This is ABSOLUTELY the body shop to go to in the PNW hands down! With the strikes going on and parts hard to come by, it took a long time to get fixed, but Stephen kept me as updated as they were on the situation, and the minute the part came in they needed, the whole team went hands on deck and finished a really big job in a tight timeline. I am so appreciative to everyone here, thank you for the beautiful work you did, and for taking every care with my families safety and our family vehicle. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

Amazing people. So friendly and caring. They fixed my car beautifully. Steven was absolutely amazing walked me through the details and how they would fix it. I will definitely go back them for the service and highly recommend TACC to anyone that needs their car to get fixed right.

I highly recommend this shop for amazing customer service and excellent collision repair services. From beginning to end it was an easy pleasent experience. Work was done ahead of schedule and my car looks brand new again.

I got into a pretty severe accident in February 2022, and I was out of a car for 5 months. July 1st I received a call from the new manager, Nick, who was VERY genuine and extremely understanding of my situation. there was some troubles that day and I was scheduled for pickup at 430. He saved me a 2 hour drive by keeping me updated on the situation throughout the day. He offered me his personal cell AND stayed an hour and a half after closing to allow me to get my car. Nick is AMAZING. He s working hard to get things done and he made sure I was good to go. He did not let me down, Nick, you re a rockstar! Keep up the good work.

I hope you never have to use a collision center but if you do, these guys are fantastic. Certified with Subaru and handled our extensive work so professionally and thoughtfully. Thank you!

I really appreciated the amazing service from TACC! Chris and Heather and everyone else were so nice and helpful!I was in a car accident and working with my insurance to get it to a place. My agent called around to a few places that all had wait times of a few weeks! But then we called TACC and they could take me the very next day. Since it happened to be a Friday, we decided to wait until the next Monday. They were fine with that.I got there Monday morning, Heather called car rental company to send someone over to pick me up. And then Chris and I took a look at my car. Then I left with the rental car company.TACC sent me regular updates via text as I preferred. They had a website tool that had estimate amount and end date information. That was really helpful.Then when it was done, I came to get my car and I paid just my deductible. They said I could leave the rental car there. So I did. I called the rental car company after I got home and they said TACC already called them!The car accident was no fun. But TACC made the whole experience afterwards really easy and awesome. And my car looks amazing! Thank you!

TACC is fantastic. They got me in quickly and guided me through the whole process perfectly. All I needed to do was drop my vehicle off.They made sure I had a rental ready to go and let enterprise know when to pick me up.They communicated well with updates and even finished ahead of schedule. They let me know before hand that it would be done early so I didn t have to rush to pick up.Office staff was quick, efficient, and personable. They had all the paperwork ready to go before I walked in the door.As far as the body work is concerned it looks great. They even repaired several dings and scratches without me asking and they were not in the area of the accident damage. I hope I don t need any more bodywork in the future but if I do I ll be bringing my vehicles to TACC.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had the front bumper on our Toyota. Sienna replaced. Unfortunately, the repair wasn t done correctly, however, the new owners completely redid the repair at no charge and it looks perfect now. It was good to see them stand behind their work and make it right.

They were able to repair our car several months before the next shop was available. Our car was completed on time and looks great! After driving it for a short time, we noticed the door panel rattling. They got us in promptly, fixed the issue, and we were on our way.

TACC gave me great service and was able to get my truck in the shop in a timely fashion. (Two months sooner than other shops) They were recommended to me with high praise, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing to have similar work completed.

TACC did an OUTSTANDING job on my Jeep Patriot. I initially spoke to them on a Friday, turned my vehicle in a week later on Monday and it was finished that Friday. They blended the paint in perfectly, no issues with the insurance, and their customer service is top notch. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Nick was amazing throughout the entire process! My car was in a hit and run, hit three times from behind. My insurance was being weird about everything, and Nick kept communication lines opened, told me to call and check up on things, which I did a lot, and when my insurance decided two months after the accident that they were going to consider the car totaled, and he wasn t going to make anything off of the work he had already done, while bummed, was polite and so helpful! I recommend them over and above anyone else out there! They communicate better than anyone else from my auto accident!

I came in with a problem told them someone thought ( thru a phone call ) that my issue was my rear axle causing the car to rattle and shudder terribly. I was scard to drive it to this repair shop but did after a previous nightmare experience ( against all my better judgement and gut feeling) and had them check my car out. He said the only way to diagnose the problem was to take him for a ride in my car. So I did. He said yes this is the axle. I drove home understanding the axle needed fixing freaking out that the car shudder was getting worse every time I drove it. A neighbor came by that night and I asked him to look at the axle too see what the problem could be. First though, he checked my tires one rear tire had all the lug nuts loosened one missing. The Manager of this repair shop and same guy riding in my car NEVER ONCE LOOKED AT MY TIRES AS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM. HE JUST TOOK MY WORD IT WAS AN AXLE. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS!!! I could have been in a FATAL ACCIDENT FROM THIS MISTAKE. I CALLED TO LET HIM KNOW THIS HE SAID THIS WAS NOT HID FAULT AT ALL!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL UP YOUR BILL FIX THINGS THAT DONT NEED FIXING AND MISS LIFE THREATENING PROBLEMS AS IN MY CASE. THEY HAD ROTATED MY TIRES JUST A FEW MONTHS PRIOR. Did they not tighten these lug nuts completely? I have had other chronic problems with my car since they took over a month to fix my car previously needing to order parts that took almost a month to get in ) and they said I d have to drop the car off for the entire day and I d need to find my own way home. For me that was a taxi. This place is a dump. DO NOT GO HERE!! YES THE MANAGER GAVE LIFE THREATENING CAR DIAGNOSES.

