The most genuine honest service guys you could ever hope for. If they had a shop in my town, I would always go to them. They are the mirror image of the 1960's tire shop, service, respect, knowledge and honesty. Everything you just can't seem to ever find anymore.Thank you for the great service.

Doesn't matter what Les Schwab you visit, they all offer the best service and help for whatever auto related problem. Been using them in Washington and Oregon for 50 years. Always very courteous and helpful. Les Schwab in Twisp is the best. The manager, Ed, takes really good care of his customers. Can't say enough about Ed.

These guys were great. After getting a flat in the middle of nowhere, I found that my lugnut tool was poor quality and had to be hammered on and pryed off with a crowbar on each lugnut. It was awful being stranded and barely being able to put on my spare. This was the closest tire place once we were back on the road, and even though they didn't have tires in stock for our car, they gave me the proper lugnut tool I needed and torqued my spare on and didn't charge us anything. They also assured me that my spare was the same size and wouldn't be an issue pulling our trailer 300 miles home. I'm really grateful for the help and peace of mind I got from their great service. They helped me out of a tight spot. I was stranded, miles away, with a Prius that needed a new 12v battery. They had one in stock, but were closing soon. They offered to let me buy it over the phone, and they would leave it outside the store so I could get it after hours. They even left the core charge off the price, trusting that I would come back with the old battery.

Les Schwab customer service was amazing! We stopped by due to having a leak in our trailer tire and they patched it up and fixed it within 5 minutes and were right back on the road. Would highly recommend this place!

I bought new tires from les schwab and had a tire go bad and brought my car to get the tire replaced and the managers treated me Horrible, screaming and yelling at me repeatedly and wouldn't warranty any tire i bought from them and charged me a higher price for a replacement tire, les Schwab steals peoples money and are a bunch of liars, selling tires to people and then not warranty the tires, never buy anything from this horrible business, it needs to be removed and shut down, employees yell at customers alot. I am a highly decorated veteran.

It is just OK. Popcorn is old. Not much for seating when you are waiting for a tire to be repaired. One chair was behind a huge stack of tires, basically hidden. Over priced. The guy didnt know how to use a warranty on the tire. They were nice people though.

I can t express enough how much we appreciate the staff and service at our Les Schwab (any Les Schwab for that matter) here in Twisp!We are impressed each and every time we come for any services we ve received here. They rescued me today from a dead battery. Disabled car was parked two blocks away, they came over quickly, jumped it, got it right in at the shop, and replaced the battery. And doing it with a smile, and the friendly manner in which they have showed us time and again!! Ed, Justin, Quinn and the rest, you re the best!!

Ran over a rock and got two pinch flats. Les Schwab bent the wheels back into shape and inflated my tires (I guess they weren't punctured) for no charge. It was such a great relief after a stressful situation. Thanks to the staff!

I cannot say enough great things about everyone that works at the twisp Les Schwab Location!!!! We have been doing the traffic control for the chipseal for the last several months. And they have went out of there way to accommodate me, having parts, tires and even coming in on a day off to fix my work truck Yesterday I went with a quarter size hole in my tire they got it changed to the spare and tires ordered and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes!!! Thank you so much, you guys ROCK !!!

Would be giving them a 5 except we ended up having to have our trailer repaired again due to a workmanship problem on the first repair by Les Schwab. Les Schwab took care of us by paying for the additional repair that had to be done by a different shop in a part of the country where they do not have a dealership. They stood by their warranty.

Brought my car in for a vibration that I thought was a tire balance issue. They balanced my tires and took it for a test drive only to figure out that I had a bent drive line. They told me about the issue and didn't charge me for the balance. Awesome service.

Blew 2 tires Labor Day weekend and these guys were Johnny on the spot when I brought it in Sat morning for a full set. Super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Took my truck in because I had a rattling grinding noice coming from one of my front wheels. They remove all the wheels, inspected the entire braking system, and found a rock stuck in the front caliper. Problem solved! They also checked air in my spare. All for no charge! Super friendly, professional, and speedy service!

On a road trip with a flat. They had us in and out within half an hour. Fixed the screw puncture and were super friendly. And they gave it to us complimentary. Wow!

Slow, employees just milling around with customers waiting. No sense of urgency?? This is what happens when no other competition is close. They don't care about anything but a paycheck
