McKinney's replaced two old triple pain metal windows in my laundry room in an 85 year old house. Could not have been more impressed by the quality of the work! Not a huge project, but one that made an enormous difference! I left for work in the morning, and came home to perfectly installed and finished windows.

We bought $35,000 in windows from McKinney s and paid for them to install them. Installation was terrible. They did not glue frames to the wall which is a code. Put flashing over nails that were not flat. They did not install the sliding glass doors strait. The windows were not hung level to the windows next to them. Bottom track covers are too short. The flange is not strait ( half an inch dip by the header). They broke some parts of frame. They did send guys back to rehang some of the windows we caught however this was after it was caught and did not fix anything else. When other problems were found - too many problems to type here -the most upsetting thing was that when we reached out and even emailed the owner directly - we got NO response. The owner does not care for his consumers- it is clear to us. I would not recommend this business for window insulation.

They did an outstanding job of replacing my windshield. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so when needed. They have very comfortable chairs to relax in while waiting... (but could use some better magazine) Tito is a really nice and friendly guy to work with.

Just had a new commercial door installed on our business. McKinney was thorough about making sure we got something we were happy with, and the installation guys were so concerned with ensuring we were satisfied. Above and Beyond! Thank you McKinney! I know nothing about doors but you guys sure do!

I bought 27 windows and Doors with installation from Lowes in July of 2022 paid in full. They arrived last of September in the store. Then delivered to the wrong place in November then had to wait an extra week to get them to my house which they dropped of in the snow. They forgot the screens and I had to go to where they dropped them off and pick those up myself. Lowes then started the install on November 28th 2022. The install was terrible they smeared caulk on all the inside window casings and sealed nothing outside of windows. Lowes damaged trim on doors and one window. They were here 2.5 days and left with nothing completed. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a year and got no results except they wanted to send the same company that done the original install out and they didn t want to do that until I asked for my money back and that was late August of 2023. I hired McKinney to finish the install was so glad I did. The difference between a professional and Lowes was night and day. They took out the poorly installed windows and installed them correctly sealed up tight. The adjusted all my doors so they would slide correctly and lock. 2 of them wouldn t even lock. Justin and the rest of crew were great people explained everything to me and inspected all the windows and doors with me. I should have went with these professionals 1st. Would highly recommend McKinney for all your door and window install. I am not saying this lightly. My wife and I had to hang blankets over windows and the sliding glass doors last winter to help keep the cold out. Lowes has yet to compensate me for anything. Do not let Lowes install anything. Go local. They get your money and you have no recourse. 5 stars fo McKinney 11/16/23

We had 20+ windows and doors replaced by McKinney Glass. Craig and Taylor have provided impressive customer service. Steve and the window team were amazing quality work, great service, very professional. They replaced all of our window moldings and they went above and beyond to make sure it was what we wanted and finished so beautifully. Highly recommend!

The salesperson, Gilbert, was professional, on time when meeting for the quote, he always answered my questions promptly, and the quote is comparable, if not better than others! Gilbert works hard to get the customer the best Milgard Windows for your budget!Taylor in the office corresponded quickly via email with quotes and answered my questions same day.The installers, John and Jaime were professional, quick, excellent cleanup and disposed of the old windows. The installation of four windows was done in February with snow on the ground and it was cold outside! This is a concrete block house, so it is not the easiest to install. Kudos to John and Jaime!We really appreciate all the staff at McKinney Glass!We highly recommend!You can't go wrong with Milgard Windows and the warranty!

I had McKinney's replace 3 very high windows in my living room..The fellows who istalled were professional.They were neat and everything was clean when they left. I was particulary pleased that they were able to help me get ready to hang my two stained glass framed wimdows. A local artist made the windows in the 70's-90s,. I had them hung in my home before, but when I moved there was not a way to hang them in a window. I am particularly fond of them and needed to get 4 ceiling hooks in the window frame after the old windows were out. The hooks had to be in before the new glass was installed because there was not enough room to get the screw hooks turned round and round in the tightest of places.McKinney installers made my day so special to do that for me.Thanks to McKinneys and Taylor Kegley in the office!

My window and side mirror were shattered! I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful, quick and efficient everyone was here. No hidden charges or fees and I was able to drop off my vehicle and borrow a loaner until I pick my car up on my lunch break . How convenient!!! So blessed to have worked with them. Thank you all again for making a crazy experience a lot less crazy!!

I can't say enough about my terrific experience with McKinney Glass! From start to finish, the service was top notch on my window glass installation project. I was provided a professional on-site consultation and an estimate for the project. Within a few weeks, the installation day arrived and the team was on-time, professional, friendly and completed the project with great attention to detail. My new window glass looks great. I'm a happy customer!

