Affordable??? That's a joke. Over $100 for around 30 seconds of "work". You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. And the people need to look into locksmithing, it is way easier than most would think. There really is no need for a business like this. I'll never call them again.No I didn't go with you guys since the price quoted on the phone was outrageous and I don't appreciate you trying to twist a bad review into a good one. I went with another company and saved quite a bit. The reference to 30 seconds of work applies to all locksmithing as it is one of the simplest trades out there

Awesome service! We had just moved to Florida and our batteries went dead on our auto lock for our home that is for sale. (My bad for not leaving an actual key with a friend.) The gentleman was able to unlock and even put fresh batteries in for us.

My son had locked his keys in his car while at work. He would be off his shift in 45 minutes but wouldn't be able to call anyone until his shift ended. So, my son sent me a text, and I called Affordable Lock Express. I left a voice mail, and someone called me back within 5 minutes. He was friendly and professional. He said he couldn't get to my son's workplace for a while but gave me the cell number of someone who could. So I called that number, and the guy said he could be there within the hour. He was there within 3 minutes of my son getting off his shift. Perfect timing. He unlocked the car SUPER QUICK. He was PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. I was surprised by how LOW COST this was. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!Highly recommended

Yesterday our kids accidentally locked us out of our house. From the time I started the call to when the locksmith had already opened our door and took payment was 35 minutes and their pricing is really reasonable. I would absolutely use them again!

They were able to make new key for my car door even though I didn't have a copy because my ignition key was different. They do good work and I saved money by not having to go to a dealership to get a key.

Excellent customer service and incredible response time. Came home from a walk with the family and realized we we're locked out. Within fifteen minutes of calling, Mike was at our house and the door was unlocked about two minutes later.

Very pleased with his service. We had an employee issue where we have to get new keys at multiple stores in the area and he was able to knock all of them out in one evening for a great price.

I purchased 2 keys off the internet needed them cut and programmed for my new car. After days of texting to get an appointment with Dave and took keys in. Employee did cut BOTH keys and could NOT program either. If you re uncertain why cut both? Crooks and HUGE waste of money. After a verified appointment to have this done. Ended up having to unplug a main battery on my electric car after 2 hours with no avail and then charged $163 for 2 non working keys. So basically paid for garbage. One key could have been returned as now it s garbage also. I m left with a hybrid car that has to be completely reset with everything. Just GO TO THE DEALERSHIP. Waste of time and money.

Owner was super nice and very helpful considering my car and my key fob decided to give him a test on his skills. Charged me fairly, and less than I expected. If you guys need keys, this is the place to go.

Very professional and awesome customer service. They Unlocked our Volkswagen tiguan after we locked the keys inside. I spent more time searching for a lockout service online than it took for him to show up and have the car unlocked. We had a problem with our electronic key pad front door lock. Mike came right out and had replacement parts with him. Had it fixed and working in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I called them prior to coming into the shop and was told by Dannyy it would cost 85.00 which I was very happy with. I had told Danny exactly what I needed, a transponder key for a second key for my car which was a 2011 Subaru outback with immobilizer. Then after he made my new key and programmed it he said it would be $165.00. When I asked him why, he said it was because of the extra buttons and didn't realize what I had when I called him previously. I find this hard to believe because this is the type of key that these cars come with and I think if he stated a price he should have kept his word and honored his price he quoted me. In the end it was still a fair price but not the great deal that I was expecting when I first called him and decided to drive quite a distance to save some money. For the small difference in price versu a OEM I would have gotten a original Subaru key with a warranty for at least a year.Services: Car digital & remote key reprogramming, Car key copying, New key fob creation
