I go to Toyota of Olympia regularly and bought my Prius from them. They always provide excellent service and never try to sell unnecessary fixes. They always seem to get the car serviced earlier than they say and quicker. Very polite excellent staff.

Nice friendly staff. Booked online for oil change, super easy and gives you plenty of time and dates to chose from. Had a good breakfast at the cafe inside (alittle pricey). But nice to have a hot meal while you wait. Nice kids room, and message chairs!

Excellent service! I'm not normally comfortable with auto dealerships and even less since I'm for the east coast but these guys were great! They were up front with possible costs from the very beginning and kept me up to date throughout

***day of service***I showed up just before 4pm with an appointment. The service sign said, "walk-ins" about an hour for service, for walk ins, not appointment. I have been here over an hour and 45 minutes for a basic oil change. I am being told they are working on it. I paid for the oil changes ahead of time. I guess that means they can now take their time. People have come after me and already left. Terrible service!! Ultimately waited over two hours for a basic oil change.***a week and a half after the service review***This is an update to my original review. While there were problems with the service, management stepped up to make it right. After hearing from the tech that management doesn't care about the customer, I found that to be totally false. General manager and service managers met with me on my schedule and apologized for the level of service received. They vowed to do what it takes to keep my business. Totally worth coming back. I will update this the next time we have service down.Service: Oil change

since I moved into the neighborhood at the beginning of the year I've been here 3 times and every time has been exactly what you should experience when you pull up in your car AND getting the service you need. I've worked with Jason and Bob the most and let me tell you how amazing they are. Jason is very knowledgeable, he tells you the truth and helps you the whole way through. Bob is awesome because if you have a big problem he will calm you down asap with his fun attitude and makes you feel better about your busted alternator.Let's not forget the mechanics working behind the scenes that do an amazing job too! those guys have saved my FJ and it's literally life saving since I depend on my vehicle af every day. Thank you to everyone at this place and everyone that's helped me get my car rolling again.p.s. if the Toyota building manager is reading this or something send an email to Toyota HQ to make a v8 twin turbskie Tundra!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

Great service. The holidays is on us and their service department is really busy so anticipate a little longer wait. It's worth it because the technicians still go through their checklists thoroughly. For such hustle and bustle their attitude is remarkable awesome. Just understand that they are busting their buttons to give you the best they have . Thank you (John) in the service department for taking care of my key fob battery.

We got a 12 V battery for our car and it tool less then 5 minutes. It was really easy ordered on the web and the stop was only about 10 minutes.

Have used for services multiple times and always leave unsatisfied.- Multiple sensor issues on my truck misdiagnosed, that required several trips in (Issue finally identified and fixed by a different dealership within 2 hours)- Customer interaction on approach is terrible. DO NOT approach the first counter upon entrance you will be chastised and sent down the line- staff change over, verbal agreements were made with prior employees and not honored (maybe that s why they are former, shame on me for bad expectation management)- the only plus(s) are ease of getting an appointment via phone and the biscuit house restaurant.Invest some time and drive a little further to Tacoma if you need service.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

We were traveling from out of state and had a battery problem plus needed scheduled maintenance. The service scheduler got us right in. Stephanie, the service rep, treated us as valuable customers, gave us a detailed report and was very professional and knowledgeable. I always get my oil changed here as I bought my car from this particular dealership. It's always easy to make an appointment and get it but these wait times are ridiculous. There was one time I had made the appointment, came in and they told me they didn't have the filter in stock for my vehicle even though they check to make sure it's in stock always before coming in. THAT ISNT MY COMPLAINT THOUGH! Every single time I come in they tell me I have either an engine leak or oil pan leak. I've never had a problem with losing oil not once. I went in a few months ago got an oil change they said the same thing about the pan leak and quoted $400!! My cousin is a professional mechanic for Boing and said that is the most outrageous price he's ever heard for an oil pan leak. I ignored it until I noticed that I was actually leaking a good amount of oil out when it sat.. He told me what stuff to purchase and I came right over and he fixed it quick! ($70) It turns out there was a small slice in one of the gaskets in my oil pan. BUT THATS NOT WHY MY OIL WAS LEAKING OUT SO FAST.... THEY DIDNT TIGHTEN MY OIL PLUG AND IT WAS BARELY ON! I COULD HAVE BEEN OUT AN ENTIRE ENGINE! This very last time I got my oil change.. again they say my oil pan has a "possible" leak. Ridiculous. Possible??I'm not saying I won't ever get my oil changed here again but I just want everyone to be aware that places will say anything to get your money from you and blame you for the problem. Watch what places like this one tell you about your vehicle. Always ALWAYS get a second opinion.

