Poor service. Had my tires replaced here several months ago. They were supposed to replace my TPMS sensors at the same time. Unfortunately they didn't have any because they hadn't paid their vendor (according to the tech that day). They installed my tires and put my name on a list and said they'd give me a call when they had sensors again. No call was ever received. I made another appointment to bring the car in. The appointment was at 10am. When I arrived at on time, I waited close to 30 minutes before checking in, then was told they could install the sensors, but not program them because their scan tool was broken. And installation would take 1.5 to 2 hours because of all the walk-ins they let go in front of me. Just put me at the front of the line and get it done. What is an appointment even for? Poor service, no apologies offered.

Great prices and friendly service. We got 4 tires put on while shopping. With free install they came in cheaper than everyone else.

Came in today for a set of tires, Manuel delivered excellent service up front. Day of installation was smooth. There was a hiccup that made the tpms light come up. Called them about the issue, and the supervisor Van was quick to help. preciate it van

If you have a Sprinter, don t go to Southcenter. They don t know how to service the tires.I had tires replaced at the Seattle Costco and then brought my vehicle to the Southcenter Costco for rotation. The people at southcenter couldn t get my lug nuts off so they informed me, 1 hour into the appointment, that they couldn t rotate the tires. They also filled my tires to the incorrect specs (switched front and back psi), which took another hour for them to fix. I took it back to Seattle and they did it no problem and then informed me that the southcenter location is kinda known for sucking. So true.

I had been pestered with a tire with a slow leak, requiring me to add air every week. The Tukwila team quickly diagnosed my problem - a very old tire stem that needed to be replaced. They repaired it quickly and at a fair price. I am especially thankful for Dee at the service counter. He was calm, confident, knowledgeable, and efficient when working with customers. Give the man a raise!

Had 4 tires replaced and all 4 tire pressure sensors not working when i brought the car back. They said it's not their fault. I said, all 4 of my sensors were working prior to tire replacement and they said they could all fail at the same time. Doesn't make sense to me.

Had to go in 3 days in a row due to a mistake Simon made twice. I got lucky the third day because Simon couldn t even schedule correctly and because he wasn t working around the counter. He claimed to be a supervisor so be wary of him. I ve had a great experience with all of the staff except for Simon, try not to talk to him! The other associates are really trustworthy and respectful.

07Jun2022, went to Costco Tire Center @ Tukwila for my 19:30 appointment for "free" Tire Rotation & Balance. The Staff was professional, efficient, courteous and friendly - thank you for your excellent service.

I've been a big Costco fan for decades, but the tire center has lost my business. I tried to warranty out two 10 month old batteries that had failed, and after 40 minutes of waiting was told the warranty is personal to the cardholder and not the battery (these were initially purchased a friend of mine who lives 120 miles away and I'd need to drive them back to that location). The clerk had zero empathy, provided no options, and it was pretty clear that this team does not adhere to the Costco service training or quality bar. I'm moving my fleet to discount tire, where warranties continue to matter.

Best prices on name brand tires with free balancing, rotations, pressure checks, and flat repair for the life of the tire. They are mildly unorganized, but everyone is really nice. It's best to make an appointment online in advance, otherwise it's first come first serve and it may be a 2-4 hour wait.

Always busy so plan ahead. I brought in a loose tire, came back 6 hours later and they had basically forgotten it and it took at least another hour and a half.Most staff are nice and helpful and usually my service is always good.

I came in for a walk in appt when I noticed I had low pressure in one of my tires and was taken care of in under an hour. Low prices and an efficient and kind team. Highly recommend taking your car here if your tires need servicing. Alsoshout out to Chris working the front desk for handling difficult customer in front of me well today.

Steve literally came in clutch!! They were super backed up but he squeezed me in anyway because the alternative was my kids and I waiting on a tow and being stranded for a few hours. Best customer service ever! Thank you again Steve!!!

