We had a broken down tractor trailer during a snow storm at Biggs Junction. Steve came out to rescue us and take us back to our hub. Steve gave us excellent customer service and a wonderful and pleasant ride. He was even nice enough to drop us off at our car. Highly recommend Steve. Thank you do much!!

Steve rescued us from Biggs Oregon today and was so great to have help us. He took our trailer and us back to FedEx in Troutdale and was a great person to us . It was a slow trip in the snow and ice covered roads and I was very comfortable with his driving. Excellent service

Had a broken brake and tire snapped off Steve and Isaiah were real good at keeping everything together and getting the car towed to the correct spot best in the biz 10/10 service highly recommend

It s 1:11am and Josh did what other towing companies in the Yakima, WA area couldn t do. AAA couldn t figure out how to fix the problem, and two other towing companies in the area couldn t either. Josh figured out how to remove the chain that was stuck in the lower ball joint near the tire and he was able to raise the vehicle back on to the tow dolly. All in all, I would still be stranded without his help. Can t recommend Josh and Hiway towing enough. 5 stars through and through. James was incredibly helpful and had no problem hooking up my RV. He got my rig safely to its destination in no time and answered all the annoying questions I had about how it was being towed.

After a crazy moto crash up on the trails above Naches, I was lucky to have Michael and his co-pilot Jack as my drivers all the way back to Snohomish with my wee CRF250L on the flatbed. I work for a charter bus company and needed a 35' bus towed, Hiway towing was able to bring their lowboy trailer, with in 2 hours i was loaded up and on my way back to our yard. TIM was a very respectful driver. He was very pleasant to talk to. GREAT ETA I couldn't believe how fast he got to me. Quickly took care of my stuff. Took me and dropped me off. Hopefully I don't need a tow again,but if I do I will call Highway and ask for Tim.

We had some semi trailers that the landing gear sunk in the ground at our yard. Steve came out and was real helpful and professional about lifting them up out of the soft ground without damage. Glad to have Steve W on our call!! Thanks Steve.

I was driving down the road minding my own business when my car decided it no longer wanted to putt putt down the road. She shut off with no warning. As I coasted into the bike lane past 3rd and Washington I knew I had 2 options. Stand on the side of the road praying someone would find pitty on me and help push me to a side street, or call someone for help. Turns out both happened. Once I got in a safe spot on a side street I called for a tow truck. Josh showed up! This man had my car loaded within minutes. As a young female, he offered me a ride to where my broken heart and broken car needed to go. He was very kind, respectful and caring during the process. I highly recommend using hiway tow anytime you need a tow service. And I highly recommend Josh to everyone!Service: Car towing

I have had a vehicle towed to a auto shop from this company and the driver was on time and professional! He also was training another employee and was very thorough with his instructions they worked as a team. Recently a semi took a wrong turn and was stuck blocking several peoples driveways in our small neighborhood. Steve W was very helpful getting the semi unstuck and working with all our neighbors to make sure not to damage anyones property in the process. I would 10 out of 10 recommend both the personal towing and special vehicle towing.