We have always had great service from Toyota of Olympia. This service was a recall service. They scheduled it quickly and the actual work was finished a lot sooner than expected. The staff members are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Especially Amanda, who was fantastic to work with.

Cory was my service advisor and he courteous and kind but concern about my problem. . He had me wait in the lobby and he would contact me with diagnosis. He came to me to let knew that did have the part and would not have to order it. So I immediately ok the repair job. You see it is my wife's car who travel to work in Tacoma using I 5, and she goes 55-65 mph. That damage splash unit would not allow a car to go 30 mph because it would flapped up and cause the front panels to flopped. While eat breakfast and waited for my car. When it was done , I was just happy to get it just after lunch. Great service all around. Thanks to Cory and the rest of the Toyota staff. Great job Service: Body & Trim

Ran over a small screw, we brought the car in for a tire repair. Representative Sam from the red team sent a serviceman out to diagnose the puncture. Came back to report a #10 screw on the center of the tread was not repairable. Stated we needed to get two new tires on tires that have 15000 miles tires have a 90000 mile life. My girlfriend agreed to get new tires. Then they come back to tell us there was a system glitch, they didn t have the tires in stock. The lack of honesty, knowledge and customer service was really lacking that day. She had been convincing me of buying a new Toyota from here yet after this experience I would never make a purchase from this location again. They are looking to force a sale down your throat at whatever cost of deceivement. Took the tire to Les Schwab they repaired it in ten minutes with the issue. Not even a quote for new tires. When shopping at this location be on the look out for snakes.Service: Auto tire replacement

I went to Olympia Toyota to pick up my online pre-ordered 2022 Venza LE. The folks there were professional and friendly. In and out was fast, and not much sales pitch at all. They even got a Cafe inside the dealership .

I love this place! They treat me like family. Their facility is well equipped for a day-long wait (food, wifi, large and comfortable waiting area) and it is super clean! They raised the bar high for other dealerships and service departments! I only wish I could work there and be a part of the team!

Service is great, but the ownership of accounts makes things a little clunky.I had dropped my car off for an oil change and walked back on my lunch break to pick it up. Unfortunately, the tech who was in charge of my service was on lunch, and no one could find my paperwork, so I ended up almost being late back to work by the time I was able to get checked out.

I did not get a warm and fuzzy this visit. I was told no car wash today. However, the job was completed sooner than expected. And I was then told it was because there were many technicians available. So, why wash the car? It is not like they doing a detailed job. Maybe it is me. Last service appointment they did wash my car and was dissatified. I thought based on the level of excellence, it would have been better if they had not washed it. Now they do not wash it and I complain. I will consider going to another location next time.

Bought tires here a few months back, yesterday got a flat tire. Brought it in, had a sidewall failure, they replaced the tire no questions.Thank you to Parker and crew for a speedy repair and most excellent customer service!!!

Went for an oil change. When it was done they told me my rear brake pads were worn out. The only issue is that I just had the same people replace my rear brakes 7 months ago or so i was led to believe. Found out they only replaced the drums, not the pads. Pretty shady business there. Who takes drums off car. Leaves the worn out pads and only puts new drums on. Oh and they forgot to put the hubcaps back on. I had to point it out and they had to go find them. In their defense, they are going to only charge me for parts, not the labor to replace the pads now. Not sure I will take my car back there again as this is a huge red flag for me. I think they just lost my business.

Best place for service. I have been a customer of Toyota of Olympia since 2007, and service members have always come through for me, by finding the right services and parts when I need them scheduled. When my vehicles finally need to be replaced, and that is a ways off because of Toyota quality parts and seevice, I know I will talk to their no hassle sales staff to find a great replacement vehicle.

The service was fine but took 2 1/2 hrs to do a 15,000 mile maintenance, which did not include an oil change.

I have bought several cars here. Not sure if its just the lack of staffing or in the service department??...but....when you say it will take 2 hours to do the job and it takes 4....I need to know....also dint buy the maintenance plan, because if you go over the time....you lose your service you pay for....2nd time I have spent half a day getting routine service done....I guess it's back to changing my own oil.

Got me in earlier than my appointment, and are the only place I know of doing service on Sunday, which is a miracle. Also the restaurant is bomb.

The greatest place to be, awesome service, representatives are very accommodating with pleasing personality, quick repairs, rented a brand new RAV 4 XLE AWDwith no charge while they were fixing the Sienna. You are treated like a king. Take advantage of these wonderful people. Buy your Toyota here.

Always reliable service, and they dont push any upsells (but they do offer). I always come here for any maintenance, and it also helps there's the biscuit house that is located inside so we can eat while we wait!
