One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have experienced! The dealership responded immediately to my inquiry about a specific vehicle, scheduled a same day appointment for a test drive, had the vehicle waiting when we arrived and introduced us to our sales representative, Noel. What a pleasure he was to deal with. There was no pressure, all the information I needed was promptly provided and I ended up buying the car that day! From arrival to driving the car off the lot took about two hours, including two different test drives. Every detail of the vehicle was explained and there were many! So much technology to become familiar with.I got a fair price, no dealer mark-up and was able to find the exact car I was looking for!The finance person, Linda, was friendly and did not try to pressure me into extended warranties. She explained my options, but when I said no thank you , she respected my answer and we moved on through the process.I would highly recommend Toyota of Olympia! We drove from an hour away and it was worth the distance and our time. The dealership has many vehicles to choose from, the showroom is comfortable and clean. Big screen TV, food and drinks were available and again, friendly, no pressure service was what I appreciated most!

I went to Toyota of Olympia on a Sunday afternoon to look at a specific car. However when I got there someone else was looking at the car. So I walked around the lot. My fear when going to a dealership is fast talking, aggressive car salesmen, but that was not the case with this dealership. The first person I met was friendly, answered my questions, very pleasant. The second person that helped me was also pleasant and patient as I test drove a couple cars. If you re a female looking for a car by yourself fear not, based on my experience you won t feel pressured here. The price of the vehicles are priced similarly to other dealerships in the area. I m sure the mark up gives room for adjustments to make you feel comfortable and satisfied with your final price. Good selection of used and new vehicles. Overall a good car shopping experience.

Cameron the salesman was awesome he was a former mechanic and knew a lot about each car. Super personal and not pushy. Didn t show me anything out of my price range and only what I wanted to see. Ended up with a new Tundra absolutely love it! Thanks for making it so easy!

I am so happy, we were in the market for a truck. But don t have the best of credit. Our sales person was absolutely amazing and did everything he could do to get us approved. He worked for 2 days to get us into the truck we wanted. Even the finance guy came out and helped us. I would recommend them both and this place thank you so much to our sales guy Deion Moore and our finance guy Paul barker y all are so amazing.

Get this we found our Ford GT Mustang at Toyota Of Olympia. It almost brand new and has everything that we were looking for and I am giving this place a 5 stars. We had a great smooth and quick experience overall from a phone call to an In person. Dalten was our client concierge person. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very pleasant to talk with. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! The atmosphere was very inviting. It has a little built in restaurant for families and friends while waiting or hanging out .

Very posh waiting area with a cafe to order meals. The seating area is very comfortable with free WiFi and outlets to charge your devices.I was told the wait would be 90 minutes, but had to wait 3+ hours. At least I was comfortable.

My experience here from start to finish was completely opposite of any buying experience I ve ever had. The staff was friendly the whole way. Not just when they needed to be to make a sale. I m really impressed with my salesperson, he was kind, honest and chill the whole time. I never felt pressured by anyone and they just let me go through my process and supported the whole way. I give this place my highest recommendation. Deion is a gem go to him to buy your next car you won t be disappointed. Thank you so much for making my experience so lovely.

My husband had been in the market looking for a newer truck to finance. After close to a year, he finally found the truck that had all of the features and requirements he was looking for.We made the long drive to Toyota of Olympia where we had found the truck. They had a larger inventory of vehicles than other dealerships we had been searching in.We worked with a salesman Earle Thompson and received very professional and knowledgeable service.We needed to negotiate the right price and terms, and he was able to secure us a deal that worked perfectly for my husbands finances.We are very happy with Toyota of Olympia and Earle, we would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We decided to buy a truck in order to pull a boat and after a few searches for previous owned trucks the right answer was a new Tundra. I ve visited a few dealers around the Puget Sounds and had a couple false starts, some tricky price manipulations and hard to find conversations. I almost gave up, but Toyota of Olympia had the exact truck I was looking for, so I set up an appointment online and met with Jacob later the following afternoon. We drove the truck and I knew it was the end of my search. Through this process I worked with Kevin from the online team, Jacob upon arrival and test drives, JT and then Tommy the GM, I ended up buying an even better outfitted Tundra Crewmax Limited Hybrid in Smoked Misquite. The team at Toyota of Olympia is a step above the rest!! Very accommodating and driven by customer satisfaction, honest and straightforward experience. The service department was very helpful throughout the process. They took my vehicle in right at closing and had it ready the next morning early. I was able to pay via phone and pick my car up after the service dept. was closed. The staff were all very helpful. This is a great place to take your car if you are on the go with work and family.

First time buying a TOYOTA. We had so many questions. We got so lucky that Deion Moore was able to help us. He had the answer to all our questions also walk me thru steps on the technology on the Truck. Now I am driving my new TOYOTA Tacoma #2024. Very friendly and professional service department. They're not the cheapest in town and the extra service, communication and quality of work is worth a little extra money. I appreciate that we work together to prioritize repairs and preventative maintenance so I can budget appropriately to keep my vehicle on the road.

