My experience with Dobbs Peterbilt was outstanding from Both service and Parts, spoke to Carston he was able to fit me in for an alignment dropped off my truck & told me they would update me once they had anything & sure did his coworker brook called me and keep me in loop. Parts department very easy to deal with. I grabbed a few parts & dude had no issue adding it to my work order. For any fleet owner that wants good reliable service and excellent communication skills. This is the place I will definitely be bringing my trucks here for alignments and all my needs thank you Dobbs Peterbilt.

Came with a direct delivery but their hours are wrong. They're not open until 10pm as per Google. Not sure what time they close but it's not 10pm for sure.

I am very happy with the service i get at Dobbs Peterbilt-Yakima.The service coordinator Katie and Carsten never fail to swiftly get my Tanker truck hooked up and diagnostics run for a quick repair when needed. Darrel has been doing my routine service for 1.8 yrs and my minimal service issues are a result of his thorough service. Katie is without a doubt coordinating a good team

Called dealer on Tuesday in Yakima about a derate due to DPF. They informed me that they where booked out a week or more. They told me they could plug in and give me the codes. Showed up Wednesday morning and they plugged in. Proceeded to do a diagnostic and found that DPF needed to be replaced. They got one ordered and installed. Took a day to get the part but was on the road Friday late afternoon. Not bad for being a week out for service. No issues so far and the young lady in service was very friendly and helpful. I needed a mirror for the food bank truck and they had it in stock. The truck we have is old so hard to find parts but nice to know we have a company in Yakima that works with everyone

Anytime I have problems with my rig, Dobbs Peterbuilt is my go to!!! They work on mine and my company's work rigs with efficiency and professionalism. They produce work quality in a timely manner and same day return. Keep up the great work!!!

They blame it on being short staffed. They said it would be 2 weeks to get me in for a radiator R&R. When I pay top dollar for a new truck and $18500 for warranties, I guess I expect a little better treatment. They were nice enough to at least look at it and determine that the rad was indeed bad. But as usual, I had to go to Dobbs Peterbilt Pasco to get the work done.I live in Yakima, yet every time I need something done; except 1 time (a little thing that took 30 minutes), I have to go to Pasco. .I guess they think trucks are free to own, when they ask you to sit for 2 weeks. I would lose at least 17k in revenue.

Dobbs did a job for derate and found my air cooler leaking, the diffuser broken and an exhaust manifold leak. Once in the shop they performed all repairs as per quote and finished job a day earlier than promised.....and $ 1000.00 under the estimate! Congratulations and hats off to this dealership! 5 Stars!

I've been here many times,When I need to have repairs done they do there very best to get them done ASAP. I travel from Pasco just to get the job done efficiently.Thankyou for all you do for us drivers.

Peterbilt is a great business the customer service is outstanding. Sarah has helped with all my needs needs. Even to the point when I come in she always makes coffee and offers it. I would recommend Peterbilt to everybody.

Katie, is a kick in the PANTS!! Easy as Sunday morning to deal with. Repairs are generally done in an acceptable time. (DEPENDING ON PART SUPPLIERS!!) Carston in knowledgeable and helpful as well. Who is Sara? @DobbsPeterbiltYakima
