Yesterday around noon my parents who are in their late 70s got a flat tire on Old 99 and pulled into the lot where your shop is. A woman who works at your shop noticed my Dad struggling and shortly thereafter one of your techs brought out a jack and some muscle and finished the tire swap for my parents. They were super thankful and your employees' actions restored their faith that there are some good people still around. On behalf of my parents I want to say thank you very much!

Customer service is non-existent here and Diesel owners should beware taking your trucks/equipment here first time taking my Cummins engine here for a routine oil and fuel filters change. After the service, drove my rig 150 miles out of town before I noticed a trail of rainbow oil I was leaving behind on the ground at each of my stops, constant diesel smell and my back bumper slick and oily (it was raining that day). When I got to my destination, crawled under, truck off, noticed fuel dripping from rear fuel filter, started the truck up and it s now spewing out the top of the filter. With the truck off, reached my hand up and I can twist the filter with my hand. Tightened filter tight with wrench, next day, drove the 150 miles back home, checked the filter, no more fuel coming out and filter on tight. Contacted shop manager next business day, told my story, gave me an excuse and told me he couldn t talk and had to call me back, I asked for phone number of which I can text a video to and he responds with excesses and denying it was coming from the top but the bottom of the sensor instead and that he d call me back shortly, no call. Next morning Mgr sends me text stating he ll call me that day, hours pass, still no call but a text later in the day with more excuses and offers me a discount off next oil change and said I ll call you later , still no call, I call with 2 hours to spare before shop closes to leave a message with staff to have Mgr call me back that day no call. I end up calling shop again on the third day to decline his offer but simply ask for apology as we all make mistakes and happy we Dodged a bigger problem. Excuses kept flying and zero sense of remorse on the situation. Extremely unprofessional and disappointed I got referred to put my trust in this shop.

We were in town for the Airshow in June and our Dodge With the Cummins Diesel lost power just before we got into town.Two dealerships said they would be several weeks before they would even look at it.NW Diesel Specialties had it in, diagnosed and repaired in 24 hours.They also found a few other potential serious issues that they took care of after getting my approval.They were fantastic to work with, very honest, and very fair with their pricing.Would recommend them without any hesitation at all.5 Stars for sure.The reason for the delay with the review? We just put another4 thousand miles on in the truck pulling our 5th wheel trailer and the truck is still running perfectly.

Northwest Diesel service is excellent. Our diesels are 1999 vintage. Whether it's the brake or the air ride, electronic etc , there's a reason why they're always busy but get it done

My brother referred Northwest diesel to me. Impressed. Excellent work. Very honest. They've worked on my truck a couple times and very prompt getting the job done. I'm differently gonna a be a repeat customer. 7 months later Im back again today with my truck 07-19-23, the AC not working right. They said what it might be & cost 100s. Was ready for the big hit. Just 25 mins after getting there. He comes out "its done" So honest, reconnected hose. Totally happy. This place kicks a** Thanks

This shop really helped us out. We needed a new engine, ford wanted over 25k. They saved us close to 8k and we still got a warranted engine. They have had great service from them for our maintenance needs and what great customer service. Could be happier with a shop.

Derek and his team are amazing. They have worked on all my trucks and have always gone out of their way to make sure it's done right. Very reasonable and knowledgeable. I will continue to keep doing business with them! Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks guys!

Awesome experience. Brought in my 6.0 powerstroke for a new transmission and a couple other problems. This shop has flawlessly fixed every problem I ve had and I ve not had to come back for the same problem. I got my transmission ordered and installed within a week of diagnosis which is amazing. Couldn t be more happier with this shop. Highly recommend for your powerstrokes.

Great customer service. Today it's the emergency brake on the 99 Dodge pu. A month ago it was the M11 Cummins. Diagnosed problem immediately.

This company is terrible with customer service. For years I have sent all kinds of customers to Derrick, not realizing that his business making decisions were this bad, listen to this horror story.. I dropped my truck off for what I thought was a glow plug harness in the beginning of april.....after they decided to charge me for parts that were not bad, and weeks of waiting I called and didn't get a return call, this went on for 2 more months before I drove to his location. He had nothing but empty excuses saying my truck would be back on the road in 2 weeks.. ..again, he wouldn't answer calls or messages for weeks on end....so again I drove to his shop. I kept asking why all these new customers were on the schedule and my truck was sitting collecting dust........and I had never been on his schedule. In all, I took 6 days off of work early, and quite a few hours of trying to contact over the phone before I decided that was enough. I called another diesel specialty shop and right away a tow company to recover my truck.

The guys here are always accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Why do we even need dealers with these guys around? The labor and expertise is worth every penny. I won't trust my trucks with anyone else!

Knowledgeable. Customer service top notch! Had my F250 put on the Dyno. Owner walked me through everything they were doing & looking for. Very interesting. Was able to pinpoint my truck issue fast & efficiently. Reasonable prices.

Scheduled to have Fass Filtration installed on 2001 Duranax Lb7. Installed, and truck runs awesome. Later that day after pick up truck noticed fuel leak on ground. Called after hours, which they called back next morning and asked to bring truck. They were able to locate leak and fixed. Thanks for complete follow through and quick response. Jim

Only place I will take my truck. Took my truck in because it was making a funny noise. I thought for sure it was going to be expensive to fix. Turned out to be something super easy to fix. Only got charge an hour to get it fixed and to check sure there were no more issues. Great and honest company.

I have known a few of the guys who work here, we worked at a semi truck dealership together, I can say they are knowledgeable and very honest people, the owner and I have spoken several times on highly technical build specs for my truck, if u know these guys, u know ur at the right spot.... Period

I am very glad to find a company that took the time checkout my truck . They didn't up sell me things I didn't need. They are great very knowledgeable answering any question I had . If your having trouble with your diesel truck call this company ,they are professional , I've taken the truck to the dealership and never got treated as well as and question answered