I just purchased a 2023 Toyota Venza from Toyota of Tumwater, and I had a very good experience there. The staff care about getting you into a car, my salesman was awesome, and incredibly patient to make sure we were buying the car we wanted. Tom Keefe thank you so much for getting me the car I wanted the most, your team did amazing. I m grateful one of the technicians was willing to stay behind so we could drive away with our new car same day. Thank you Rudy for teaching me about everything to do with my new car! Also thank you Ian for all your hard work as well. I will definitely be coming back when we re ready for a new car, and I will be recommending all my friends to go here.

I can t describe how much I appreciate the service they provided me. I want to give a huge thank you to Michelle in service department. She is so nice and very approachable. Mich called me every week to give me an update for my vehicle and who does that? I want to say thank you to Cory and to the mechanics as well. I felt like I became family to them. Thank you so much for all the help! They deserve a raise, Toyota They take seriously what they do for job and the excellent service they can offer to their customers.

Quick service. They were very busy but I had no wait whatsoever. The rep I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and present with our interaction. His estimate of the time it would take for my vehicle to be finished was nearly spot on. They actually finished just a bit earlier than he estimated. I love that there were no surprises and no worries. It was even slightly lower in price than he anticipated. Overall a very good experience. Accurate and uneventful. Exactly the way I like my service appointments to be.

This was my first time visiting Toyota Of Olympia. The customer service was very professional and welcoming.The facility and atmosphere was friendly, hospitable, and clean.I didn't rate it 5 Stars because I went there to returned a dead battery that was under warranty, and receive a new one.I had to wait 3 hour for them to run a lode test on the dead battery just to determine if the battery was dead or not, which after testing, they determined the battery was dead.A normal lode test usually take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, if that.I didn't expect to wait 3 hour to lode test just a dead battery under warranty just to determine if it was dead or not.That's an over kill, no pun intended.However, all in all, it wasn't to much of a waste of my time. I did receive a new battery.During my wait, he facility offered free coffee, teas, and other wonderful refreshments, which made the wait most comfortable and enjoyable.The Toyota representative who serviced me ( Mr. Jose) was very professional, and most kind.He kept me informed every moment of my wait and since my arm was in a sling that day, Mr. Jose carried the new battery to the vehicle for me.Kudos to Mr. Jose for doing such a professional and wonderful job.5 Stars for Mr. Jose overall performance.

Overall just a great experience, what a service process for your vehicle should be like. Made you feel like they were there for you. I m sure I was not the only person as the whole very large building area was full of happy costumers. Great job on setting a positive working climate that projects through how the employees interact with the costumers. Wonderful experience, thank you Bailey.

Kirk was the BEST! VERY professional and intelligent. He knew all aspects of the vehicles I inquired upon. He stayed in tune throughout the entire purchasing process with a no pressure approach. Great customer service and all around great guy.Linda was fantastic. Although I had some hurdles to jump due to me being new to Washington State and not having enough time here to prove residentency. We worked through it! She helped me gain Washington state auto insurance and stayed in contact well after the purchase to ensure all financial aspects were covered.Loved the experience and would recommend Toyota of Olympia to all those looking for a professional car buying experience!

Michelle is amazing!! She helped me get set up with Toyota to get my car serviced and fix an issue with my trunk. Her service was the best!! She was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel very well taken care of! She assured me if I had any questions or concerns to reach out and she reached out to me multiple times to update me on my car and what they were finding/ doing. She made my experience so easy and enjoyable! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need something done to my car because Michelle and the crew working on my car were the best!! :)

Took my car in for its 20k maintenance. Chose to drop off instead of wait. Bailey got me all squared away and sent me a text right about the time frame they estimated having it done from the get go. Pretty low effort drop off and pick up and no complaints on the work completed. Much appreciated!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were very transparent about pricing for vehicle services and not at all pushy. I always had the sense that I had the overall say in what I wanted to be serviced for my vehicle. Dealerships sometimes get a bad reputation because of very pushy and sleazy sales practices and although I did not go here to buy a vehicle, I feel like the entire team conducts themselves in a professional and respectful manner.I would definitely recommend going here, the waiting area was very open with plenty of seating and even had some things for kids to keep themselves busy.

My husband and I were looking to upgrade to a midsize pickup for a long time and a Tacoma was always our first option. We went to the dealership just to browse and initially, Brandon was the one helping us. We were so grateful that he was not pushy at all. We got to look at a few models of the Tacoma and went home. We came back the day after and Brandon introduced us to Deion, one of my favorite car salesmen. He was so patient, helpful, and informative. Deion was willing to go above and beyond to meet us half way with our trade in value. Overall, if you ever think of doing business with Toyota of Olympia, I would ask for Brandon or Deion. We will definitely refer our friends and family.

The friendly staff are always appreciated! However, the quality of service was not great. I had requested a car wash, which was not done. I paid for a new key fob only to get home to learn it does not work. I was told when I called to drop by and have it looked at. I expect when I drop 500 dollars on service and a new fob that's its done correctly. I am a widow, raising two active teens and I work a full-time job which makes having to make multiple trips very difficult. I am disappointed and will be looking for another way to handle service and repairs moving forward. It's sad because I have been a customer for over 10 years. However, I need things done right the first time, especially with what you charge. I hope you use this feedback as a training opportunity.

Today was the first time I was responsible for taking in my car for check up and repair an oil change, etc. This was always done by my husband, who is no longer with us. I must say this was much more pleasant than I had expected, Everyone was very kindly and clear about what needed to be done. Your facility is delightful.
