I truly appreciated the service I received from Jason, who works on site. Jasons level of professionalism was superb; He was kind, understanding and efficient when I came in for exterior body damage to my vehicle. When the shop finished my repairs, I was contacted promptly and given details about what was done to the vehicle. The work was beautifully completed, and looked newer than when I purchased the car. Thank you so much for your services. If I should have to come back in the future, I ll definitely chose you guys. Give Jason a pay raise!

Outstanding service and great body repair and paint. Kevin gave us a well-explained estimate at the beginning and a very informative detailed description of the actual repairs when they completed the work. He also shared with us how our car was manufactured and how they were able to save us money and deliver the car three days ahead of the scheduled completion date. I recently brought my car to this shop because I was told they could get me an estimate within a week, they ended up keeping my car for a month and a half and when they finally did give me an estimate, it was over $10,000. I was told I d be updated and there d be documentation about everything going on with my car, I received no documents and no updates throughout this time. My insurance totaled my car out. All I needed was a new door and some of the side air bags replaced. When I finally got my car back, the inside was taken apart. The least they could have done was put my car back how it was when it first got there. Do not recommend coming here.

I called after I was hit and wasn't sure what I was supposed to do after. They were kind off the bat. I have Geico, so they said they couldn't repare my car but walked me through what the normal process was and advised me on my next steps. After hounding State Farm, State Farm asked me where I preferred to get service, and right away, I knew I wanted Fix Auto since they were so kind and helpful and I wasn't even a potentially customer. The process of getting my bumper repaired was made easy. They helped me set up an Enterprise drop-off and texted me updates through the process. I ended up having my car totaled and they allowed me to get my stuff out of my car even though it was 15 minutes before closing. I wish they worked with Geico because I'd go here again for repairs 10/10 times.

100% avoid this place! Worst body shop I ve ever encountered .. not only did they do terrible work on the repairs, they didn t fix half of it and blamed insurance. Talked to USAA and they read me notes from the body shop that argued against fixing the damage from the accident.They very much seemed like they just wanted to do the bare minimum and move on. Another body shop inspected the repair and stated it was terrible work using cheap replacement parts. They didn t even bother to clean the mud, rocks and grass out of my radiator.They also tore a speaker wire, ordered crimps off Amazon to fix it and when that didn t work they refused to pay the $100 repair invoice.-My hood is misaligned-scratches and paint chips on hood and sides not repaired at all-mud/grass in radiator-Exhaust and skid plate are chewed up-my dash rattles terribly near my hood latch-had to pay to repair the speaker wire they obviously damaged-false statements to my insuranceServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Jason did a great job communicating throughout the whole process, patiently answering my endless questions! His expertise in the auto body business was apparent from start to finish, and the end result was phenomenal. Our truck looks brand new! Called this business to get an estimate. Receptionist said they wouldn't do quotes with out the work being scheduled... I'm not going to schedule work that I don't know the cost of. Wouldn't even give me the time of day. I have no issues scheduling or paying for an estimate slot but I'm not scheduling $10k+ of work with zero quote. Is their work good? Possibly. I won't know because I'm not giving someone business not willing to even talk on the phone.

Fix Auto Black Lake did an excellent repair job on my Prius! I am thrilled with the result! Dennis was very thorough with the initial inspection of the vehicle and following estimate. I appreciated the text progress reports from Dennis. It appeared that the interior of my vehicle had been detailed when I picked it up. All in all, it was a perfect experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop. I was told by a reputable local dealer of two good body shops. I chose Fix It Auto and so happy with that decision. Jason is great to work with. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a wait to get our car scheduled to be fixed due to the high volume of needs but it was in and out of the shop in just over a week. We had damage that required replacing parts and repainting so considering the time involved in the repairs it was done as quickly as possible. I would give repeat business to them in the future and would recommend to others.

They replaced and repainted the rear quarter and taillight assembly of our car with less than 500 miles on it. Looks better than new. Fast work, just a couple of days, and they provided daily updates via text. Best of all was the professionalism of the shop, their patient explanations of the work required and their coordination with the insurance company. They made the entire process painless - with excellent results. And they warranty their work for life.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are amazing! The level of service is top notch. They were professional but still laid back. I had my front and back bumper replaced and painted. I was a little nervous that the paint would be a shade off, because it is painted in house, but it looks perfect. They also set up my rental through Enterprise. When I picked up my car I told them I had to leave my car there while I returned the rental. They said no you don t we will return it for you. To top it off they even detailed the inside of my car. So I got my car back better inside and out than when I dropped it off. I picked them from the list State Farm gave me because they had 4.9 stars. After using them however I think somebody is being stingy with their stars, five stars all the way! Can t say enough good things about my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top notch customer care from the day I had my car looked at until the day I picked my car up.The communication on the status of how, and where my car was in the process was especially helpful.I have never dealt with an accident claim before and I never felt like I was asking any dumb questions.I 100% would recommend Fix Auto to anyone that was looking.

Staff professional and curteous. Very happy with the repairs done. Car was detailed prior to me picking it up. I was updated on the progress of the repairs throughout the process. They offered to set up and return my rental car, making the whole process easier for me. They worked directly with my insurance seamlessly! Overall great work and customer service. The staff is really welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous. I had taken my first car to them back in January. I was amazed that they had made my car look better than when I had bought it from the car lot. It was my first time dealing with an auto body shop. They made the whole process easy from start to finish right down to getting the rental car. This is the only place I will ever take my car to!
