nothing. Very disappointing.In response to email. Only emails we have received are ads.

I bought my truck from the Post Falls lot my fiance bought her car here. At first they where helpful and respectful as a salesman are once she gave them $9000.00 it was a total different experience. There sales guy said he'd fill the car up then when I asked him about he basically call her and I both liars. And then to make things worse she had the car one day drove it to work and back and the transmission goes bad and it come to find out they knew about it cause they said that they knew exactly what part it was and that they had one. This car lot was my absolute worst car buying experience.

I married into a family of mechanics and it was time to get me something bigger to haul our kids around in than our impreza but wanted something smaller than our Tahoe. We set our sights on a 2008 to 2012 Jeep Liberty. Found a Jeep Liberty on Facebook Marketplace that was within our budget. Messaged Andy and told him we were driving down from North Idaho that day. Andy called us as we were driving down to let us know the AC wasn t working incase we wanted to wait until it was fixed. My hubs and father inlaw (both mechanics) were both in the car and figured they d take a look at it anyways. We got there and discovered it had 3 issues that needed to be fixed and Andy took the cost of those 3 issues with price estimate given by my husband off the cost of the car without any question. He was very friendly and personable through the whole experience and did not question any of my husband s or fathe inlaws concerns. We discovered one other issue on the drive home but it is minor and to be expected when purchasing an 11 year old vehicle. Highly doubt the dealer would have even noticed it. Great experience!

My husband purchased a car from auto credit the car be in the shop more than he drives it .every month husband car is in the shop he only had it 7 months abd the broke down about a week after he got it. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM ALL OF THEM IS TRASH. OH HUSBAND CAR IN THE THE RIGHT AS IAM WRITING THIS.

If I could give this place zero stars I would the salesman we had was super pushy we were there maybe 20 minutes right after the bat we told him that we were already preapproved and they tried getting us to do a credit approval which we did not want to do that was a red flag from the get we proceeded to look around the lot then. my wife took our daughter to the bathroom came out a gentleman asked my wife if we were finding everything we needed while I was over looking at a truck she was explaining to one of the salesman that we were on a budget and already preapproved he said good luck not that truck have a nice day and walked off. This is not the first experience we ve had like this here we won t ever be going back they told us we wouldn t ever find the truck we were looking for in our price range lo and behold we went to another car lot just down the road the same day and purchased the truck of our dreams within our price range no issues with much better customer service and a lifetime warranty on the entire truck so thank you for being so pushy and rude you pushed us to the best Carlot we could ve possibly found. Not yours.

We desperately needed a car as our other car quit working. Mike Vaughn helped us into a Honda Civic in less than 1 day. He is as fun, patient and very professional. I would highly recommend Mike, Josh (Sales Manager) and Auto Credit Sales. Great Job Guys!!!

The sales person I worked with was pretty nice. I was traveling across state to pick up the vehicle and was unable to get a pre purchase inspection done through a mechanic shop nearby. but the sales person confirmed that the vehicle had gone through an inspection and everything was good. As I found out three out of the four tires on the vehicle I purchased are in extremely bad shape and was advised by the shop I took it till to not drive it until all four tires are replaced if you care about your family I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership as they do not care about your family.