Craig and Taylor at McKinney Glass are one of the best power teams in Yakima! Craig is always timely and knowledgeable while working on various projects and Taylor is very communicative with scheduling our projects and helping out with the paperwork side of things. Appreciate you both! Would recommend McKinney Glass for any glass project!

The level of service was fantastic. Prompt! We had an older home which needed windows replaced. It was a problem task which they tackled with out a complaint. When all was finished it looked as if all were never touched. Great job. I d recommend them in a heart beat.

Both girls in the front office were great. The Tech's had to replace a panoramic sunroof in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The technicians stepped up to the challenge. This was not an easy one. I think everybody deserves a pizza day.

A few weeks ago we had our first broken window by a golf ball. It happened around 9:30 on a Friday morning. The first company we thought of calling because of past service, was McKinney Glass.When I called the person answering the phone transferred me to Taylor in the residential department. I told her what happened, and she said, I can have someone out around two that day to take measurements. Paul and Daniel arrived close to two and took the measurements. I asked them to look at several windows that were difficult opening and closing. Paul suggested I install new rollers and I agreed. Taylor called me back later that afternoon with the quote for the broken window and cost to install new rollers on six windows.A couple weeks later, Jaime and Chuy installed the new rollers. A couple days later Paul and Daniel installed the new window that had been broken. Also, they took the time to clean the new window inside and out. The process was seamless from start to finish.If we need new windows, a broken window replaced or a windshield repaired or replaced, , we will call McKinney Glass.Ike and Renee Purdy

Amazing from start to finish! I couldn't be happier! We had 28 window done in two days. The guys were on time, respectful, wore appropriate masks, they cleaned up after each window was installed and also moved furniture ect. away from them for me. I really did my research before choosing them and I am not disappointed! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing windows/doors/glass work done. The best around! I came in with a rock chip in my windshield. I was given prompt and friendly service. The waiting room was super comfortable and my kids loved the books. It kept them entertained while we waited, which was not long at all. It was super easy too as McKinney's did all the insurance paperwork. I didn't have to do a thing! Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic experience with McKinney Glass. Mandy was very helpful and helped coordinate an urgent windshield repair. Other businesses in town were telling me it would be a week to get it repaired but McKinney was able to ship the windshield overnight and I had it fixed the next day. They also let me use a loaner vehicle so I could get back to work while they made the repair (only took 90 minutes). Thank you for your excellent service and friendly team!

Customer service is a very important factor when dealing with a business. It usually is determined by the first person you speak with. The first person I spoke with was very friendly and willing to work around my schedule, including the fact that they will come and get your car and return it to you. (Which I didn't need, but is still a great option.)The staff was all very friendly, the service was fast and the job was wonderfully done, couldn't ask for anything more. :)

Quick and professional service- they were able to order a replacement window and install it within 24 hours of my initial visit. In the meantime they vacuumed out the broken glass from the break-in and put plastic over the window so at least I could sort of use the car in the meantime!

The NICEST, most honest, quick, and professional group of folks ever! Took care of a huge rock chip in our windshield so fast and free! Highly, highly recommend! We put our trust in these folks and it was worth it.Safelight unfortunately wouldn t give us an exact quote of what it would cost even while looking right at our windshield! That gave us cause for concern - so we called McKinney glass and they gave us a quote over the phone but it ended up being free due to our type of insurance!GO HERE!!!!

Went in for a rock chip repair, my daughters loved the show room even wanted one of the sliding glass doors. I liked how the gentle man drove my rig was nice not to see them rev the engine or turn sharp with it. The staff was friendly made us feel at home. I noticed he was working on another chip and was concerned he didn't see the other one. Mike the owner let me go out and talk to him he told me the other one was starting to open that he wanted to fix it a little better. Felt bad didn't want to be the hovering customer. It was great that he went the extra mile for the other chip. That impressed me and I'll tell you being the wife of an auto tech I'm a tough one to impress. My in laws had windows installed by them and loved them as well. Mckinney will have my business in the future for sure.

I needed a rock chip repaired, so pulled into McKinney Auto Glass without an appointment. They started work immediately, and had me back on the road in less than a half hour. Everyone was fast, efficient and friendly. A great experience!

I brought my car in to get my passenger side window replaced. After calling a few places in town, McKinney's was the cheapest and they were able to replace my window right away. They provided me with fast and friendly customer service. I highly recommend them. They also do office and home windows! Thanks McKinney!

My car got broken into during the night the following day I call McKinney for a quote and by far they had the best price in town.I dropped off my car and within 2 hours my car window was fixed. When I picked up my car the lady was friendly and explained how to take care of my window...By far the Best customer service and friendly environment. I highly recommend them. Thanks McKinney!

McKinney s is the place to go for all your glass needs. I had two rock chips from a trip to Seattle and within an half hour I was back on the road. They got me right in helped me with contacting my insurance. The staff was friendly and courteous. Thanks.
