Went in on new year's eve with a busted serpentine belt. Someone was nice and was able to help me put a new one on. Then my check engine light and traction light was on and Blair Christensen took time to come outside to my car to turn my check engine light off. When she did it ended up turning off my traction light too!! Huge relief for me!! I'd recommend this location to anyone!!!

I purchased a battery and asked to have it installed. Kevin smiled and said it was an easy one and he would be happy to install it, which he did quickly. He stood out because of his positive attitude and quick wit. This man is an asset to the company.

I was helping a friend of mine that had car problems on I-5. The clerk wasvable to get me the part I needed with some good free advice. Because of AutoZone I was able to help my friend get back on the road.

VERY nice clean and bright store. The cashier was efficient and pleasant.Just don't care for the homeless guy who lives next to the store wall.

I have been an AutoZone customer for years! I love AutoZone, I really like every other location in Thurston County. After being told they were unable to help me replace my battery and I would need to do it on my own time (both Olympia and Lacey locations insisted they change it for me) the cashier attempted to sell me a starter kit because my car battery was dead in the parking lot - then came out on a smoke break while I was waiting (not very helpful). I will not return to this location because they were more concerned about cigs and sales than my wellbeing.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable young man helped me and without treating me like dirt because I don't know a whole lot about cars. Was very insightful and helped. Actually everyone I've encountered at this particular Autozone has been above and beyond. Best Autozone in the area

I always have a good experience at this A.Z. I bought a battery this week. The clerk tested my old battery to confirm it was bad. I didn't get oversold on one and he even replaced it. Could I have done it myself? Sure, but it is nice to get my work clothes dirty.

A great big shout out to Blayne at the Tumwater Washington store. He was so helpful this morning. He change my battery out for me. He found the alternator I needed and saved me some money. It's it's sometimes hard to find good customer service these days. But not at AutoZone. Always very helpful.

I needed new headlight bulbs and the first time they sold me the wrong ones. Apparently, my car gives two different types when they look it up on the computer. Went back shortly after realizing and exchanged them for the correct ones. Their associate Owen came out and installed them for me quickly. I left being able to see at night while driving. In and out within 10 to 15 minutes. He was very helpful and very nice. Great customer service. I greatly appreciate it!

Driving the I-5 corridor on Saturday through intermittent rain showers, I discovered that both of my windshield wiper blades were tearing apart. Blair C provided excellent customer service. She helped me to find the correct size blades and she also helped me to install them! I am very grateful for Blair s help and I am a satisfied customer who arrived safely home.

Wow! Rob stayed late after closing to help me out with a K&N air filter on a Sunday Night. These guys know what they are doing and they really care. Great place to buy parts. I will be back!

Blayne Miller at this Tumwater location went above and beyond to help me while being pleasant and professional. He installed the wiper blades I purchased without my even my asking and more important he tested my battery and offered an explanation I could understand and advise as my truck had not started a few times.I am a single grandma on an extended road trip so having my truckrun safely is imperative - I left feeling all would be ok ahead !

Absolutely the best service I ve received at any Autozone. Blair went above and beyond to make sure I had 100% of the parts that I needed with the money I had available to spend. Was on a road trip to Seattle when one of the guys in our group had a misfire and Blayne swapped the coil packs and spark plugs in the rain with no questions asked, such a cool and helpful guy! Made the trip a lot less stressful!

If you purchase one of their batteries they will install it for you no charge.Kevin helped with the install and he was great. He was a no bulls***t kinda guy. He got right to it, which I really appreciated.

Stoped by to check on car Blayne was very helpfull. He checked my check engine light and even helped install my new battery on a 2012 Lexus suv. Definitely will be coming back.
