I was happy with the service I received. I will say I was not expecting the cost that was associated with yhe service appointment. I was explained the cost when I arrived at the service department. But I do feel like when making a inspection appointment,the customer could be warned when making the appointment about the possible cost associated with the particular service. I did feel pressure to figure out how I was going to pay the cost of the inspection.I did not know a inspection included such comprehensive work and cost.I had a few other concerns and recalls that needed to be done. Your staff was stellar!! They contacted me with the repair cost associated with what our extended service agreement did not cover. They got my car done efficiently. Thank you from this first time Audi owner.

Jacob in service was awesome! All of my questions and concerns were answered in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. The estimated time it would take for service was very accurate. The final cost was less than what had been quoted by several hundred dollars! Great experience, great service department!

Good service. Prices are a little expensive but that s normal at a dealership and not a quick lube. Nice how I can drop my car off and get a ride to work.

My scheduled appointment was messed up but they informed me they would make room for next business day and I would be well taken care of. Ended up charging me a 100 dollars extra and couldn't explain to me why it was more after my quoted price. My car was not washed as they do for every customer that comes in. Put wrong tag on my keys so took them a while to find them. I felt very "hey you have an old car, get out of here before someone sees you" vibe. They get two stars because the work that was completed was done quickly and correctly. The shuttle driver was absolutely great! Best part of the whole situation. I would recommend going to a different mechanic if you have an older audi.

Bad slow service. Manager didn't even wanted to hear about my experience.While i was waiting to pick up my car one of the lot guys was pulling in and got hit by another vehicle.The wash job they did on my car(picture included)Audi means high quality which includes service. This place is far away from there....

Extending a warning to anyone owning an Audi needing service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Service will be much quicker to drive to the Seattle area and not have to deal with the frustration of poor communication and the likelihood of a week or more wait for minor work. To add to the extremely poor service, my Q7 was returned to me with damage in multiple areas. Texts, pictures and VM's informing me were contradictory depending on which tech was responding. Their gross negligence, in writing, will be helpful filing a claim. As mentioned in other reviews, the service manager, Randy, is dishonest and arrogant. Do your research before coming here and if you do, take before pictures of your car and give them a copy of noted marks or damage on arrival.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called over 20 times over 2 weeks to the service department and they never answered the phone. I finally called the sales department and they got someone in service on the phone for me. I dropped my newer Audi off on Tuesday night for routine service and they said they would call when it was done. It is Friday morning. I ve called 5 times and left 5 messages and no response whether my car is done. I called the sales line and they transferred me and it went to voicemail. I just tried their chat feature and I ll see if I get a response. I never write reviews but unfortunately this needs to be shared so buyers can beware. Love my Audi but unfortunately service is non existent.

Popped in on Sat and asked some questions on an older Jetta. Service tech stepped right up and came out to the car to take a look. The alerts just needed to be reset and he did this without hesitation. I regret I didn't catch his name but awesome kid and clearly familiar enough with the older model that didn't require me dumping a ton of money into it! Give this kid a raise!!!Service: Electrical

I came in thinking I had an appointment and yes I did had one ..but for the week after! So, the rep which truly was the best on guest satisfaction provided me with a high level of care, no joke! Although they were busy and probably several cars prior mine, she got me in as I needed to replace my battery and tires for a trip to Kalispell,MT.All I'm saying is ,grated, prices are high end and not for everyone but man! She saved me a tons of repairs and trouble along the road.So, great job!

Spoke with several Associates and they can see that I paid for the windshield warranty but they cannot give me the phone number to file a claim. The Manager has not called me back. I have gone in person and called multiple times they do not answer the phones in the service department.Update finally got an email back after my third email with the needed phone number to file a claim. It took a week to get I response but we are in strange times.

I ve sat on hold with these folks for 15 minutes over two calls to speak with the service department. Sales answers tho, so they re prepared to sell you, not service what they sell. I have a serious recall where the passenger airbag sensor doesn t sense an occupant and deploy. Great service. Was greeted at my vehicle by the service advisor promptly. The service department vacuumed my vehicle while i was being checked in. Car was finished a couple hours later and given back to me cleaner than i dropped it off to them.Services: Tires, Brake service & repairServices: Tires, Brake service & repair

Average service for my Audi. Didn't have a bad experience but there nothing special or overly inviting about coming here. Nice building and who doesn't like to look at new Audi's while they wait?! They had a decent service special for my oil change, so that was nice. It was about and hour and a half for an oil change and car wash, which seems like a long time, but maybe it felt longer because I had my kids with me? Some of the staff gave off a dull vibe.

Very disappointing service experience... Clearly there is a management issue. Very difficult to get accurate information when you do actually get someone on the phone. Even after getting recalls and service items done you have to beg them to get your car back and when you do it's dirty. Originally bought my Audi in Spokane. Great experience purchasing the Audi back in 2018. Terrible experience trying to it is in for recalls/regular maintenance. Tried to schedule service visit online but website could not pull up my info despite buying my Audi in that exact location. Then tried to call the service center. Tried twice a day for TWO days before someone answered at all. The first day, my call went to voicemail. I left a detailed message no one returned my call. The remainder of my calls went unanswered. When someone finally answered, they are booking TWO MONTHS out for these service appointments.Bought my prior Audi in Bozeman. Excellent purchase experience and excellent service experience. From now on I will only buy my Audi s in Bozeman or drive past Spokane and buy in Seattle.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the service department for two weeks and leave messages with no returned phone calls. Today I called the sales department just so I could get transferred to a manager in the service department. They transferred me again back to the service department which yet again I was sent to voicemail. How do they even run a business like this. Horrible horrible service! Usually we go to VW and Audi in Post Falls just to avoid this place but unfortunately a part that we need fix can only be fixed through Audi dealership.

Appointments for Audi Spokane are at least ONE month out! This is for a battery, the one my car needs to start. I ve resorted to driving down to Tri-Cities for regular maintenance on my Audi. Service performed in the past at AutoNation Spokane Audi under warranty have been acceptable but wait times for appointments outweigh any benefits of this local dealer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The service advisor Xay is knowledgeable, very helpful, and made the process smooth.The service my Q5 needed was tricky to coordinate in a short amount of time since I don't live in that area.Xay made sure everything was taken care of.

Not problem solvers. Unresponsive and rely on computer printout to explain why there isn't an issue. Will be in Richland next week and check in with the Audi techs there.
