I haven't got my car checked in so long and they were super nice, didn't make me feel bad for the condition of my car, didn't pressure me into anything, and said they would help me like my dad used to! They made me laugh and were very nice and quick I appreciate them!

Great service! I have been with Jiffy Lube for more than twenty years. This time, it was fast, and I didn t have to leave my van. All lights and liquids were checked, and the air pressure. The top-off policy is beneficial. I drive 50000 miles a year, and my vehicle is pretty old. I do two top-offs during the 5,000-mile stretch, and it s free. One to two quarters at once, and the car takes six quarters every oil change. The full-synthetic long mileage oil costs around $100, and you can always find online a $25 off coupon on signature service.

Having my vehicle serviced here in early March of 2024 was a great experience. I stopped in for a routine oil change during a long commute. The team notified me of areas that needed servicing besides the engine oil. Just random things I had overlooked due to being so busy, like low brake fluid and a rear tail light being out. The best part was is that they didn't pressure me to get the additional work done - they were just honest about the pricing right away. I finished the experience knowing that they want drivers to be safe and taken care of. Matt and the rest of his team really went above and beyond for me. Honestly, my visit was the best experience I've had for auto maintenance in a couple years. I will certainly recommend Jiffy Lube of Tumwater for servicing in the future. -KJ

Just moved to the area and took my car here. Everyone is professional and friendly. There were some issues and I had to take my car back, but they were very accommodating, and the mechanic who originally worked on it even admitted he recognized something had to be redone.I never expect a business to do everything perfectly every single time, because people and machines aren t perfect. But a business that knows to rectify situations when those inevitable mistakes do happen, is a business worth appreciating and returning to

I have been coming to this Jiffy lube in Tumwater for years. I am glad that I did that because now I have a warranty claim with my Chevy Truck and they were able to pull up all of the records of my oil changes here, to submit to the claim. I highly recommend that you do the same thing!

Came here the other day for an oil change and I got way more than that!! Got everything checked and 100/10 service by the employees!! The manager Christopher made sure he answered all the questions I had and got me in and out with the best customer service I ve had in quite some time!! Thank you guys

Hey there every time I go to Tumwater Jiffy Lube I am greeted by name! They are so friendly and super helpful. They take really good care of my vehicle and they are always so respectful and kind. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube over any other.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, worked quickly and in a very organized fashion! Excellent training around communication and efficiency was obvious.And though they offered some recommended services-it never felt like their sole intention was to upsell. They spent extra time trying to reset my complicated and finicky car so the "service due" light would go off, which I greatly appreciated!Thankful to find this Jiffy Lube in my neighborhood and will definitely return for additional auto repairs and maintenance!

Fourteen dollars for a PLASTIC drain plug RIP OFF! and it leaked at last oil change NEW PLUG then also! So much for $ fourteen QUALITY.Fourteen dollars for quart of oil is a RIP OFF! same oil in parts store at retail price $7.49 just a little MARKUP! ya think.Ninety six dollars($96.00) for an OIL CHANGE is a RIP OFF! and that was after $25.00 coupon! = RIP OFF! can you imagine $121.00 NORMAL PRICE!.........WOW!! AND THIS ISN'T Bidens FAULT.

Great service. Friendly, thorough and fast.. I came to T and his team for an oil change. They did the oil change, checked that all my lights were working, inspected under the hood and let me know my serpentine belt was getting worn, checked and informed me of manufacturers recommendations for maintenance at my vehicles mileage, and sent me on my way after no more than like 10 minutes or so.I didn't take him up on any offers for additional service like replacing the serpentine belt or lights that were out, but I did appreciate the fact that while the oil change was taking place, there was a couple other guys checking on the general well being of my car. Both the manager, who's name I did not get, and Sam the mechanic were incredibly helpful. As a woman far from home with a vehicle that was overheating and wouldn't have got me home, I am so grateful for the honest diagnosis of the problem and the repair. This is the best service I've found for my car. The pricing is honest, the people are very friendly and explain everything. While you're in your car brakes, belts, lights, oil and filters will be checked.I just had my oil changed and opted for a new air filter, when the tech took it out he said there's no reason to change it and showed me it was still like new. They also found my back breaks were thin so im going back to have that fixed.Great service!
