Joey did a great job answering all our questions and making the loan process as smooth as possible. He returned every call in a timely manner and was very understanding and patient with my schedule. Had warranty work done here on my Audi, that went good. My difficult experiences are with the parts & contacting parts department. I ordered the opposite end trailer light plug in to wire it to my boat trailer, to be able to pull it with the Aud.It finally came in & I brought it home to my husband-turned out to be the adapter end that was already attached to our vehicle that they ordered & had me pay for, not the opposite end. So that was money spent on a part I didn't need. This was a year or two ago. This year I needed a part called a couple times, couldn't get through so left a voicemail and never heard back. Finally got through a couple weeks later though when called back again, when I do get to talk to them most of the guys are nice.

If I could give them a negative star I would!!! MUST READ: I bought an e-tron Q4 and within the first week, the front motor completely failed. It's going to take 2 to 3 months for a replacement motor (back ordered from Germany). I called and spoke to the manager about my experience, and he basically said, "not my problem. you have to allow Audi the opportunity to try and fix if for up to 4 times before they will do anything." He's wrong. According to WA state lemon law, if they have the car for more than 30 consecutive days -- it's a lemon. It's going to be 2 to 3 months of repair time!!!! The service manager in Audi Seattle has been very nice and very helpful. He gave me the number to call Audio USA to open a case to have Audi return the LEMON or replace the LEMON. He's been extremely helpful -- unlike the sales manager in Spokane who did NOTHING to help and basically insulted me. Imagine leasing/buying a brand new $60K car and within the first week, not being able to drive it! then to be told by the person you bought it from..."not my problem. Deal with it yourself!" The irony is, I was trying to explain to the sales manager in terms he may understand, i.e. you go to a restaurant and order a meal and it's rotten, the restaurant refunds your meal/comps your meal OR you buy an appliance and it's bad, they give you a new one. And he didn't get it. Then the service manager in Audi Seattle was very understanding and used the same analogy for me, and said that Audi USA should replace/refund the car because it is BRAND NEW! So bottom line...don't buy a car from AUDI SPOKANE....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If you want an Audi (although, I wished now, I had bought the Tesla Model Y), then call up the folks in Seattle. One last point....I should have done my homework, this problem is happening to a lot of Audi e-trons. They just aren't there yet!

Dealing with Audi Spokane was a breath of fresh air. From walking through the door to driving away in our new vehicle our experience was fantastic! Looking back it was our Salesperson who was very knowledgeable about the product and the low key no pressure approach to sales. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and again no pressure. It s been a long time since encouraging a dealership like Audi Spokane. I believe this is the beginning of a long and exciting relationship.

Great experience. I came in for the 40K mile tune up for my A5 Sportback. The work was done ahead of schedule while I waited. The auto tech sent me a video of my car explaining the work they did, along with my tread depth / brakes check and a recommendation. Jacob walked me through the process and took the time to chat with me about my car. He has a passion for Audi vehicles and it shows in his work and his recommendations. He had good knowledge of how service and warranties work in conjunction with any future modifications I may want to do. Professional team, which is what I expect from Audi. I ll be back!

Purchased certified 8/7/21My A4 Sline has been a lot of fun to drive & I did get a good trade in value for my Camry. if I could go back in time I would decline the vehicle service protection/contract (Safeguard), the appearance protection, cosmetic wheel protection but keep the dent protection as that paid off in one door bash, however the Audi Care was hyped up but in the end I would ve saved hundreds just paying for the 10k oil change & maintenance needed which has been nothing from 18k purchase mileage to today 46k, as it really covered nothing for me but for 4 oil changes it was $2400. Not doing that again but great car selection, friendly staff and decent value in general for a luxury brand.

I had my 2015 Audi repaired here after I had some transmission issues Had a great experience with Kyle as my technician. He communicated well and went above and beyond what was expected. Even offered to come in over weekend when he was off the clock to help return my vehicle and check everything out with me.I ve had very bad experiences before with Audi in Bellevue so was a little hesitant to visit the Spokane Audi after my experience with Kyle (and Brandon) I d definitely recommend these guys.

Brought my Audi here for a standard oil change and they were incredibly helpful. The guy who checked me in answered a bunch of my questions and concerns on the spot and was very kind about it. When I came to pay the bill they noticed one of the departments hadn't charged me for their service, so instead of making me wait an hour for that department to get back from lunch and pay full price, they let me pay what I had been charged and let me go! Super super nice. Wouldn't go anywhere else to take care of my car!

Audi of Spokane is a fantastic service center to care for your valuable machine! They took fantastic care of my daughters 2015 A4 sport on 2 separate occasions. Service leads Jacob and Kyle went well above and beyond to diagnose a headlight washer door issue, and washer fluid container issue to assure everything checked out ok. They kept both my daughter and I up to date and assured the fix was done correctly and completely. Give them a try, you will be glad you did, super folks, super service.

Went to get my first oil change and 20,000 mile service here. Staff were friendly and even started my appt early. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, I had some hot cocoa while they did their thing. And now my car is running even better!

