Fantastic experience at City Center Collision. Johnny was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming; getting greeted by her was a great way to walk in the building. Jason also kicked butt and was personable, efficient, and professional.Lobby has candy, coffee, and other drinks, and that's an extra plus!Will be deliberately crashing vehicles just to come here and hang out in the future.

Bought a motorcycle and custom trailer. The motorcycle is red. The trailer was silver. City Center Collision did a beautiful job of painting the trailer to match. Right on time! Right on price! Right on estimate!Absolutely wonderful people to deal with!Just wish I could post a picture of their awesome work!

Jonni and team were incredible. They were so kind and compassionate during a very stressful time after my car was totaled. I was able to leave there with a rental car and a sense of peace, thanks to the extra work they put in for me. 10/10 would recommend!

My car got broken into 3 or 4 days before my 32nd birthday, needless to say I was not having a good time. Johnny (f) and Jason (m) all took the time and care necessary to get me my vehicle back as quickly as possible. Johnny called me often to keep me updated on the process, and was so understanding when I'd call her non-stop to see what was going on. The whole crew is nice and super professional. And even though I hope I never need their services to this extent, again, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to them in the future. 2023 ended really rough for me, but 4 days into the new year, with my car back in my possession (and detailed!!!) Things are turning around. Thank you.

Great experience with City Center!! These guys were fast, communicative, so friendly and accommodating!! Johnnie (front desk) was so on top of it and also so kind! Let's just start by saying, getting in a collision is stressful. Jonni and her technicians down at City Center Collision Olympia/Tumwater took a lot of the stress off of my shoulders. I live almost an hour north of the body shop, and Jonni made it easy to get the ball rolling without me having to figure out how to get into the shop. After the initial repairs were completed, I reached out to Jonni again about a noise I was hearing near the area they had worked on, and it was just as easy to get my car back in for a re tourqe on the parts that were just installed. My car is in great shape and I'm able to resume my life. Thank you for the service, the personal music in the lobby and the red bulls for the road!

Not very ProfessionalDelivery date pushed back multiple times when I did get. It was almost unsafe to drive. Took it back in once again. Delivery date was pushed back multiple times when I got it back the second time. Still wasn't right decided to take it to a different shop.To do the work they should have done the first time. Don't waste your time and money

These guys are fast, professional and skilled.My vehicle experienced some body damage when a delivery truck backed into it. I dropped it off on Thursday morning, and they had it ready for pickup Friday afternoon. The repair was so good, I cannot see where the damage took place.What is more, they men I spoke with were very helpful. I stayed to ask one how the repairs were done and he took the time to explain the entire process.

I work just up the hill from this shop and all the staff is super friendly and supportive. They also have the best paint work I ve ever seen!

I brought my vehicle here at the recommendation of my insurance company after I I was backed into in the grocery store parking lot. Tim, the general manager, was kind enough to fit me into the schedule despite being booked out for nearly a month. The work that was performed was high quality and completed in a timely manner. The staff was professional and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone and bring my car back without question if the need ever came up.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent company. Was rear ended and referred by insurance to this company. I am sure glad I was. Enterprise works with them frequently and that made getting a rental so easy.If you want the job done right and honestly go with City Center Collision. You can't even tell the original to what was replaced on my car such a flawless job !! Amazing and thorough work. The car was also cleaned while with them which was such a nice surprise when I got it back.Tim and Amber are excellent in assisting and answering any questions throughout the process and communicating along the way. Small to large jobs I highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. Clean office. Guy was very helpful in explaining the process and realistic on timeline to have my car fixed. After it was deemed a total loss they gave me plenty of time and privacy to get my belongings out of the vehicle.
