Brought my care in for oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. As always, Avery is the best. He keeps you updated of the progress. Again that is Avery. Very polite, welcoming, respectful. Overall, his customer service is great and they are quick. I was out of there way before the time he told me my car will be ready. Thank you Avery I will be back

Brought my car in for an oil change and it went really well. They got my car in quickly. Avery was friendly and professional. He told me it would take between 1 - 1.5 hours. They had the oil changed and tires rotated in less than 1.5 hours. Went over the paperwork for a few minutes and I was good to go. Appreciate their help. See you guys next time. Thanks again.

This was my first experience with this dealership and the first service done on my new vehicle and it took 2 hours and 10 minutes. The service advisor was Issac and he did a great job - he did warn me they were backed up but since my vehicle had low mileage they only checked the tires & rotated them and checked the fluid levels but no car wash or no cleaning out the inside. Everyone there were professional and kind and the waiting area was comfortable!

Recently bought a car from Toyota of Yakima through another one of their dealerships. Only took pictures of good sides of car. Never disclosed the car had damage to it until I discovered it when it was delivered. Very disappointed. Wouldn't have bought the car if I knew it had the amount of damage that it has. Wouldn't recommend.

I received a text, or email, from Bud Clary Toyota, of Yakima, where we leased our 2024 Toyota Rav4, in November. It said that it was time for the 5000 mile check up. So, I scheduled an appointment for 9:40 AM, on Friday (yesterday).I arrived at 9:37, and was in the waiting room, by about 9:50. The projection to finish the tire rotation, fluid checks, and all the goes along with them, was no more than 90 minutes. I believe the I was back in my vehicle, by around 11:15.The service at this dealership has been excellent. I had taken my 2014 Toyota Tacoma there when I had a question concerning the aiming of the new headlights that we had installed. After watching several YouTube video presentations, and not being able to follow their instruction, I asked the service writers. Pretty soon one of the mechanics had the hood up, and a screwdriver in place. And, it was nowhere near what the YouTube mavens, told how it should be done. And, to top it all off, they said that there would be no charge.This dealership will be our source of any vehicles that we want, in the future. And it will, definitely be where we go for service.

I have bought 3 vehicles in my life at different times and at different dealerships. I bought my 4th vehicle this past weekend, traded in what I was driving at the time and this experience was by far the best! I was in and out within 2 hours, Doug Case and Ty Kirkham were so kind, polite, and professional. They met my vehicle needs and I am very happy with my purchase!

Toyota Service department Failed to add back oil as part of routine oil change. The lack of oil was identified during drive home (14 miles). Planning to evaluate Prius for engine damage. What other items of this $500 service were not completed as billed? At the time of my scheduled service, there appeared to be a large number of customers present, given the small capabilities of this service department.

Came in for the first time looking to get an oil change but I didn t have an appt scheduled ! Luckily Issac was able to help me, get me in the system and get my oil change done within 30mins !! He was so attentive and even convinced me to purchase the oil change package of 3 to save me money. Thank you so much for such a great experience !

Found a 2 yr old Toyota Venza that my wife loves and we are getting over 40 mpg on average. Very nice sales people and helpful. The price DOES NOT INCLUDE EXTENDED WARRANTY, after final price agreed on. Get the Yakima Toyota package for oil changes and tire rotations.

This was a terrible experience with Toyota, and has nothing to do with the Service Tech. It took 3 1/2 months to get a very important part for my 2016 Rav4. Totally unacceptable.

Dealer does exactly what they are paid for, Nothing more. Got charged for 7 quarts of oil on my oil change even though the web site for Tacoma indicates 6.2 quarts including filter. Where is my 3/4 quart of oil $8.17 per quart If everyone is charged by rounding up like this, man, that adds up to a lot of money Maybe the Tacoma specs are wrong and it actually takes 7 quarts ???

I went in and paid for a complete, full point mechanical check of my Corolla. They mentioned that my brakes were worn. I asked if the calipers needed to be replaced as well, but they insisted it was fine and nothing to worry about. When I removed the wheel, both calipers were absolutely fried. This means that they didn't even check. I would understand normally if all they did was take a peek at it but I literally paid for the full point inspection.

Came in for basic oil change & tire rotation. Tech stole a Snap On pry bar from my passenger seat, skimped on oil (5qt instead of 6.2qt), and overtorqued the oil filter housing. Service advisor was a nice guy, but I wouldn t trust their technicians at all.

I got a message on the car screen saying the awd system was malfunctioning. I travel over the mountains often and there will be snow soon. I made an appointment with Bud Clary, dropped the car off and jumped into the shuttle, to work. An hour later I got a text, called the shuttle, and was back at Bud's in 0.5 hours. They had replaced the gas cap gasket and charged me $00.00. Okay, maybe they felt sorry for an old woman, but they have gained a future loyal customer. Thanks Julian and techs! K.R.