Paid over $5000.00 for a new dash cluster, tune up, 129 point inspection to make sure our car was in pristine shape, before shipping to Europe. It didn't make it 2 weeks before the new dash cluster started going haywired and the car won't start. Then Audi tells me to pay for a tow truck and bring it to their dealership.What do you think I should do?

I was not intending to purchase anything we when we stopped by Audi of Spokane when on the way to a work meeting, but I am so incredibly happy I did. Buying a new car can be very stressful, however, AutoNation Audi/Volkswagen dealership made it fun and seamless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. TravisClevinger and Michael Markey were wonderful to work with and I love my new Audi Q5!

Spokane Audi has really turned around their service department! It's night and day from what it was a year or two ago. They're responsive, efficient, welcoming, and communicate well. I bought a car from them in May of this year, it was my first car I've bought on my own and while I like the car it has issues. Even apart from services on my last car with a different dealership this has been my absolute worst experience ever. The car I bought was a newer car with no obvious issues, upon leaving to drive home on the freeway, (which the buying process too so long we were there until 10pm) I noticed the wheels weren't balanced, they essentially told me I was lying and that it was done before I bought the car when I called the next day. I call them about 5 days later to tell them I had a wiring harness problem preventing my doors on the passenger side to lock as well as the windows not work. They took a week to finally take the car in and diagnose the problem, before they took it in the tech told me the window tint was probably the cause of the problem?? They tore it apart found a corroded connection between the wiring harness and the control module in the door. They needed to order the part but assured me it would be covered under warranty. This was 2 weeks after I bought the car in May. Move up to November I finally call them about the part and asking if it ever showed up and if we can get on with the process so I can have a fully functioning car. They set up the appointment but never tell me the price, which was suspicious so over the two weeks I have before the appointment I call and get in touch with them 7 or 8 separate times. I'm told I'll get a call back, they never call or text me. The day before the appointment I drive to the dealership because I've been shown calling them does nothing and the service rep I talk to seems to want to help me but he can't and tells me the cost will be $2000 when I was assured it'd be more around $200 given the warranty. He had me stand in the sales department while he got a sales manager to talk with me and find a solution since he can't make the decisions on these things. I wait out there standing alone in the sales department for 45 minutes until I go back to service and the service rep initially helping me is also surprised to find that no one has helped me whatsoever. Then he tells me he'd leave a note for the manager to call me in the morning, that was a week ago I haven't received a call. I called today and it was the same cycle. Call, explain the problem. Be rerouted to a manager, wait on hold until I'm greeted by the first person I talked to to tell me they'll have the manager get back to me in the next couple of days. Moral of the story is I took out a $26,000 loan for a car that has problems that the dealership seems to have ignored and when I bring it to their attention they ignore me as well so they don't have to deal with it. Spent money on a car to be ghosted by the ones responsible to fix said car. I'm immensely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here and don't ever plan on recommending the dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle. What is even happening?

I live outside of Missoula and my options for service of my Audi Q5 is Bozeman or Spokane. This was my first time using Audi of Spokane. My experience exceeded my expectations. They were accommodating and was able to get my car serviced and repaired given the knowledge that I needed to head home ahead of a big storm. I truly appreciate their kindness and the care given by their courtesy shuttle driver and Kyle who was our Service Manager.

Extremely disappointed in my experience with the service department here. I brought my 2022 A5 in for the 20k miles service and was told by the advisor that I also needed a brake fluid flush as well. I agreed to let them do this as well. They finish up with my car, and I drive off. I notice that the brakes are a little less responsive, but didn t think anything else about it. I am driving, and all of a sudden I notice that my brakes are really not responding well, to a dangerous level. Then I get a message on my screen that says BRAKE. stop vehicle and Check brake fluid level. I am able to get the car into a parking lot of a gas station and start calling the dealership. I keep getting put on hold. After sitting there for nearly an hour, I keep calling into the store, and finally get the service manager and tell him that it is urgent that I speak to him. He lets me know he ll call me back, which he does about 5 mins later. I explain the situation, and he says he ll need to send a tech up to me to see if they can fix it. He says the tech will be on the way in 5 minutes, and where in located, will likely take 30-45 mins to get there. He lets me know he will follow up with me the day after. The tech arrives figured out the error that was made in not closing a valve on the brakes, and fills it up with more brake fluid. I never get a follow up call from the service manager. I wasted a ton of time dealing with this issue-including having to cancel two work appointments, it was an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a traffic collision, and nothings been done to remedy my experience. I do not recommend taking your car here for service.

Worst imaginable experience with a dealership. They took over 90 days to pay off my trade in, it took daily calls from my bank as well as myself to get it taken care of. I purchased the warranty and they have made it almost impossible to use. Unprofessional sales and service. I pay out of pocket, with a warranty, to avoid using them. I expected a lot more buying from Audi. I will never purchase from Auto nation again, and I advise anyone that asks to use another dealer.
