I took my 2022 P2 in for noise/rattle from the structure behind the Infotainment. Did an excellent job and the car is back to no noise . Fast and great work. Very friendly if you just want to stop by and chat about EVs!

My 2 was one of the few that didn t get a kick sensor when built. I called in, they got me scheduled, the appointment took all of 30 minutes for no charge. Employees were down to earth and knowledgeable.

Had a really good experience while I was in Seattle for a week from out of town. They were able to fit me in for a wheel repair and 18k mile service. Super friendly and had me set up with a rental from enterprise

Polestar Service Center in Tukwila, WA, is the worst service center that my wife and I had to deal with ever. Our 2022 Polestar model 2 was completely dead with less than 1000 miles driven. We could not even unlock the vehicle without a physical key located inside the key fob, and it took a 1 hr battery jump to even temporarily put the car in tow gear. It was so painful to deal with this service center - from towing the dead car to finding and fixing the problem. It took Polestar three (3) weeks to fix the car which is 1 week short of claiming the lemon law! My wife had to call several times even to obtain status updates during the whole repair process. From the beginning, it took them 2 days/attempts to even figure out how to tow the dead car from our place, 2 weeks to figure out what s wrong with the car, and an additional week to finally apply the fix: 1) VCU1 control module replacement and reload; 2)P2.5 total upgrade. Even getting a loaner vehicle was a painful process with multiple phone calls involved. It gets worse! Even after getting car back after the above three (3) week repair period, there were issues with our digital keys, alarm, and Polestar Connect access which is required for basic safety features to function. I had to spend several hours to figure out resetting the TCAM myself: I reset the TCAM to get everything working properly, but it took 5 hours and researching all the forum boards. If you have to deal with the Polestar Service Center in Tukwila, WA, then be ready for blatant ignorance: lack of knowledge/skills, quality assurance and accountability.