Fantastic. Turned a terrible day completely upside down. I came in on a spare after waking up to a flat this morning. The tire center had me in & out in no time and the repair on the flat was completely covered due to previously purchasing the tires at Costco!We are heading out for the 4th and my trunk was completely packed of camping gear. Shockingly, the crew took the time to take all of my gear out of my trunk and reinstall the spare and kit under the carpet. At first I thought they may have forgotten to return it to me but the fact that they took the time to do that is unbelievable.Van at the front was friendly, awesome and deserves a special shout out too!Thank you for saving my day.

The prices are good and the people are friendly, but the way that they "organize" the tires here isn't great. I ordered tires online to get a promotional price and came in to have them installed, and it took 10 minutes just to find them. Another couple came in after me to find that theirs had been sold to someone else. I think they need more space.

The only reason it isn't one star is the staff there is nice. I bought my last set of tires here about a year and a half ago and noticed a leak in the right rear two days ago. I've tried to call their number 10+ times over the last couple days and have yet to talk to a person or a voicemail, it just rings forever. I decided today after more calls to just go there and see if they could get me in for a repair and they could but it'd take 3-5 hours which I didn't have. I understand being busy and long delays but to be unable to talk to anyone over the phone or leave a voicemail is unacceptable. I just wasted 45 minutes I didn't really have to spare driving there and back, I won't be returning to this tire center location ever.

Really disappointed with this center, reached at 6.15 and I know they were closing, but I had a leaking tire and needed to fill air. Told them to atleast listen to what I was saying but the dumb associate disn't even bother to open the door and signalled to me that they were closed. I know you guys are closed but atleast care to listen to your customers. Someone might be having an emergency...I'd give then 0 stars if I had the option. Stupid guys.

Been ordered the tire for over a month. No word of that. 1 day stop by store asking for the tire. They said it been canceled. Needed to replace order from different location. We been driving on the Spare tire. For 5 weeks now. It is not safe on the freeways. Also have so may problem with tires here.

The tire service associate that helped me was rude and unprofessional. He acted like he did not want to help me. And treated me like i was an inconvenience. I wish I knew his name. I wanted to talk to a manager. But, there was no one there. I got tired of waiting and just left. But, I did buy a battery earlier.

Decent prices, but that's about all, the staff argued with me about what size tires I wanted, he said they won't fit my car, I tried to explain to him that my car was modified and currently had the size tires on it

I had to get all tires replaced and they said an hour and a half and they called me back to pick up in an hour, fifteen. Everyone was very nice and very professional despite the line.

Spent two weeks trying to call and get ahold of someone. My tires are there and not once has anyone picked up my call. Why have a phone if you don t answer? Some customers don t have it as easy to just drive down to get a simple yes or no answer.

Ordered tires on 9/15, they said will be here in 3-5 days. But its been half a month now, no tires, and no answers, always have to call on our own, and they do not even know where the tires are at. Its just so funny, you would think there should be a tracking system or something, but no! No one knows where the tires are and its just ridiculous!!!

Only for a very small niche of folks with very simple needs. There is a reason dedicated Tire Shops exist. Customer service isn t bad, according to what some people might say on here. But if they decide to screw something up for whatever reason, they ll try to pin it on you. They re NOT a tire shop. They re a warehouse retailer that happens to do tires. If you want to wait 3x longer than a real tire shop, that s up to you. But honestly, even if I tried all of the samples, I don t have a reason to be at Costco for that long.

First time, they broke my wheel because I hurried them for my tire. Guess because of the staff. So 2 years later come back, still slow and wait for more than 2 hours and the car still there and they probably don t repair it, told 1.30 hours from the start. So it s their environment.Nice cars? Run !

We needed a good deal on all season tires. We looked around and got quotes in different tires store . Hands down the price was the lowest for name brand tires. We got all season Firestone tires. They installed them right away. Mean while we waited we went to the food court and grabbed some delicious pizza.
