I always love a trip to Costco. Even if I'm just shopping for a very small amount of necessities. Winter clothes are available for reasonable prices, and we're talking only name-brand, quality clothing. Nothing super cheap, (and here I AM referring to the value, not price) or broken, but also nothing really unique or original either. The clothing is all plain and basic necessities. I have quite a few things in my wardrobe from here that I wouldn't buy anywhere else, even if I could. Most of my camisoles that I wear daily were bought here, along with the plain white t-shirts my husband wears under all of his clothes. Plus they are carrying a pretty good selection of Legos sets this year during the holidays and this dope af StarWars pinball machine that has 10 different virtual boards programmed into one compact, authentic looking machine. That is for sure at the top of my Christmas list this year!

We are a family of five so buying things in bulk is great for us. and We love the products especially the brush chunks. and We also love all your food. and We all loved you re products I always walk out of Costco satisfied for everything that I have purchased. and It is a very great place to buy food. and It has light bulbs and food and drinks and furniture of all kinds. and It has other things like a electronic area. and We love shopping here.

A++ service is great. Awesome place has everything. Always has what we are looking for. The go place we shop. Love the samples. Also like when they bring in vendors. We bought an infinity chair from them. We love it. Thank you Costco

Walk in to use the bathroom get asked if I have a membership I tell them no and dude at the exit says oh you need one to enter and I ask to use the bathroom and he responds all snarky saying that s what I just explained. Than he escorts me down to the bathrooms like if I m a kid. Tell your employees to talk to customers with more respect and not to come off as hostile and rude the moment you enter the building.

Costco is always a pleasure to visit. Employees were really good and helpful. Hard to find a better place to shop!

Shopping is difficult unless you go in the morning I renewed my membership after 5years I don't miss the busy crowds nor the bratty kids that are unbehaved climbing on the toliet paper that's one of the things I don't like about here is the cultural differences with people letting their kids run up and down and be destructive I think your needs to start holding this irresponsible parents liable I did not enjoy coming back especially the racist spirks and stares yeap freaking nightmare and long stairs from trash

The self checkout is very handy but I wish they would offer "scan and go" on the app where you can scan items as you put them in your cart

I like shopping at Costco. They have a lot of great products at reasonable prices. I just received an email today stating since October we have purchased products that were possibly contaminated with listeria that they premake for example southwest chicken wrap. About a month ago got really sick and had a slow intestinal bleed which is a complication of listeria. You need to do better. I already consumed contaminated food and got sick. You couldn t tell people sooner? I apologize for being upset but I almost ended up in the hospital. Maybe make a better effort to let people know sooner. I am still going to shop there but won t be buying anything your store itself makes for example salads, the wraps, pre cooked ribs. I don t want to go through that sickness again.

Great but the people at the front entrance need to do a way better job. They won't let you get hot food when your not shopping with a Costco membership and I think your aloud to get hot food so that's not fair.

This is the worst customer service on filling prescriptions I have ever seen. I show up to pick up prescriptions called in and I wait 2 hours every time to get them filled. I always get told 45 minute wait that turns into a 2 hour wait. This will be the last time I and my family use the Union Gap Costco for prescriptions.Never an apology or a logical reason for this waste of time.

I really like our Costco in Yakima. The workers are friendly. I can pop on my phone while I m in the store and find out where any item is prices are always good!

A truly excellent store to save $$ - especially bulk items like toilet paper, dish soap, eggs (2 dozen packs) brown or white, have always been tasty & affordable. Customer service excels as well.

Prices are a bit more spendy then winco next door. The chicken bakes are tasty. Chocolate chip cookies from the deli are way better then crumble

Shan was rude they make you get out of your truck while getting loaded but give you nowhere to go no trucker lounge it was freezing so we waited in the warehouse and got the stank eye from him the whole time he was very unprofessional and disrespectful

Went to self checkout, the attendant asked me to show my Costco card so I did. Then I scanned in all my items and another attendant came over to tell me she was going to finish scanning my items. I told her that was fine, even though I didn t ask her to do that. Then I went to pay with two cards for a split payment. She told me after scanning everything that I couldn t do split payment at self checkout. She said she would print me out a receipt and I would have to go to the regular checkout line and give my receipt to the cashier to pay. She said they wouldn t need to take anything out of the cart. I said ok, and my mom and I made the line again for a regular checkout with the cashier. The next cashier was another employee who had no idea what was going on even though I explained right away that everything was scanned and I was carrying the receipt to pay for everything with two different cards. He was short, bald and middle aged. He was extremely rude in his confusion asking me to prove my membership with my card. I patiently showed him the card, and he barked at my mom and me that he had to remove everything from the cart to count my items again. He yelled that I shouldn t have done self checkout bc it s complicated for him. Then he saw my mom and said she can t use her card. He was extremely rude, red in the face and rushing us. I don t appreciate the lack of customer service and bullying from these unorganized employees, especially towards my elderly mom. Very bad communication and direction by the store. What a mess and I didn t appreciate the tone he had with my mom. I told him, This is too much. I canceled my order and will gladly spend my time and money somewhere else who has a decent respect towards the customer. I would have appreciated the heads up that split payment isn t allowed in self checkout before scanning a whole cart of groceries. I ll never stand for a man disrespecting our elders, especially my mom. I expect good customer service if I m about to spend $400. I ll never be back to this chaotic, rude location with actual bullies.

Did a delivery here, they take mega carriers first it seems and parking lot fills up real fast so be careful when backing up
