Wonderful experience again. I've bought 10 sets of tires here and I'm always happy. Mark the manager is fair, knowledgeable, and runs a great store.

Jeremiah was kind helpful and very professional. They got me in and out without an appointment and took care of everything I needed. Definitely will be back for my next set of tires.

What a great and wonderful team there! I got a flat tire on the way home with my kids and my wife from Seattle to California. It was already close to 6PM. Two awesome gentlemen working there helped me out right away and fixed my tire without any charge. I wanted to thank them with 20 dollars for appreciation, that is all the cash I had that time, they didn't take it even though I insisted.These guys are amazing. It is what happened on Saturday 7/09/2022. I want to give them 6 or 10 stars if I could

Horrible attitudes! Horrible waiting periods. They have the nerve to say I have to wait an hour and a half because I was 8 minutes late which was ENTIRELY their fault because they insisted on letting someone cut in front of me to fill up their tires, then they instructed me to park, then go inside to the sales office where there stood a slow moving line of four people, and the serviceman didn t check me in until he was off the phone. You DO NOT get to blame this on me. I made an appointment. Everything was done and paid for. How dare you literally come at me and say it s MY FAULT FOR BEING 8 MINUTES LATE! Then you interrupt me with a hard ma am . Yuck. I wasn t finished talking, but ok. Clearly you don t work for tips!!I noticed other people were getting shorter wait periods, an entire hour shorter than mine.Dude told me had two cancellations and were ahead of schedule, but I got pushed back for being late. Verbatim.Good to know you take punitive action on people just because you have a chip on your shoulder. Will not return here, I do not recommend. Go to another location. Do not come here.

You told my 76 year old mom in this heat you can't check her car battery because it's a liability? How is battery testing a liability? Sounds more like you're just lazy. I thought Costco was known for customer service? This is ridiculous. Especially since everywhere online says you DO BATTERY TESTING.

Huge shout out to Costco Tire Center! They were able to get me out the door with Michelin Cross Climate II tires for $1,035 in 265/60R18. No more sliding in rain or snow. Employees are friendly and professional. Thanks, Keith!Les Schwab would have been $1,650 without the 5-year warranty. Les Schwab's cheap non-brand foreign tires were more expensive than Michelins, Good Year, or BFG. Costco was the cheapest of any national tire center and was better than Tire Rack.

Got a screw in my tire just a day after being installed by the Tumwater Costco tire center. Turns out the tire had to be replaced due to the screw being lodged in the sidewall.Unfortunately, the tire was on national backorder and not in stock in Tumwater. Luckily, Luis got on the phone and found a tire at another nearby store.Long story short, Luis really saved me a lot of time and hassle. His efforts are greatly appreciated.This store is highly recommended.

My husband went in to purchase 4 new tires for my car and they were out of stock so we had to wait for them to come in to be installed, which was totally fine because they said they would come in the next day. When they arrived he went in and after an hour of waiting they said they had damaged one of the tires when trying to put it on & he would have to come back the next day after they were able to get another one in stock. This was still understandable and was really not a huge deal for us. Then today he went back in after they called & said they got the tire and he had to wait over an hour again for that one tire! He had our 7 month old with him & could see that the car just sat there on the lift with nobody working on it. Cars would pull up and ask questions or ask for air to be put into their tires and they would help them instead of working on our car. I feel like they should ve made it a priority, especially since it was their mistake damaging the tire in the first place. Nobody was apologetic at all and they have no respect for peoples time. Not sure that we will get tires here ever again because it s really not much of a difference in price compared to Discount Tire & they have far better service.

Definitely the best place to get tires. No upsell, warranty and road hazard is included. Especially with the discounts on 4 tires, you end up getting excellent tires for a really good price.You can go online and order the tires and also schedule the appointment to get them installed.The techs are like the other people that work at Costco, they're super helpful and seem to really enjoy what they do.They make this so easy and pleasant I wish they would do more auto repair stuff so I could just have them do oil changes, etc.

I have to balance this review with big pros and big cons. Pros: you will get a very good price and the people working there do the best they can. Cons: Time and availability. You usually need an appointment days in advance for any work (unless you're able to wait several hours, if that's even an option), so I never get my tires rotated here; and if you come in with a flat that can't be plugged, you're out of luck: unless you have a very common tire size, you will have to wait several days for them to order a replacement, leaving you the choice of being without your car or disposing of perfectly good tires in favor of an available replacement set. This makes any warranty completely worthless. Bottom line: I simply cannot afford the "savings" and will pay 50% more to get my car back on the road immediately.

KEITH KEITH KEITH! Every time I come in, Keith has helped me. He has a wonderful personality and makes the customers feel valued. He always has a smile on and is very easy to deal with. He is a genuine gem in Costco s vast employment list.He should be recognized. I specifically come to this Costco because he is a pleasure to deal with.He is also willing to work with ppl who have outrageous tire-related requests (like me). Keep up the good work Keith R.

I ordered my tires online, and I was told no appointment was necessary. I made another appointment at another location to have my alignment and oil changed. I brought my vehicle in today and was told that it would be 3-4 hours before it was done. They got my car in and done in an hour which really helped me out. I feel bad because I was kind of rude, yet they still got my car in and out quickly. Thank you and I look forward to further business.

Good prices and hours, but when we got the car back, the emergency brake was loose, and they claim that it wasn't from any work they did, and they can't fix it. So now i have to take my car somewhere else and pay to repair the problem that occurred while they were changing my tires. Not sure the good prices were worth it.

I love everything about Costco, the services are amazing, prices are affordable, most importantly staffs affs are amazin!!!. Especially Luis!! He made me comfortable even with the embarrassment I had from the car. He has such a passion for his job that it translated into pure excellence in his job. Well done Costco for employing such a wonderful person.

Had a wonderful experience learning how to air up my tires. Costco has an easy self serves air-up tire station. One of the attendants came over & demonstrated how to use.

Last night I waited 2 hours at the tumwater Costco tire center to find out I have one bad tire pressure sensor! Two hours!!! This tire center has gone from the best, fastest, most efficient and customer friendly tire center & best managers- to the worst managed tire center. I watched 3 workers on a truck and truck tires while my was the only other vehicle there.... for 2 hours for 1 tire sensor! Badly managed, workers sitting around looking at their iPhones, bad customer service.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Took two hours to pull the car in for a simple rotate and balance then decided not to do the work I had paid for because the tires weren't new. Then they fought us when we asked on a refund! Stay far far away!

Ultimately, they were unable to preform a tire patch but they squeezed us in in-between other appointments and examined the tire to tell us the problems and likely cause. Fast, professional, courteous, and quoted a very competitive price.

My car broke down the day I scheduled to come in for new tires. They held on to my tires for nearly two months before I could come back in. They were very easy to work with and my tires are wonderful!

Sent my husband in to have my hearing aids serviced they supposedly cleaned them & would not give him new tips for the hearing aids because they were getting ready to close really that is the poorest customer service ever...I am leaving on a trip so I will have to make a trip to Costco just stupid laziness!!!!
