RED FLAG! The worse shop you can have any work done! Red flag!!!! They put the wrong fluid in my steering pump and ruined my pump! They have no accountability for their actions! They did no research for what fluid went in to my truck. And blamed it all on me for the wrong fluid. Do not go there!!!

I called about a problem with my Ram Promaster. Found out the only ones that could probably help me were Dodge dealerships. BUT a mechanic working there used to work for Dodge and looked up my issue and gave me a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) number that applied specifically to my problem. WOW! Dodge dealerships only want to schedule me for 2-3 weeks out before even talking to me! This information is critical to getting what I needed done at a Dodge dealership. WOW WOW WOW. Thanks. I'll be back with a less complicated matter.

They have such fast and reliable service! They were able to get my car fixed cheaper than the other places had quoted me! I will never take my car anywhere else again! Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Especially Danny! He explains everything so well and always puts a smile on my face! Keep up the great work!

The best service I have ever had with an auto shop. I blew the engine in my 2007 expedition and the owner was extremely honest and helpful. He went over all my options and did the research in order to find me the best deal on a new engine. I currently live in Seattle and wish I could find a shop like this near me. It was a great experience.

Arrow Auto Repair is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and is honest and fair with pricing. We had a new motor put into our Camaro from another engine shop. After having problem after problem, we took it to Arrow, and they fixed it right away. They took the time to not only fix a few issues but reduce 95% of vibration issues we had. And all at a great price. They get you in fast and offer great service. In my opinion, they give you the best value for your time and money and won t worry you with unnecessary expenses. They ve become our new shop for all of our cars. Thanks Sam. Go see these guys; they re impressive!

These guys are great. They are fair and honest. Another shop tryed telling me i needed thousands of dollars worth of work done. I took my truck to arrow and they had me out the door for under $600. It nice to finally find an auto repair shop i can trust.

The best mechanic in Spokane! The staff was very understanding and patient. They fixed what we had asked them to fix, they found the actual problem and repaired the car. It runs beautifully now. They remind me of how my grandfather ran his shop. I trust them fully, they will have ALL of my business from now on!

P these guys are amazing and they have had my back and help me with my car if it wasn't for these guys my car wouldn't be on the road there so understanding and so helpful and always try and have your back especially if you work with that end in z show them that that q they're beyond courteous and thank you from the bottom of my heart Service: General repairs & maintenance

They do there best even when dealerships hurries them from doing timely work. They find the problems and Fix them.I would recommend being open one day of the weekend as car repairs is always in high demand and/or tires.

I have taken my car to Arrow Auto Repair a few time now and have never had anything but a great experience. I am an older women with no knowledge of car repair and have been taken advantage of in the past...I NEVER worry about that with Sam and Ed, I just took my car to them for a once over because I am going on a trip and wanted to make sure everything was in good working order.. Ed checked the car out for me, took it for a drive, checked all the fluids and made sure I would be ok. Since I didn't need an oil change I was sent on my way and told to have a safe and good trip without a charge...What other repair shop would do that? Thanks Sam and Ed for being the great honest guys you are!

Sam and Ed do great and quick repair work. I have had both my vehicles worked on at the shop and have had my vehicles towed there when they broke down. Last time I had my vehicle towed their after hours because it died and got a quick phone call the next morning that it was finished and waiting for me. Told me it was only a battery cable connector. Some shops would take the opportunity to take advantage and charge for diagnostic work and labor which could cost a lot but they were honest and just charged me for the new cable connector only. I would recommend anyone I know to take their vehicles into them if they want affordable honest work on their vehicles.

What a wonderful group of Men @ this shop. I had a screw in My tire and needed it fix so I could go home 225miles away. They fixed it in under 20 mins,w/ a great price &took the time to visit & made a great impression. I would recommend this shop. Thank you for your time.

Sam and his crew were amazing, quick and kept me updated on what was going on. Very honest and reasonable. They gave have energy drinks for clients while you wait in the comfortable waiting room and my car was good to go!! Thank you for an outstanding job, I will be back!

I was extremely satisfied by them being upfront and honest, and by working in a very timely manner. I took my Dodge Dakota Sport here because it was having idling problems that I suspected were caused by sensors. It was throwing 2 different codes and Arrow Auto Repair was able to determine which one was the source and after replacing the crankshaft sensor cleared both problems. My pickup has been running great ever since. They also showed me other problems that I would eventually need to address but weren't pushy about fixing it, which is what I have experienced from many dealerships and auto repair shops. I will definitely come back here if I need anymore work on my pickup.

The owner, Sam, was fantastic! He gave me an honest price and fixed my car fast so I could get back on the road. Best auto repair experience I've ever had! I would highly recommend Arrow Auto Repair.

Super Honest and DependableEd is my hero on honest repairsI went to a Spokane transmission shop and they said I needed a new transmission a few months ago.Ed said all you need is a seal and he replaced the seal and it has been good ever sinceGreat work Sam and Ed

Took my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 to get repaired. Not only did they fix what was going on in the truck, they found some other potential problems and fixed the truck for a very fair price. I would highly recommend Arrow Automotive. They will continue to be my Mechanic.

Had a friend recommend this place to me and decided to give them a shot. I did price shopping once i got a quote from them and learned they we're way more affordable and could get it done faster. Best auto mechanic choice I have ever made. Also let me know about other things going on with my car and gave me estimates. From now on, I will only go here for any car issues I come across and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Took my car there to get the oil and oil filter changed. they started the car without putting the oil filter cap back on and the whole engine bay was filled with oil. mistakes happen, but they gave me the car and sent me on my way without telling me what happened hoping that I won t open up the hood to check. I ve been going to arrow repair for 2 years and this was my last time.

Everytime I come here these guys make me feel at ease with my cars!!! Have been here multiple times and Sam, Danny, Ed, and the whole crew are very understanding and helpful WHILE being honest about what's really going on with your vehicle! I will never take my car any where else. They took care of me like family and gave me a great deal. I cannot put into words how thankful I am. My breaks went out after they were supposedly fix a year before by some other shop. I was a broke college student and they fixed me up and worked with me. My car is now in better shape than when I bought it. Honestly no one else will ever touch my car.

Honest mechanics! This is the only place I am taking my vehicles from now on.Our car broke down and needed a fuel pump replaced. The first place we went gave an estimate of over $1,000.The second places said it would cost $675.Arrow gave an estimate of $300.When they were done they said they didn't even need all the parts they thought they would and reduced our cost to $215I have never been to a mechanic shop where they end up charging you less the estimate you agreed to pay. Best mechanic shop I have ever encountered in Spokane.

Arrow was recommended to me by a coworker. So far they have not disappointed. They have been able to get me in quickly during emergencies twice. I recently had a complex problem with oil consumption for my Dodge SUV. One shop advised that the problem was internal seals and I would need a possible engine rebuild.Ed, the tech at Arrow told me it was actually a faulty gasket in the top end, saving me a lot of time, money, and headaches. They gave me a full explanation of the problem and showed me what needed repair and replacement before doing the work.If you have a Dodge / Chrysler with a hard to diagnose problem, I highly recommend this shop.
