These guys are great! I had a situation and they were willing to work with me , the work was done in a timely fashion, and even drove me to work. I will only use Royal Auto body for my mechanic needs.Thank you again. Anita

I m writing this review because they got my money but not only didn t fix my car, after I got my car from their shop, my car got a mew issue.When I told them, the new guy which I didn t even met him before and he was just started working their, behave me so rude and they charged me again for the issue which they put on my car.Also they broke my second car so bad when I asked them you have to fix it, the rude guy said because your car is old, don t expect we spend money on that , they didn t fix my car.They made me cry swear the God.I will never look behind to this scrap shop.And still they waiting for another $150.I wish I didn t go to this place at all

Had my car die on a Sunday afternoon, with the next day being a holiday. Next to nothing was open for last minute appointments but Royal Auto Repair was!They were so communicative with me through phone calls about what they found, what the time frame was, and the cost. I was incredibly surprised when I had a two day turnaround with my car s repair and was able to pick it back up that same week (when most other places were a week out just to start). The cost was super reasonable, and they were nice and thoughtful. Would absolutely bring my car back to them again!

We were in a fix with a windshield that wouldn t go up. We came almost at closing time but he helped us and was so kind and helpful. E we have to drive to Portland and it would have crazy without closing the window. Highest recommendation!

My girlfriend and I drove all the way from Spokane for a little getaway to Seattle. Our car started to have problems with the breaks and we needed a car shop that would be able to look into it. Royal Auto Repair saved us when we needed it the most! They helped us understand what we needed to change and showed us parts of the process. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone. They are very nice, convenient, quick and trustworthy!Service: Brakes

I seriously can't recommend these guys enough they are super friendly and do amazing work! I'm so happy they did such a great job on my car it looks and runs great. They are also really reliable. So happy I took my car to them, they are the best in my opinion hands down.

I have used these guys twice for repairs on my Subaru Outback. I will continue to use them for any future vehicular needs. They are honest, fast, and the pricing is more than reasonable. My stepfather was my mechanic and he raised me to find a mechanic shop that does honest work. That is this shop. Beware!!! Poor repair on a water pump led to and overheated engine and a blown head gasket within 2 weeks on my sons car. Owners refused to take any responsibility. Recieved no written estimate/invoice or proof on what was done on car and was given a whole dollar amount of $900 even only in cash??? Anyone else with a poor experience at this facility please contact us to speak with our lawyer.

If there were 10 stars, Royal would get them all! I found a kind, honest genuinely nice man running a great business. My RV van broke down just south of Seattle on a Thursday morning (water pump). AAA wanted to tow me to a dealership, but after looking at reviews I decided to have them tow me to Royal. I called ahead, they were busy like everyone else, but would try to squeeze me in. My vehicle arrived there about 430 in the afternoon. I was lucky to find a hotel room very close by and after grabbing what I needed for the night they shuttled me to the hotel. The next day my rig was not quite ready so they picked me up at the hotel , took me to my RV so I could get clean clothes and shuttled me back to the hotel. The next day when my rig was ready they came to pick me up and I was on the road again in less than 48 hours!!! Yea! What a wonderful business!!

Royal auto repair is a great place to go get your car fixed. they worked on my car fast and they was so nice and caring they knew how I was feeling and helped me get through my car door getting fixed.when my car was done I was Soo shocked how great it came out I have a few friend that work on cars and when I showed them there work they wouldn't believe how well they color match your car I would recommend anyone who need auto body repair to go here I didn't have to break my bank to get this car fixed like you would at any other auto repair shop. I am so happy to have them work on my car great place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Royal Auto Repair is a gem! The people who work there are so kind and generous. This visit was out of desperation, due to the undercarriage of my car not being fastened correctly after an oil change. However, because of their excellent service and kindness I will be returning here in the future. I recommend highly!!

