I haven't been in an accident in over a decade so when the back end of my mustang GT Premium got clipped I was devastated. That car is my baby. I must say they worked with me and really do aim to please. As a fellow business owner myself, I can appreciate when a company goes out of the way to accommodate me, even when I had an out of ordinary request.The result, my Mustang looks better than it did pre collision or at least that is my opinion.With supply chain shortages and staffing problems affecting all of the collision shops I was pleased with the turn around time and service.Fantastic work.Hopefully I don't need collision services again any time soon but if I do, this place will get the job.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

Kevin and his team are always our go to in our family! We have followed him from the Olympia location to the Tumwater location because we received such great communication from him. Kevin was straight forward with information about repairs, cost and was very personable when we picked up or dropped off our cars. He remembers us every time and always makes sure to ask how my Venue they repaired is doing! My husband and I now make jokes to each other saying "Don't hit that! I'll have to call Kevin!"As an insurance Agent I always recommend Gerber Collison to my customers to get the job done right! Hopefully we don't have to be back for a while, but when we do, we'll always use Gerber!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Avoid at all costs. Had my door damaged at the mechanic and they sent it here for repair. Gerber ended up painting/refinishing a brand new door five times that I am aware of (maybe more) and it is still covered with dust particles in the paint/clear coat. I have given up on trying to get it fixed right, as this is the best they have gotten it and am afraid what may happen this time if I let them redo it again. The paint started flaking off 2 of the other times as soon as I got my car back! Photos included are from various times they returned the car to me "finished." But hey, they have a "lifetime paint guarantee!" Your car just may be back every week to get repainted, until you give up.No attention to detail, poor customer service and clearly something wrong with their paint booth.

Horrible customer service. Told it would take a couple of weeks really took a couple of months. Paint is now falling apart after about 5 months

Had an appt with the estimate guy buy he didnt come to work which I found out when I arrived. The receptionist took pictures for him and it took about 4 days for the estimate and me calling to ask how much longer it would be. He quickly emailed me the estimate with in a half hr and it was $300 more than the high end collision estimate I got so I went with them instead. Nice place though, clean and the receptionist was a sweetheart.

Worst place ever! My daughter had her car repaired here after an accident and it took them over a month to even get to it. They did NOT communicate well with her about her car. The day she went to pick it up they told her it wasn't ready even though she received a message stating it was. The receptionist was rude and a bit unprofessional. Yes, my daughter was upset, but with good cause, as they kept changing the date her car would be finished then dropped the ball the day she went to pick it up. All she needed done was a spot on the fender well and a paint touch-up. They cut her fog lights off to replace a bumper that didn't need to be replaced. Communication is key!!

Amazing staff here. They were packed and busy, but they made time for me to change my headlight bulb out. Tammy had me in and set, while David took my keys and car. Before Tammy could finish the paperwork (I was preoccupied with her adorable puppy), David was back with my keys and the headlight replaced. Best experience, best price, best efficiency. Call Gerber.

I brought in my brand new Silverado with a bad scratch in the side 4 days into owning it. I came here because they've done well with other vehicles of mine. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and the tech brought it out in perfect condition with no sign of any scratches while I waited. It was a new truck again. I hope I never have to see them again for obvious reasons but if I do have an incident, this is the shop I'll take it to. In a time when customer service feels like it's so hard to come by, they totally pulled it off and did a great job all around.

Phone operator says they don't service the Olympia area and hung up on me.Edit: Since I left this review the company has reached out and apologized for the confusion. The have clarified that stand alone glass work needs to be scheduled through Glass America (Gerber does collision+glass while Glass America does standalone glass). If you need to reach Gerber use option 1 (collision) when you call the listed number. Glass America is option 2.I have since been able to schedule glass replacement at a very good price so I'm going to give them a try! It's sad that the call center messed up so bad in the initial contact!

Gerber's is always my go-to body shop. They just took the time to do a minor repair to clip my rocker trim panel back on, and didn't even charge me! Their work is excellent and they stand by their work.

PERFECT! Let me start by saying Dave and Beth are some of the nicest people I ve ever met. They made my truck look beautiful again, and my experience with them was amazing. I recommend this shop to everyone!

I have had for projects with them over the past 2 years and both Beth and Dave have been simply outstanding! Sometimes there were delays because of parts but they have always kept me informed and up-to-date on what was happening. Their workmanship, attention to detail and customer service's warrants 5 stars!

Gerber bought out Bernie's Custom Paint recently. Two years ago, Bernie's did some work on my classic car and the paint failed. Gerber handled the warranty claim without fuss and did a very good job repairing the defective prep work and paint. I am happy with the work and VERY PLEASED that they stepped up with the rework. THANK YOU!

My husband had a fender bender. We took his truck there on Saturday and met a lady called Beth who was at the counter,she explained everything to us and made us feel better about the accident ,she also kept us posted about the work on the truck and did the job in no time .So Beth we thank you and couldn't have met a more kind and caring person.

At first they seemed nice but came in for a follow-up week and a half later for an estimate for repairs. Never got greeted by the only person there, never was introduced, and HORRIBLE customer service attitude towards me. Don't know why he treated me this way, only can come up with is he is racist or an ungrateful inbreed. O-well to that business.
