My wife's car alerted her that one of her tires had 16 PSI, so she brought it in. They quickly filled the tire with air and sent her on her way. She gets a quarter-mile down the street when her car alerts her the same tire is back down to 16 PSI.She drives back and they do an inspection. Turns out the wheel is damaged and they will need to order a new part, which should take 7-10 business days. They offer to put her spare tire on while she waits for the new part. No problem.She leaves and gets a quarter-mile down the street when the car alerts her the same tire is at 16 PSI again. She gets out to check and THEY PUT THE SPARE TIRE ON THE WRONG TIRE! So now she's driving with a spare tire on one side and a damaged wheel that can't hold air on the other.Les schwab let her leave the lot two different times on a damaged wheel that should not have been on the road. We are incredibly fortunate that her car is newer and was alerting her to these safety issues, because they easily could have caused an accident.To make matters worse, my wife called a week after this ordeal to check on the part, and it turns out they hadn't even ordered the part yet! So she's been driving on a spare tire for about 3 weeks at this point.

Very friendly people work here! Well kept interior, great work on my car. They made a small mistake, fixed it, and discounted the pricing for the error. 10/10 customer service. That alone is worth 5 stars.

Burn my daughter and I both have come into the Tumwater store in the past month for battery issues. Chad helped us both times and provided amazing customer service. All employees here are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely return.

I have always bought my tires from the tumwater les schwab and 2 years ago I made a trip to Anderson ca.and had to make a emergency stop in grants pass becasue my van was making a noise turns out when they put my tires on they put the wrong lug nut on and I sheard off the stud. They replaces all the studs and lug nuts at no charge. Fast forward to today. I had my tires balanced on the 6 th of July as I was going to be driving to and from the airport and it had a little Shake to it. It was great foe about 2 days then started to shake I thought it was just the tires as they need to be replaced. I stopped driving it becasue of the vibration well today when I looked at it the lug nuts where all loose 1 IS TOTALLY GONE AND TWO BROKE OFF THE STUD!!! ON EACH BACK WHEEL. I will be there first thing on Monday to have them fix it. But I have to say this will be the last time I use this les schwab I had to have one lug nut put on from the front wheel just to get it to les schwab on Monday

Went into Tumwater Les Schwab 7 days prior for low tire pressure. I was told the there was nothing wrong with the tire but the valve stem was bad so they replaced it. Great. 7 days later the same tire gives me a low tire pressure alert. I return to Tumwater Les Schwab and am told that it does not appear that the valve stem is new. I needed to get to work so he aired up my tire and said he d leave me on the list for after work. I went back in after work and was then told my tire is not repairable as it s down to the wear bars and I was offered a quote for a new tire. Frustrating to say the least and I won t be returning.

If you like listening to prayer TV this is the tire shop for you! One hour of the 700 club later, to simply test a battery, save yourself some time and just go to AutoZone! Also their 5 year warranty is not actually a real warranty, it's prorated, so even though I'm still under a 5 year warranty I'm getting quoted nearly 200$ for a battery. Service was decent but slow and the God channel was a major turn-off, won't be back! Updating, they drained my battery testing it, so ridiculous! Went to Costco and got a battery for half the price and in under 5 minutes.Also, when I got home my husband said they wrenched the battery in tighter than he has ever seen a battery and switched the pins/screws to the opposite sides than they were previously and showed me how they clicked in easily when he put them back on the correct sides, of the new battery. Costco battery was 89.99 vs 149.99 from Les Schwab. I will never let anyone from Les Schwab touch my vehicle again. They also scam you with a 24.99 install fee and I'm certain their intention was to kill my battery and trap me at their store and try to force me to make an over inflated purchase. Another automotive business trying to take advantage of women.

We had low tire pressure on Thanksgiving weekend, thirty minutes before they closed the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They were polite, quick, and friendly! Great experience.

I bought my tires at Costco but I m going to be coming to Les Schwab for service from now on. I had my car in at Costco for a rotation - they found a nail and refused to repair it (said it couldn t be repaired), didn t even finish my rotation and balance, just tried to sell me on some new tires.Took it to Les Schwab, no appointment, and they had it fixed within the hour. And they were nice about it - at Costco everyone seemed like they didn t even want to be there!

They helped saved the day and got me back on the road after a flat tire during a road trip! They had me out the door in about an hour and had sooo many cars. They were MOVING! Very efficient system they got going on. The lady on the phone when I called was very nice as was the gentleman who checked me out. Just super friendly staff overall!!

On my way to work this morning I noticed significantly low tire pressure on one of my tires. Stopped to fill it up with air and was confronted with a nail! Got to Les Schwab Tumwater right when they opened, and even though they were pretty busy, they got me in really quickly. Thankfully the tire was repairable, and not only did they repair it quickly (still made it to work on time!), but there was no charge! With all of the labor that goes into repairing the tire, I think it is so amazing that they offer this repair for free.All of the staff was so super friendly and it was overall a really great experience. I do not wish for anymore nails in my tires, but I will definitely come back here for all of my future tire needs! Thank you for such great service!