I am hopeful still.. I guess. But the phone experience was way more pleasant and informative than the actual shop visit. The phone call was quick and professional with answers to questions. The yard ... not so professional and or helpful, TBA it was dangerous, uncomfortable and frustrating. I am keeping hope alive for the actual repair but am nervous it won't be like the wonderful call again.

I called to have my car towed after an accident. I was a bit shocked over the accident and tried to get all the information I needed. When I called back to tell them my car was being towed I was yelled at that they use their own towing with my insurance what? Then I was yelled at more and told I should take my car elsewhere and they hung up on me. The absolute worst service ever and I hope Heather has a terrific day after yelling at me and handing up on me.

It was rough from the start. The paperwork was in Different names. Definitely not there fault.I was told the parts were going to be ordered from the dealership cause of how new the vehicle is. I definitely understood the reasoning.The communication unfortunately was horrible with timing and saying the had the parts and switching the dates on when the job would be completed.I was told everything was in the shop and the vehicle would be done on this date. I finally got to pick up a few days later bit there's still a few parts that needed to be put on my vehicle.I just wanted to go with the insurance recommendation but if I could turn time I definitely wouldn't return to this business again.The reason for the 2 stars is they did match my paint correct and it looks pretty good.Service: Body & Trim

Buyer beware! Wanted my car damage repaired per insurance estimate with NO out-of-pocket costs. That was not the case here. In addition to insurance money they wanted a blank check from me to repair preexisting damage. There presumption was they can't affix the bumper properly on one side without repairing preexisting damage on other side. That's fine but give me an estimate first ok crooks. I'm sure they provide estimates all day every day they are open. After all, they are a collision shop. Nonetheless, they would not do the repairs because I didn't agree to the out-of-pocket blank check they wanted. I was not leaving my vehicle there without an upfront estimate first. My advice, demand an estimate upfront when they tell you there's additional costs not covered by the insurance estimate. Then the guy had the nerve to say that other collision shops will tell me the same thing. He was correct. Difference is, new place told me in the same breath how much more it would cost. Plus they worked around it and I ended up paying nothing out-of-pocket in the end.

Tumwater Airport Collision did an impeccable job repairing my vehicle. Most notably, the communication was top notch. Nick regularly updated me about backordered parts and the status of my vehicle which I ve never experienced with a body shop before. Even with backorders, it took them 19 days to get my car back to me. 10/10Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional. They are very full but organized. They have a nice area to wait if needed with complimentary k cup coffee selection and snacks, which is great if you have kiddos. Thankfully most of that is not necessary as they are quick to get you checked in and inquire about any needed car rentals.

I used this business based off the great reviews but I am very disappointed in the service.To keep it short and simple, my car was crashed into by a Chevy truck which caused extensive damage to the side of my Nissan.Although the at faults party covered all the payment/damages from the accident, the work done by TACC was rushed and NOT thorough.I even had to go back to get pins replaced to keep my gas cap and window seal in place and yet they are STILL falling apart. I have emailed the company twice (included pictures) asking for an update of when I can bring my car in for the SECOND time to have this actually fixed and I am no longer being responded to. So every time I get gas, my cap falls out, the pin falls out or I have to hold both pieces while pumping.When I initially arrived to pick up my car after I was notified it was ready, they didn t even have the correct tire / rim cap on, I had to ask them why it wasn t the Nissan cover and why it hadn t been replaced before I arrived. They couldn t find the part for a while and once they did it was placed back on.Lastly, my car was worked on while the gas light was blinking because it had been so low on gas; I went back into the office to ask for help, seeing as I didn t want to get stuck on the side of the road.. Their response is well you have our number? If you don t make it, call us and then we will help instead of just putting $5 in the tank before I arrived to avoid any of this. Thankfully, I ended up making it to a gas station without their help Basically, once they receive their payments, they don t seem to care about you as a customer anymore.I will not recommend this business to anyone. I was very happy with the body repair work done on my truck after the unfortunate crash. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring, that I was satisfied with the repair work after being completed. This company is so great. A woman hit the back end of my car, I went to them and they made the experience so easy. They did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of. They fixed my car fast and you would never have known it was hit. Awesome job all around. I have been to other places and they don t compare to this company. Hands down best and only place I would ever go to again.

Very kind and understanding staff.I was hit by a driver that had no breaks so I took my car here for photos of the damage & estimate of the cost.Parking lot is packed of cars.That need repairs

This auto body shop cares about you and your vehicle. Without reservation, I highly recommend Tumwater Airport Collision Center. Customer service is top notch. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The repairs they completed on my vehicle are absolutely seamless with the rest of the body and of the highest quality. My car looks and feels brand new. The entire process was simple and efficient.
