This is for Monday, Feb 26th. For whatever reason, these guys were really on top of things today! They were friendly, fast and efficient. Got my oil changed, new wiper blades and a light replaced all for under $100. (I had a coupon so that helped.) The guy helping me also answered some concerns I had about my van, so I left feeling like I'd really conquered and had a plan for some things I needed to schedule to keep up the maintenance moving forward.

Never again, $25 ea wiper blade taxing, $10 at costco, there also two different wipers. It is raining today and there trash for the price. Staying in yakima, i would not recommend they do things different there.

They destroyed my transmission and called me a liar. This location is greasy and the technicians are absolutely dishonest. This is a fraud protected by a corporate gang. We need court action against this company and I recommend nobody do business with these fools. I told them not to touch my transmission and they destroyed it. They didn t drain transmission fluid, they added fluid according to another Valvoline location. Stay away from Diego, he destroyed my transmission and lied about it to cover up a malicious action because I m 1/2 white. The customer service people were nice to people of color. I guess being 1/2 Mexican wasn t Mexican enough to not have my transmission destroyed. These are low skill mechanics that harassed me because I didn t want a transmission service. Then the corporate online technicians hang up on you when you explain the malicious behavior of the organization to customers that refuse add-on services. Will the regional manager will lie and say the cameras said I wasn t there. Fraud and misinformation is what I experienced just because I asked for a basic oil change. I will be changing oil myself from now on. These places are known for destroying cars and playing stupid when you are paying out of pocket for unnecessary repairs to vehicles as a customer. Stay far away from this location. Dishonest, disrespectful and deceitful are Thee words I use to explain my $2,000+ dollar experience. And I was left on the side of a freeway with no water after the manager drove out to inspect the damage he did to my vehicle. This organization is a place to avoid in Toppenish.

I am a repeat customer of the Toppenish location. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would greatly recommend this location for friendly, professional and expedient services.

Went in for a transmission service said it would be about a 30 minute process , actually took almost an hour. But all the service techs where all helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this place of business .

Really fast service. The guys are really helpful. But I feel they over charge me everytime I go. There is always things added to my bill that I didn t service. My bill is always way too much! I go to Yakima valve line and it s way cheaper with the same service.They guys are nice though!

I brought my truck here for a differential/transfer case fluid change and it costed an arm and a leg but I felt safe with it being done... come to find out that IT WAS NEVER DONE ... I brought my truck to a tire shop and they walked me under my truck and showed me

Had my car running and would use it everyday but once I went to go get a oil change and a transmission flush my car started to have issues. I've been going to the Valvoline in Yakima, but now I go to the Toppenish location because I live in Toppenish. I use no tax because I am Yakama Nation tribal member so Valvoline in Toppenish is very convenient for me.