I think les Schwab is the best tire place in Washington. I give it 4 stars though because the very same tire I replaced there just blew out after only 6 months. They told me that without a front end alignment I will continue to burn through tires and that another tire wild probably blow out too soon if I don't replace it. I actually trust them and believe them. I wish they would have given me that information 6 months ago when I had to replace it the first time but they didn't honor any thing whatsoever. I think they should at least give me a free alignment since that was the cause of the tire I purchased from them 6 months ago to not last like it should have. They failed me because I would have done it and kinda expected to check for things like that. They really let me down hard today when I needed a break the most. I will probably go to a Walmart in the future for all automotive needs because they have treated me so much better than Les Schwab. They even vacuum my car every time I get it serviced there. Sorry Les Schwab unless you make it to to me.

Outsanding over all service. Mitch helped get us back on the road in no time. After our tire blew out on the highway knowing we were in need of tires (only thought we had more time) we changed into our spare on the highway we knew we wouldn't make it for our 2 hour drive home with the spare. We first checked with Costco as that was where our ultimate destination was, however the wonderful sales person in their tire department confessed that it would be a lengthy multiple hours wait. Said he hated to drive us away but recommend a near by Les Shwab. These guys here were wonderful, attentive and very timely. It was a beautiful day so we went for a walk as they estimated a45 min time they were done in about 30!

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.They got me right in for a flat repair.While I was there, another customer was frustrated about a lack of communication on a repair issue. The technician who was helping her out was extremely patient, took some abuse and frustration from the customer all while being very kind and apologizing for the miscommunication. He went right out and worked on the repair so they could get the customer back on the road. I was very impressed with how they handled the frustration with patience and kind words. It makes me want to have all those employees at the Les Schwab close to me!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. The staff there are kind, courteous, and efficient. I had a nail in my tire and even though I did not buy the tires from them, they fixed the flat completely free and it was done in about 30 minutes. Will go back there for all future tire issues.

Thank you Les Schwab. Today my tire went out on the freeway. You guys were close by and able to get my tire changed and my family and I back on the road quickly. Also for helping us find food close by so we could grab a bite to eat while we waited. Definitely saved the day. I'll be back soon to get more tires from here.

Stay clear. Not only did this store loose my business it also lost our auto shop business and customer referrals over bad dealings. They charge for services that were not performed. Be sure to check receipt. Brought in 4 loose tires, 4 loose wheels. Just needed a mount and balance. Was charged for dismount, mount, balance and disposal when there was nothing to dismount or dispose of. Poor management. Was told office makes the prices. Nothing can be done. I Was told to take business elsewhere after I said you can t charge for services not rendered. Said they were essentially stealing. Unfortunately our business and referrals end for les Schwab. Be aware.

Staff was very courteous and kind. I was in and out very fast! However, I was given a quote that was a solid $700 more expensive than the quote for the exact same job from the Lacey location (four months ago). Different and extra parts included in this quote. I will seek clarification, but makes me hesitant to go back.*EDITED: I appreciate the response and increased one star. I still would have liked an explanation of this at the time of the appointment, especially as to why both the front and rear were presented to me, when only one of the fronts were leaking.

It's Les Schwab, so service will always be great. I scheduled service in advance online using their website. When I pulled up, the employee ran out to me, which made me chuckle because they advertise this, but rarely do I see it happen. My service was great and fast as they replaced four tires in less than 30 minutes.

Tire was leaking air and I only had minutes before it went flat. Drove here in a hurry and they patched it up right away and I was able to go on with my day. Can't imagine the trouble and the time wasted had this place not existed. Also the young lady at the front desk was super nice and Daden fixed my tire and he was beyond great. Thank you so much.

I went in and spoke with Rod about getting a 6 inch lift, wheels and tires for my truck. Not only did they install everything beautifully but they also went the extra mile and lengthened my front drive line and shaved my inner bumper lip to eliminate rubbing. Outstanding!! Highly recommend

They are awesome after issues with having no key ti get the ture off spending over a hour at one place they fixed my tire very quickly. They are super friendly. I've never bought tires from anywhere else!

Friday afternoon found 2 tires damaged and had a tight deadline to get to Portland . Very quick service and back on the road with 4 fresh tires in under a hour .

Hands down the best! There was a delay in our tire order, Chad and Megan was able to work miracles and got us rolling on some very nice tires. Definitely didn't have to help us out but that made us customers for life

One of my tires blew out and I was too far from home or the dealer. My cars spare kit didn t have the tools included to put on the spare. AAA was an option but it would ve taken too long.I squeaked into a parking lot to assess and noticed Les Schwab was near by and figured they d at least have a tool I could buy.Chad offered to come see about it. He offered to put on the spare for free and earned my business to replace two tires. His initiative was such great service. So glad this helped me solve this problem fast.

We thought we needed a alignment job.turns out we didn't but had a Justin explain everything and inspect it all and still rotate tires and didn't charge us.Now THIS is customer service!!!

Had a tire repair done here. 2nd time at a Les Schwab and I had a great experience. The techs were very polite and professional. I definitely feel respected when I come in. I will be coming here for my future vehicle needs.
