Great service and group of people. The key broke off in our trailer hitch lock. Big thanks to everyone for cutting the lock off and getting us back on the road again.

The people who run this place are incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. I know nothing about cars, but the lead mechanic explained what was going on in a way I could understand it. Schedule is pretty booked but that's just how it is everywhere right now - -they seemed like they really cared about getting me on the schedule. I was passing through Winthrop when my check engine light came on. This was one of the closest auto repair places and I just showed up about 3pm in the afternoon. They squeezed me in, checked the car in a timely manner, and explained exactly what was wrong and what to do about it. Very friendly and very professional.

Quality Lube is a great, honest and quick mechanic shop. When our snow plow broke down, they had the front axle fixed the same day it went into the shop. With 3" of snow today, not a second was lost with waiting around. Thank you Quality Lube,
