Maybe you guys could use this for a training picture at your store since you sold me a core somebody else had turned in. Told me it was a good one. After I installed that piece of junk, I stopped at the Aberdeen O'Reilly's to get another one because the one you sold me was a used piece of junk. So here's a picture of what they're supposed to look like when you sell them to a customer. Thanks for wasting about 7 hours of my time. I'll never stop at your store again. Thanks for nothing

They were out in below freezing weather to change my Mercedes windshield wipers. Turns out there is a tricky unlocking sequence and they stuck with it in 22� for 15 mins and got it done! They are awesome!!!

Update March 2024: Wanted a battery tested and knew better. These people show why they are not mechanics. Just avoided them.This is the strangest place ever, the employees run it likes it a family owned business in a bad way. They lose parts they order, no one is in charge, they call some hutt "Mom" it is wild. They also sell you new parts that some pre-broken, not once but twice and then done trust you to be smarter than them. I should have and never will buy here again. Feel free to go in and see the chaos but then just leave.

I usually hardly ever have issues when I visit thos store. Yesterday was a different story. I m going to make a long story short and just say an employee by the name of Jess was entirely too rude to me. She showed no empathy and came off a little snobbish and had a sense of superiority even with me. There's a certain way you handle customers especially those with a small child and broke down car

There's a reason I always look up Orileys first before any other auto parts store nearby. This Oriley specifically has a very helpful staff and have let me borrow parts as long as I bring them back undamaged :) Thanks for all your help

I get what I need sometimes. Staff is definitely not any more helpful than the webpage. SOME employees definitely think they know more than they do about cars

Got some good info about the differences in power steering fluid & transmission fluid that they carry to put into my Acura. Seems every car manufacturer has their own take on all this now. Not a 'one size fits all' generation anymore with this stuff, oil, or coolant. Dang.

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me this afternoon, but I can't thank him enough! As soon as I walked in the door I was acknowledged and helped. He was awesome in helping me with my battery and my experience was excellent. Thank you again!

Walked in 530 p.m.. Guy yells from counter, "Hey man! If you're going to shop around in here I'm going to need that pack! Sorry, contents are worth thousands, they are not mine and none of your business. Not every customer with a bag or purse is a thief. How do customers know we can trust you? I am not handing you anything. Avoiding this place for 365 days. AutoZone right around the corner.

Customer service is not very good at all. Most employees will act like you don t exist. The only reason it s 2 stars is because there in only one helpful employee in that store. Expect to sit at the counter for 15 minutes before you get acknowledged.

Great service except one time when I had an odd requirement that I didn't have specs for which later I came back and found it on my own. Other than that one time I have walked in with the part number or gone for fluids our something out on the floor and gotten what I needed except once they had to order a part that was available like 4 hours later which was great.

Shoutout to Bryan, the assistant manager. I came in with a guard piece half-hanging off the underside of my car and no idea what kind of fastener I needed to reattach it. Bryan guessed the right piece first try and popped under mycar to screw it in. Great customer service!

Bryan at the tumwater location was super helpful A+ customer service. Bryan came out and helped determine why my check engine light was on, and while I was shopping for another item he had a print out of the part I needed. Bryan was quick and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience.

Went in for a new button battery for my key fob. Guy installed it for me as we waited for credit authorization. He already had it apart and knew what he was doing. I appreciated the extra step since I'd never taken it apart before. Many thanks!!

Stopped by for a quart of oil on our way back from Cali to BC, Canada. I think the big ginger who works there is named Jason. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and an all around nice dude. Even though I walked in looking homeless after 5 days without a shower from being on the road he was respectful and provided great customer service. Ps: Harley is awesome and all Jason, but my 24hp Himi made it home after 3200+ miles with minimal issues. She's a lot like me, you don't expect to see us out there, but we can absolutely hack it with the big boys.

The people here tonight were so helpful. It's embarrassing but this was my first time buying and replacing my cabin and engine air filters. They helped me through the process, discussed the pros/cons, and even loaned me a screwdriver so I could finish the installation. When I couldn't get the cover for the engine filter back on one of the guys came out and helped me. I really appreciate it!! This was amazing customer service. I'll definitely come here again when I need any new auto parts!

Best place for parts and the workers are the best. I showed up in tears when my Chevy cobalts harzards would not shut off. I was not sure how to fix my car when Johnathan gave the best customer service I have seen in years. Both me and the car got the service that keeps loyal customers coming back repeatedly.

They don't even deserve the one star. Highly disappointed. Went in for windshield wipers and a need for a diagnostic code scan for an engine light that popped up yesterday. They were completely rude, dismissive, and had me wait over 20 minutes. I was the only female customer the entire time, and the only one who was repeatedly told I needed to wait. They had at least 5 people working the counter, and nobody in line at one point so when they said, "next in line", I just went back up to the counter after waiting so long since nobody else was in line. The staff person told me I'd have to continue waiting until they weren't so busy. I looked around and told her there is nobody else waiting, and I've stood in line and waited my turn 3 times now and each person telling me I'd have to wait. She just shrugged and said I'll have to keep waiting.I left, and went to auto zone in tumwater who immediately helped me. Don't waste your energy here, definitely go to Auto Zone for the best service!

Needed some Seafoam fuel treatment for a couple vehicles. Able to get the big metal jug of it here. Definitely cheaper than going to a shop and fuel system clean out.
