I only get my oil changed here because they're fairly quick even when they have a long line (and they can get pretty busy), the work is great, and I think the pricing is great too. I've never had any problems with the work they've done. You get what you ask for, plus if they notice anything going on with the car, they'll let you know

Everyone is great . The moment you drive your car in the shop, it's go time. I wish I could go to a Drs office, and get that kind of treatment. The first person I see walking up to the car is a woman, and always (ALWAYS) has a smile for me.... I have been going there, for over 5 years and with 4 different cars through the yrs. ROCK ON GUYS

this is a permanent housing park. I visited a friend that lives there and the roadways were clear of debris or garbage. it is a well kept mobile park that caters to lower income families.t is not a low income place but the residents don't appear to have an abundance of money. I would fit in nicely and am comfortable when i am there. the park is fenced. There is a large easily readable sign at the entrance showing all of the spaces and their location, making locating the space you looking for, easy to find. You don't have to drive around looking for numbers.

I've only gone here about three times but every time I come in it's a great service. There is sometimes a wait but they come to your car and get everything prepared so when you're getting your car serviced it only takes a couple of seconds. They don't pester you insistently on additional services they ask what you want and they just do it. Their prices are about 75$ - $100 less than the other places around town. Very lovely employees and they care about you and your fur babies too.Service: Oil change

I love this place! Among other services, I stop in whenever I need my windshield wipers changed. I get to sit in the lobby and they find my truck, even if it is parked in the next parking lot. (This place is busy ). Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Fast Service when they are not busy. Today i was in and out. Couple times they were too busy so we left. But when we do make it in it's friendly service. Compared to Wal-Mart sometimes nobody comes out they just walk by and look at you and don't say someone with be right with you.

The guy didn t know much about the oils I kept asking him what oil was better their house brand or 2 other options they had. He said that oil is just oil. They didn t hVe many options for oils when I called they said they had just about every brand. The employees here drag their feet when they walk no sense of urgency. One line was moving faster then the other line very slow. I m still waiting in the car as I right this review I hVe been waiting in line for 1 hour there was only 2 cars in front of me. I would not recommend-this place if your in a rush.Service: Oil change

I really like this place. The staff are always super friendly and they are super quick. The first time I didn't know I could just pull right into the bay, so I parked in the lot and they went and found it and didn't even judge me. I just want to repeat that they are super quick. I will be coming back to CVL in the future.

I took my Nissan Altima in so I could get an oil change. I noticed a little bit of oil leaking from my car. So I looked underneath my vehicle and noticed oil leaking from the bolt on my oil pan. They didn't tighten up the bolt right!!! I was able to loosen it up with just my fingers!! My car has 20,000 miles and it could have gone so wrong so fast. While I was underneath I also noticed the plastic shield for the oil filter also didn't have the two lower clips. Now I have loose plastic underneath. Wouldn't recommend them.

Went in for an oil change. Open sign was on. I didn't know what time they closed. Waited outside the door for like 5 minutes. Looking in there was nobody to be seen but one person pops out and starts shaking his head.like he was trying to tell me something. He then started working on the truck and he must of called everyone else in the shop. Then they all started to work on the truck one female graved a clip board another male opening the hood and some other person checking the oil. They must of had 4 people on one truck. I then called and asked if they where closed the female said she was the manager and said yes we are closed we where just going to tell you after we where done with the truck that's inside. After telling her what I'd seen she just didn't care she told me she was closed but I asked when she said 5:30. the time I waited outside and the time we spent on the phone my oil could have already been changed it was like ten minutes before they closed.i then told her that I was going to talk to the owner and she said he's right here you want to talk to him and chuckled. I said no. If the manager didn't care what makes you think the owner would. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION HERE!!

Best place in town to get an oil change. They offer full service which includes vacuuming your car and cleaning your front windshield! Definitely reccomend going there.

I'm posting this in support of may husband and the prior individual's (Randy) 1 star review from his 1/5/2019 experience. Maybe the owner and management will finally get the point, to pay attention to their customers when they first arrive at their shop. On 1/9/2019 at 1:15 pm, my husband Michael pulled into Cascade Lube with nobody in front of him but the 4 cars already being service inside the building. Both their bay doors were shut, so he parked in the left lane and sat there for at least 15 minutes when finally another vehicle pulled into the right lane beside him. Not another minute passed when the right bay door opened and the attendant directed the car beside Michael into the right bay. Unfortunately that customer wasn't as considerate, as we would have been in that situation and he gladly took my husbands turn. I'm not sure who Michael was more angry with at the time but if this shop can't track their customers when they arrive, they will loose many more good longtime paying customers like us and Randy. Sad to say that this was the 2nd time Cascade Lube allowed someone who showed up after our vehicle into their shop first, so Michael simply drove away that day and we will find a more responsible shop to take our business to. We won't give them another chance for this to occur again. Good Luck!

I have been a customer at Cascade Lube for quite some time. On 01/05/19 I pulled in to have my 4X4 transfer case oil changed at about 4:20 PM as there were other rigs being done. I waited and at about 4:40 PM an attendant comes out and tells me they can't service my rig as they were getting ready to close and sent me to Jiffy Lube and said they were open until 7 PM. In the mean time a WSP unit pulls in and they put him in my place and serviced their rig. By the time I got to Jiffy Lube they closed at 5 PM. I wI'll never ever go back to Cascade especially as they put another customer ahead of me when they said they couldn't help me because they were going to close. Furthermore, I won't recommend Cascade to any friends or family! Sorry for the rant but I am just a little Peed Off!!!!!!