The best customer service that you'll receive throughout all of Seattle. A really friendly, professional, and experienced crowd of Mechanics/Techs that has my lifetime business. Fair pricing, they don't B.S. you with unnecessary services, and communicate throughout the entire process. I found a gem of a business!!! If you re looking for kind, honest, accurate, reasonably priced auto repairs, go to Royal Auto Repairs! For two years, I ve had a rattling sound on my passenger side of my Audi Q5, which got progressively worse! Previously, I went to the dealer and two National tire chains and they were unable to accurately diagnose the problem everything from there s debris in your exhaust to the pan on the car s bottom was loose. But Sied and team at Royal found the actual problem the caliper on the front passenger wheel was missing and the other one was loose. They diagnosed, repaired and returned my vehicle the same day I called them! And the price was so reasonable. Furthermore, Yunis, their customer service rep gave me a lift home and was a great guy, too! I also received a courtesy ride back to the shop thanks to Sied, which made things easy. I was happy to support a neighborhood business and was delighted with how me and my car were treated.

this is an A+mazing auto repair , great work and great customer service made everything a breeze for me. i highly recommended this place for whatever your cars needs the owner was amazing and worked with me every step of the way ; the fact i know nothing about cars, this was really great of him to do. the PRICE you can not beat the PRICE i feel well cared for !! forever a customer :)

I ve been going to this auto shop for a while and I have not experienced any problems. The guys in the shop have been nice to me and my wife. The owner is an amazing man who always fulfilles his promise.If you are tired of car dealer charging you a high price for an oil change or brake service, please go to this auto shop. You will be surprised how much money you will be saving.

Am I the crazy one or all these 5 star reviews are bogus. I had an accident on a weekend in the last snowstorm we had on mid February. This repair shop was the only one open in my area, my car was towed and dropped at this shop. My adjuster said it will take 8 days to repair, 30 days later my car is not ready yet, he cashed in the check from the insurance, my rental car with the insurance is limited to 30days. Now I have to pay from my pocket for the rental car. The guy is not picking up the phone, his voicemail is full and I can t leave a voicemail. Even the insurance company can t get hold of him. I went to the shop today, he is not there, his assistant doesn t know where he is. My car is not at the shop!. My question is how can such a business have 5 star. Don t trust these perfect reviews. Maybe the damage to my car was too big for their capacity, I don t know, but one I know is the owner Siad is unreliable, unprofessional and above all lied to me many time. I will never come here again and I will never recommend my loved ones or anyone else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

My starter died on me on a Saturday night in the middle of my delivery job. I got it towed to their garage and they had it fixed by the next night for a very good price. They fixed my front brakes (rotors and pads) quickly and cheaply, did a great job and even pointed out some other issues with the car at the same time. Great service, would highly recommend.

This guys are pure scam dont have a real qualify mechanic, took my car for a transmission problem, the unqualify mechanic dont know how to fix it, told me about the price but when I showed up they said I can only pay for the half of the price for just thighten up some bolt please take your car somewhere you can trust it.

I found this place after my mass airflow sensor failed on a Sunday. I showed up without an appointment but they were very kind and fixed my car very quickly, and even offered me around home. I highly recommend!

Really great price and service, since I lived close by they dropped me near my house and picked me up. Called me when my car was ready and finished replacing my catalytic converter in one day

The owner puts in time and effort to have you Satisfied with your car . Gets to the point of any problem with you car . Royal autoshop will have you saving money with a good customer services. Go check it and have your car fix and leave Satisfied .

I called 9am 12/22/22,seem like the person answering the phone had an attitude,says hello like I'm calling his house and says didn't you call yesterday,i said no, proceeds to say what kind of car you have i tell him he's like ok it was someone else,assumed it was lying,i was going to bring my vehicle there but not now,rude and unprofessional, customer service horrible

The guy at the front desk is super rude and lack of customer service. My car broke down near the shop. I stopped by and the guy Just looked at me like was bothering him. He laughed at me. So I ll suggest you take your business elsewhereService: TiresService: Tires

Great place good customer service, their oil change is timely and even they will shine your tires for you, I will recommend this place to any one who wants to save and have their cars repaired timely and with satisfaction.
