Spent half an afternoon searching for the right part for my vehicle.Not only did this store have it in stock that day, but the customer service offered there was superlative. Brett went out of his way to make sure I found the right fit, then patiently searched for my customer rewards account to ensure I got the savings for the purchase :) He was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient.Lots of stores out there but it's people like Brett who will keep me coming back for future needs.Thanks Brett and AAP!

There was this guy named Dan here. He must have been an angel from heaven. I came in needing some tools for paint transfer removal and he gave me just what I needed. He even came out to the parking lot while I was working on the car and gave me some pointers. Fixed it up real well!

Horrible just horrible. Online this is that they are a UPS drop off location. I go there to drop off a Amazon return and he said sorry we do not have that technology. I told this guy I just did this a few weeks ago as well so he was obviously lying and he refused to return my package for me so I just left I will never go back.

Great employees. Always extra helpful when we come in. Helps my BF every time he goes in there which is all the time now since we won't go to Autozone anymore considering they hire people that literally do not know a single thing about their job, tools or working on cars. So now it's Advanced Auto parts or nothing at all for us

I went there yesterday afternoon to buy some floor mats. A guy named Burt helped me he was friendly and helpful. We had a good interaction. Burt s real name is Bret which we had laugh at cause I first thought Burt had to be short for something like Burthalamule or something But no it wasn t it s short for Bret according to his drunk families sense of logic lol Anyways that s it. I also wanted to mention I thought bro bro was super cute. I don t think he swings my way but I had to shoot my shot. Had my part I needed for my car. This one is awesome because the sales guy is always helpful. The last time I bought set of fluids and the works just for basic topping off, he put it in a box for me. I am grateful for that extra "beyond" service. Keeps me comn' back so thank you!

DAN!!!!!!! You went above and beyond to help me find the correct locking gas cap! Iv never had an automotive parts store help me one bit. I expressed my concern about purchasing the incorrect one previously and you took 6 extra minutes to come out to my car and check and make sure it fits for me! I will be coming back to this advance parts! Thank you for helping me! I appreciate you!

Expensive! They Put prices up to give you a sale or coupons. So weird! A part that costs $40 at AutoZone, costs $60 here.. Ridiculous.

Awesome service! I was having an issue with a headlight on the Wednesday before I had to road trip for Thanksgiving. Without even listening to the issue, the place down the road told me I had to go to a salvage yard or dealer to get what I needed. I decided to get a second opinion. Before I could even finish trying to explain the issue, they offered to go take a look. They found a solution and installed it for me in less than 10 minutes. Didn't even have to get my hands dirty... and it was raining! Thanks Chris!

The staff are great to work with. Large inventory and they do not hesitate to suggest a different shop if they are out of stock on something. Worth calling for price comparisons.

Not only will they loan you tools (stated policy on outdoor signs), but they actually installed a new headlight and rear turn signal for us at no additional charge. They had everything we needed and the service was truly exceptional (thanks Chris!). My wife and I drove away stunned at how positive our experience was.

The service i got when i whent into tge store was rude. I called on some parts an asked if they would look at them to make sure they are ok. When i got there they where broken was told it wasnt her job to be able to tell if they are good or not just to sell them.

Love these guys, amongst the smartest when it comes to vehicles. Excellent customer service for the most part (no pun intended). Good to fair pricing and a whopping selection. For the best service...go to the Sprague location.

Purchased an axle here for my car plus a whole bunch of tune-up parts and my axle ended up being the wrong size and when I put it on it snapped I had to return it got a new one

Went in to return a part and Johnny was very rude to me. Apparantly his friend is a Audi/VW/BMW tech so he knows alllll about fuel caps. Very disappointed with the service. Won't be returning.

I was sourcing parts for a specific vehicle repair and the staff was very helpful and knew off hand most everything we had questions about. The answers they didnt know they double checked and found at least answers that pointed me in the right direction.

Been to several other parts stores. AAP always has the parts to my German ride. Staff is very knowledgeable, always helpful.
